Covert action and its use to destroy the defense of the state

(Picture I)

Hyperinflation is the situation, that some country or nation makes too much money, and that would cause losing the value of the money. Hyperinflation is very easy to make, one person must just buy the money of some state out from markets, and when that money has collected enough, can this person release it to markets, what would cause catastrophic thing in the economy. Another way to make collapse for some nations economy is to make perfect copies of the money of the targeted nation, and that would make hyperinflation possible. Also, other things like bomb strikes and another kind of sabotage can be connected to that thing, what is called as "covert action".

If the money maker uses virtual money, must this person just need the identification codes, what is used in the money transactions to certify that virtual money is original could that cause the loss of trust for the economy. Those codes are actually decimal prime numbers, what is extremely long. And if somebody would get those codes in their hand, can those persons make virtual money, what acts like in normal money. And the idea of virtual money is, that they can change to normal money any time. This makes that thing very bad for the economy of some states, what are targetted for this kind of action.

When the value of money starts to collapse, the state would go to the so-called spiral of death. That means that money loses its value so fast, that when somebody would get the salary,  the money must be used right away because the value of it would lose in minutes. Why this advantage is so difficult to stop, is because people need money for living. They must buy their merchandise by using the money, what must be exited. And this is the reason, why the making of money cannot stop. What makes this situation very bad, is that in that case, many people take their salary in cash, and in some point of hyperinflation would people empty their bank accounts, what makes necessary to print more money, and in that case, foreign companies would leave the country.

That would be catastrophic for the incoming money, and that would increase the speed of inflation. The accelerating speed of inflation would cause the situation, that people would not have money to buy gasoline, and that would cause the bankruptcies of the gasoline stations and in this scenario, the logistics of the state would collapse, because of trucks and another kind of heavy transport like trucks needs gasoline, and if there would no petrol stations would that cause the collapse of food supply. And if people don't have the money or ability to get food would it cause the situation, that they must leave their homeland. And the massive number of refugees causes the crisis and international conflicts.

This might cause hunger in all nation, and then people are going to flee from that country.  Because the government cannot pay the salaries, must police officers leave their jobs, and then the state would go to anarchy. That would cause that people lost their trust in that government. That means that the nation must make very big reforms in its economy, or it would be facing the collapse, and if the state cannot control its area, would it become the support area for terrorists and other illegal actors like slave traders. Because of that, we must give support for governments, because the anarchy is the problematic situation for the nation itself and international community.

And one of the most problematic thins of the nations, what are targeted for that kind of operations, where the value of money would be dropped, is that many of them use the major part of annual income for buying military equipment. Those governments would also pay mercenaries for supporting their policy. This makes them the very good target for those operations, what are named as "destabilization". The main purpose of those financial and limited warfare operations is to destroy the economy of the government. That means the sabotage for important systems, like in tropic the cooling systems of the markets can be sabotaged. And also electric supply to the cities can be destroyed, by cutting the wires. When we are talking about fuel supply, the fuel can be polluted by sugar, and that would cause the terrible situation if that is targeted for fire rescue or other official vehicles, can it cause the death of many people.

The human torpedo can be very dangerous equipment

British "Chariot" vehicle
(Picture 1)

Kimmo Huosionmaa

The ”human torpedo” is one of the most extreme things in naval warfare. That is actually the electric-powered torpedo-shaped vehicle, what can be used to carry explosives or other equipment to the coastal area. Japanese fleet had suicide-torpedo called ”Kaiten”, but this device is not very common in other navies. German navy had so-called ”Neger”-torpedo, what was equipped with the cabin, and it had one torpedo for shooting the ships, what is moving forward. The British version of those underwater ”motorbikes” was the ”chariot”.

In this version was normally two scuba divers, who sat on the torpedo. And this equipment was used against axis ships in Mediterranean area. Similar vehicles were used in the attack against British battleships at Alexandria by Italian naval frogmen. This attack shows how dangerous those things were, and when we are thinking about this kind of attack, the human torpedoes can be carried to harbors by using any vessel, like trawlers or they can trail by civilian shaped speedboats.

