How to make artificial flatworm? The methodology is same as the artificial StingRay, what is shown at the YouTube link above this text. The answer to that question is simpler than you might even guess. The core of the device can be just a piece of silicone. In the core would be set a metal wire, and around it will installed living muscle cells, what allows to move this structure. The metal structure is actually cable, and all single wire would be connected to a single muscle cell. The brains of this structure are the small microprocessor, what is connected to the head of the cable. And the electricity would get from tiny fuel cells. This means that those robots can drink alcohol for creating the electricity. Also, they can use methane in this process, and they can use to investigate moons like Titan. If those robots are used in the moons like Titan, they would need oxygen tanks for producing the electricity.


Sensors of those vehicles can be CCD-cameras, and also tiny microphones, what are used in the intelligence operations can be installed in that body. The simple form allows the mass production of that organism. The production would happen that the cutter will cut the silicon bites in the pieces like bacon. After that on this the computer and fuel cells will installed on this structure will be installed and the last process of manufacturing is that muscle cells would set on the silicone and connected to the metal structure. And then another layer of silicone would be installed on this structure. The secret of this manufacturing process is the length of this robot would be easily adjusted and the process is very fast. The factory would produce the artificial organisms for scientific purposes, but they can also use for looking the problems in the chemical plants or oil tubes. Those artificial worms can also use for intelligence missions, what means that those things can swim in the water lines, and record any voices and take pictures of the targeted plants or rooms.  They can also equip with plastic explosives, and used in sabotage missions. In those missions, they can strike against submarine telescopes, communication wires, and ventilation systems. So they can be very dangerous in the wrong hands.

PROJECT SAINT and the mind control.

When we are talking about the mind control, we must remember the ring of the saint. Somebody has given the idea, that human head will be surrounded by the metal ring, what has the capacity to create the high powerful magnet field. And this kind of thing can be used as the brain-washing instrument, and some persons think that PROJECT SAINT is actually the program, where human brain EEG will be modified by the high powerful magnet field, what is created with the modified MEG-machine. This technology is based the technological advantage, what is known as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), and it bases the high power magnet stimulation, what is targeted to the human brains.


This technology is actually the stimulation of the brains with the magnet field. In theory, this technology allows us to transfer the humanoids into the Earth by using the radio telescopes. In this hypothetical situation, where the humans have taken contact with another civilization, and then that fictive civilization will send us their EEG, and we will modify our thoughts by putting those brainwaves in the brain of the humans.


MSI-technology is very dangerous because if somebody misuses that equipment, would the result be very dangerous. In this scenario, the operators might use the synthetic EEG and oscillating high-powerful magnet fields to force the person, who is targetted to the model where that operator wants to put the victim.


The fascinating thing about this action might be that with this machine, there would be possible to transfer another person's skills straight to another person.  In the movie "Matrix" is the scene, where the computer took one of the persons under the control. This might happen by using the high power magnetic field, and artificial EEG, what would replace the targetted persons own electric working in their brains.


When we think about the fictional book named "The Invincible" what was written by Stanislaw Lem, we must realize that nano-helicopters can make very powerful magnet field, and in that book was the scene, when the nano-machines would surround the targeted person's head, and then the person's behavior changed. In the real world, this kind of brainwashing could happen with the MEG (Magneto Endogrammes). In this horrible scene, the person will go to normal magnet picturing in the hospital, and then the system just starts to send the synthetic radio-waves or using the oscillating magnetic fields for modifying the person electricity in the brains.


This thing is the fascinating thing and in some SciFi-and horror movies, the aliens or some hostile nations officials will use this methodology to transfer the leaders of the nation thoughts to support the dictatorship. The technology, where the person is taken into the control is very terrifying, and we know that the super-powers have been investigated this kind of technology.

The analyses of the movie "Patrick" and the horrifying visions of the mind control

When we are watching some horror-movies, we must say, that there is a long way to reality from those movies. In this particular movie, the character named "Patrick" has been set in the coma, because he was committed to the murder. The penalty was to put this person in the medical coma, and the reason for that I can't remember. But in the real life, that kind of tricks doesn't work, because the medical coma can be disabled any time when the doctor's want. And in the real life, this kind of actions might cause the risk that some medical doctors will release this kind of person by accident.


Or in some cases, some unauthorized thing will use this kind of medical coma for storing the brutal criminals for "later purposes", what might be something like assassin. In some nightmares, I think that maybe those people, who are set in the coma, might transfer some information like street combat tactics when they are stored in this kind of medical unit. In some thrillers, the CIA or the GRU uses the medical coma for giving medical attention to the men, who were worked in the secret operations and have been injured during those campaigns.


