There were been lots of commercials, what consists new way of learning the languages. The methodology basis probably the subliminal- or electric stimulation for the frontal lobe and this kind of products can be used in the language studies. But if the question is about the learning the language with this kind of equipment, and learning languages is only one of the cognitive operations in the human brains.
