About the working life and disappointments

When we are hiring our employees, we might always forget one golden rule. We can't ever hire our bosses, we are always hiring our henchmen, and that is the reason, why we must ever make the mistake of hiring our friend to our company. When we are hiring somebody in the firm, we must understand, that this person is below us on the ranking list of that firm, and if we are the persons who made that recruitment, we are this person's superiorities.

And we must be sure, that person who is hired by the company does the jobs, and if this employee would not fit the team, we must kick this person off the firm. The problem of hiring the friend or member of the family is that if that employee would not follow the orders or our superiorities make the decision, that this is not the right person for the team, will that break our relationship with our friend.


If we promise too much, and we can't keep our promises, we will cause most terrifying disappointment, what the person can ever imagine. The thing about the working life is that we are human ourselves. We are not perfect, but if we are hiring somebody, we must be sure that the disappointment in the life is not too heavy. If the person is an adult, the person must stand for disappointments.


But too much is always too much. When we are talking about disappointment, we normally think that kick off the job is a big disappointment. We ever think that if our friend will become our boss, will that change our relationship forever. We can't visit our bosses home as we might want. And also other members of the working community might spurn us if we got our job from our family's friend. That is the reason, why we must always think if some of our friends send us the job application. In that case, we must remember, that become the boss of some our friends in the working life, will change our relationship forever.

Thoughts about outsourcing


Outsourcing the work doesn’t mean that the work doesn’t exist. It means that the work is transferred to other company. The reason for the outsourcing is sometimes that some company wants an actor, what knows something better than themselves. And that causes sometimes problems at the workplace, because those jobs, what has been just given to micro support are now behind some ticket.



There was a time when the trend was that micro support was outsourced to some other companies because the need to get “nerds out of the house" was what every company in the world should do. The reason for outsourcing was that the company could now transfer those people to other companies and that’s why they would get more effectiveness to their business, what is true if offender of the service works legally and follows the standards.



They forgot, that every company will send a bill for their services. The outsourcing doesn’t mean that services of that kind of companies are free. They always send a bill to their clients. And those contracts are made like all other contracts in the business environment. If those contracts have a time limit, they might become a very expensive to clients, because the offer of the service would not quit service before the deadline. They think that those services are part of their revenue generation model, and that’s why there will become bills until the contract will come to a deadline.



And if the customer doesn’t know that, will the service become quite expensive. The problem of those outsourced services is that those companies bring them own experts to the workplace, and even if there will be some problems with those workers, the customer must realize, that those workers are working for another company.  If that company, what replaced company’s own workers works in ICT-sector like micro support, the case looks like this: the customer might give to those people keys to their bank-account, e-mails, and other stuff what is in normal cases confidential


That's why the company what works for that sector should be carefully chosen. If that kind of actor plays the unfair game, the results for the company might be devastating. Should I keep micro support as the company’s own business or should it be outsourced is a question, what sometimes is shown in every company around the world. If outsourcing partner is a strong actor, the result could be a success for the company. But good actors are expensive, and in this kind of question we must say, that is somebody offers cheap service, they might want to steal information or they professional skills are disappointing.