In one of the most horrifying scenarios the mercenary soldiers will be stored in the medical coma, and their memories will be erased after the mission. DARPA has one program, what purpose is to give the cure for PTSD (The Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) without medication. Do you actually know, what this program means? It means that the mind of the humanly been can be manipulated with simultaneous doubled voices or frontal lobe brain stimulation. This program means that DARPA could clean some special forces operators mind, or make the false memories for the people.  This kind of use electronic components in therapy doesn't be notable by the chemical tests.

And in some scenarios, some special forces operators mind will create the memory, that this soldier's sister or brother have died in the terror strike, or this method can use in the right candidate, to make this person willing to recruit to the dark operations. The promising candidate might be the person, who speaks Arabian and that's why the special force's staff will want to use this person as the assassin, what will slip in the terrorist organization and destroys it from inside.

The developing of the EEG-controlled systems is not without risks.

There is a bad risk with the EEG-controlled robots, and that is the question of the thing “can the human be in two places at the same time”. If the person is connected with human shape robot, that will make possible to be at the same time in two places. If the robot is controlled by EEG-waves. That thing can cause the feeling, that the person really is at the same time in another location than where he is staying in the real world. 

This might be causing the terrible situation. what is similar than in some horror-movies like “Patrick”. In this scenario, the bandit gets the controlling equipment of that kind of robot in some mental hospital. There might be the really bad situation when some bandit will get the EEG-controlled robot in their hands. Those robots are actually made to transmit all human feelings to the controlled. Their surface or skin is full of piezoelectric crystals, what will transmit the touches and the feel of the temperature by the Internet to the controlling person’s headset. 

That’s why that kind of robots are also fascinating, but they are very dangerous. The capacity of the EEG-controlled robots is very high, and it allows the person to double self. Those systems can be used in the surgical operations and many other good things, but the other side of this kind of things is, that they can use in the war as the remote-controlled soldiers. In some ideas what kind of robots are made with the biological way. In this very brutal idea, the EEG-control system might put in the genetically modified human bodies. 

Those bodies might be created by the so-called precision-handicapped person, whose upper-level nervous system doesn’t create as they were meant, and this neural levels will be replaced by electronic equipment, what decodes the radio-transmission to neural-system, and that kind of technology makes possible to generate the “safety model” of genetically modified super soldiers, what is planned by DARPA and other military institutes on the Earth. The problem with the “super soldiers” is that they can rebel, and if the nervous system doesn’t create normally, will those “super body’s” control be somewhere else.

In 1940´s the Austrian engineer named Victor Schauberger (1885-1958) investigated the possibility to build the saucer shape airship what doesn’t need any kind of fuel if that thing uses the capillary tube and the wind generator. That requires the use of the electric motors, for flight and moving between the points. The saucers shape will be perfect for STEALTH-operations, and if the airship uses electric motors, it can be silent. Of course, those airships might have hybrid systems. The capillary tube can use for the jet motors or make the jettison, what will carry this airship forward. The idea of this airship or aircraft concept is not my own.

There was the man, whose name was Viktor Schauberger, and the idea of the flying machine, what does not require the flying machine, what could be fly and operate without fuel is actually from this man pen. Schauberger created many radical ways to flight, and the most interesting part of this man investigations is the helicopter, what can fly without fuel The helicopter was the saucer-shaped thing, and it was equipped with the capillary tube, what sucks the air thru it. The main rotor would be equipped with the sensitive laurels, and the air what is conducted thru it will rotate it.

In theory, also the normal aircraft can be equipped by this kind of systems, and that capillary engine can rotate the propellers or they can use for assistance in the turbofan to increase its capacity for long-range flight. The problem of the solar power is that this kind of power system wouldn't work in the night. And that might make the problem for polar operations. The capillary motor can use in the airships to rotate the generators, or the air can drive back when this machine will move in the air. The problem with this kind of engine is the capillary tube, what must be very long. And that´s the reason, why this system will be mounted to the high flying vehicles, and that´s why it's not taken very much attention in the avionics.

But some UFO-sightings might cause by this kind of vehicle. Here I mean the UFO:s what have the small tower in the middle of the disk. In my opinion, those UFO's what have the mast might be test vehicles for this capillary powered helicopters, what are flown by the USAF or some private company, what has contracted with national security. Those vehicles might use for “pseudo-UFO”-tasks under control of the “Project Garnet” when the public eye wanted to turn away from the STEALTH-bombers or another kind of airplanes, what the government wants to keep secret. So in this case those UFO:s are the test planes, what are used to test if the people will make reports for unidentified aircraft what might be Russian recon planes, what will sneak the military targets. If people would not make reports about those incidents, that would danger the national security.