(Picture 2)

The Chariot-type vehicle has the nose section, what can be separated, and that nose section might fill with explosives. So those vehicles can slip in the harbors, and the installation of those explosives is very easy. That happened in the Alexandria harbor, where two British battleships were damaged in 1941. The reason why those ships were not sunk, was that they laid on the bottom of the harbor, and this shows how dangerous those vehicles might be.

The big losses of the "Neger" system, was probably might caused by because the divers were not used scuba equipment and if the torpedo were launched too close the explosion, would destroy it immediately. I don't know did those men used the pressure air cylinders in that submarine, but if the torpedo were exploded too close, would that cause immediate death, and of course, allied forces dropped depth charges to water, and if the submarine would destroy in deep, that pilot would not able to get to surface without scuba. And if they were tired, the torpedoes would launch too close with terrible consequences.

There is the possibility that some British human torpedoes were equipped with launching torpedoes, what was installed at the bottom of the vehicle. The crew of this weapon might use the shields and metal west to protect them against pressure wave, what the exploding torpedo causes. Also, those frogmen tried sometimes to put the explosives at the hull of the submarine. But were those attempts successful is not confirmed.

(Picture 3)

In 1945 the German U-boat U-861 what carried the weapon drawings and other stuff was torpedoed by the British submarine. This case was the first time in history when submarine hits to another submarine with the torpedo when the target was given. It is suspicious that this U-boat was sunk by naval scuba divers, who use ”Chariot” vehicles. In modern day, we must remember that those electric powered manned torpedoes can be dangerous for other submarines.

It the scuba divers wait just after harbor or in the place, where submarine must drive slow, they can put the explosives to the hull of that submarine. Or of course those ”human torpedoes” can be very fast, and the divers can put the HEAT (High Explosive Anti Tank) explosive on the hull of the submarine. They can also use sub-torpedo against that target, and this could be an effective way to destroy the missile submarines.

What kind of danger is civilian shape combat helicopter?

Kimmo Huosionmaa

Do you remember 1980’s movie “Airwolf”? The reason, why I write about that old TV-serine, is that there is a very big danger of that kind of weapons. “Airwolf” represents another kind of STEALTH- helicopter. Those helicopters are undercover military hardware, what looks normal helicopters, what TV- or other media uses, but that equipment uses effective covered weapon systems, what makes those things nasty surprise for normal scout helicopters and light airplanes. Those civilian shape helicopters might be useful in paramilitary operations, where targets are drug dealers or another kind of “nongovernmental” targets. In real combat, they might have little effect, because of their limits with weapon systems.

That fictional Airwolf”-helicopter is a normal commercial helicopter, what is equipped with machine guns and probably 40 mm grenade launchers. Also, light missiles like "dragon" and RBS-56 "Bill"  and other anti-tank weapons can be used. And possibly they can carry Stinger or other compact missiles to get improved capacity to destroy air targets. Those helicopters might be actually autogiro, what can obtain more speed than normal helicopters. That kind of helicopters can equip with multi-sensor packages and automatic fire control computers, what automatically launch weapons until the target is certainly able to destroyed by that helicopters weapons. Those autogiro-systems are quite simple.

The only thing what is needed is a connector, what separates the main rotor from the engine, and after that, the jet engines in helicopter body will start. Those engines might be the same type, what is used in cruise missiles, so they are quite cheap. That type of machines is very dangerous if they are not expected. They can attack against drug smuggling airplanes or another kind of targets. And if they are made as robots, they might be operated across the Ocean from thousands of kilometers. That means those helicopters have code sealed doors, what will not allow their service crews to go into that vehicle. So they will be remotely operated from thousands of kilometers away from the operational zone. The idea of those helicopters is same then some merchant cruisers. People can’ t imagine that those civilian look helicopter can carry weapon systems. They can come near the target, and then those helicopters can suddenly open fire.

If you think that possible 50. Caliber machine guns with “Rufus”  bullets are toys, I think that those weapons can cause very bad damages for any kind of soft and medium armored targets. And if those 40 mm. grenade launchers will equip with HEAT and Fuel Air Explosive ammunition, that might cause the very strong effect to the target. That makes those civilian shape helicopters so dangerous. Those helicopters might have no role in normal war, but in undercover operations, they can be successful
