The purpose of terror is to terrorize the elite of the government. When we are talking about the uncovered stories about members of the parliament, the mission of those stories might be that the parliament will make the laws what this storyteller would like. The most important thing about this kind of strategy is that delivering the nasty rumors about the member's parliament, will they start to feel uncomfortable.


Those rumors might be some financial actions about those people, and of course, the net can fill about the claims, that “real men and leaders of the state would not have to see that kind of news”. The propaganda-tales are always mentioned, that if the censorship would take the place over the state, those members of the parliament could hide that financial ownership, and the tales what will destroy their reputation might deny if there will be censorship in the state.


This kind of propaganda is targeted to the people, who make the rules of the state. The mission of those uncovers would be making the change to the freedom of writing acts, and of course, those “uncovered stories”, what consists the rumors of high ranking financial cartels and other criminal activities can be covered by the officials, and nobody must stand the public court. Those people will not wanted to publish their tax-information, because they will get many kind of profits.


One of the most important way to hide the incoming money flows is to create the company, what takes all profits to its name. And then the owner of the company can avoid taxes, and in the real world the person, who makes the company and takes all of the payments in the name of that firm, can avoid the taxes, because this kind of person can claim, that there will not personal incoming money for this person. All money will stay in the firm, what pays all of this person costs.  This can sometimes make possible to avoid the taxes.


And in this case would be very uncomfortable if some “people’s re-presenter”  might uncover this kind of person. This kind of thing can destroy this kind of parliamentarian career, especially the case that this kind of person claimed, that this person promotes the poor people things. So, in this case, will the uncovered stories feel very bad, and then the propaganda would fall into this kind of person’s head.
