Above the text is a famous picture, what is taken in the Vietnam war. In the picture, the police commander of Southern Vietnam shoots the bounded prisoner to head, and this picture shows how brutal the war really was.  The international law doesn't protect the non-uniformed combatants or guerilla fighters, but shooting the person in this way is also a war crime. The data of the shooter is behind the first link below the text, and his name was Nguyễn Ngọc Loan (1930-1998)and military rank of the paramilitary police of South-Vietnam was brigadier general.


Somebody believes that this photograph was taken to hide the more large-scale executions in the jungle. The purpose of this photograph was to confess, that the executions were made in this kind of situations, where somebody gets angry and shoot another person in the unstable condition. There were never mentioned the "Phoenix-program". The assassination project, where special forces and CIA:s CT (Counter Terror)- teams were eliminated what meant execution over 81 000 persons, who were Viet-Cong combatants, enemy money collectors, and sympathizers.



The last group, what was targeted for that type of executions were political activists and propagandists, who might sometimes be innocent about the things, what they were suspected. Executions were normally made with sniper-rifles because the headquarters of Saigon wanted to be sure, that the specific target has been eliminated. And there were rumors that sometimes the executions of the "Phoenix-operation" were targeted to American citizens. How many times and who made those killings are not found in any sources. Sometimes the "Phoenix teams" were kidnapped the suspects and took them to the interrogation centers or special bases for torture.

And actually, we cannot even say is the shooted man ever carried the gun, or did he just be a wrong place at the wrong place. Another interesting question about this picture is, did the shooter actually ordered the newspaperman take the picture of shooting. This shooter was moved to the USA, where he lived under the faked identity, but he was uncovered, and then his pizzeria lost the customers. He died in 1990's.


When we are talking about this particular photo, we must ask one question: why this particular prisoner was shot? Did he knew something, what might put this shooter in danger? When we are looking at the history of the Vietnam War, we must understand that in that time US-military supported the rebel fighters at the mountains of Laos and Cambodia in the operation "Air America". In that operation, the US-military along with the CIA gave supplies to those rebels, who sold drugs to worldwide drug marketing. The drug what is actually heroine is still grown in the area, what is known as the "golden triangle".


And at that time were rumors, that some members of the South-Vietnamese army were involved this business. And there are claims that CIA financed that weapon supply with the drug trade. The heroine-trade is very good business, and there are many rumors that this heroine was sold to the streets of Thailand and another far east country. But sometimes there was said that that heroine packages were carried by the United States military airplanes to the USA. In this story, some drug-cartel contact persons have put the heroine in the fuel tanks of attack airplanes. And then the aircraft was flown to the states. Nobody knows is that true, or were the US-officers involved in that business.


There were also plans to use heroin as the "booster" in the bombs and shells what was used in the jungle. Both the normal explosive ammunition and smoke ammunition were filled by the heroine. The tests were made by "Edgewood Arsenal", but did those devices given to the troops is the different story.  This chemical would be so-called "non-lethal agent" what will have great "stun effect" to its targets. Also, the gunpowder was planned to put opiates but did military used them in Vietnam is the different thing. And that would give change to take enemy fighters as the prisoners or kill them easily. The opiate-bomb is non-lethal in the normal situation, but if the person uses the blood veins injected drugs, could result be lethal, like in Nord-Ost movie theatre case happened, and this attack was caused over 150 hostage casualties when Alfa-team attacked in that house.

Do you know, what means term “Lady Butterfly” in psychology? That means the psychological condition, where a person falls in love with some public person. This psychological effect could make a person dangerous, if he or she is in psychosis or that person has some kind of psychiatric disorders.

If a person has a mental disorder, he or she might think that killing that targets husband or wife that person could get married with a target of that person’s love. Some investigators think that “Lady Butterfly”- the effect has played the key role in murders what are targeted to public persons.

I mean that reason for the shooting of John Lennon might be that shooter was fallen in love with Yoko Ono, John  Lennon’s wife. Some investigators also think that this particular effect took a part of the shooting of John Fitzgerald Kennedy in Dallas 1963. They think that if Oswald was a shooter, he might be fallen in love of Jaqueline Kennedy, and if somebody knew that, he might provocate Oswald to make that thing, what he did that day.

This “Lady Butterfly”- the effect is very common in the world of young people, and normally it is harmless. But is person can’t handle his or her emotions or uses some kind of drugs this effect might grow devastating. If somebody provokes that kind of person like telling stories how some public person will be looked at his or her side might result be devastating, and that is a reason why some people have professional confidentiality

In normal life, people can handle their emotions, and they can live with this kind of feelings, but if the person’s mental life is disturbed, the result of provocation would be very dangerous for the community. All behavior models in the society are made for wealthy people. Those models don't notify that some people use drugs or they have some neurological problems like tumors in the brain tissue. And that might cause that some people can’t control their behavior and actions. That thing might cause the terrible situation for society.

About John F. Kennedy's assassination

When we are talking about conspiracy theories one case will rise above them all. The president of the United States of America, John Fitzgerald Kennedy was shot to death during his campaign for the second season for the presidential election. The suspect was shot in the garage of Dallas police station, and the theater was ready for conspiracy theories about the conspiracy inside government. The murder of the man who was named for shooter Lee Harvey Oswald made those theories. Many conspiracy theorists believe that Oswald was one of the shooters or worked alone for somebody. And who was that "somebody". One theory is published what might be interested in some investigators.


That conspiracy theory involves the theory about the target of the shooter was Jacqueline Kennedy or the governor of Texas who were in the car. The reason for the shooting was that  JFK ever can survive on TV contentions, after what he did during the first period of his presidency. That's why his father Jack Kennedy hires Oswald to shoot governor or Kennedy's wife, that JFK could avoid those TV contentions. And Jack Kennedy forgot to say who was a target, and then Oswald shot a wrong person because he thought that the target was the president.


The reason for those rumors is Kennedy's actions in Bay of Pig cases, where he left Cuban voluntary regiment without air support in combat, what caused when CIA trained refugees landed on Cuba for kick off Castro and his revolutionary and communistic government. And of course, nuclear test ban was not satisfied everybody in the USA. And if the president would be in shock, might he avoid those TV contentions. But this is only theory.


If we are speaking of reason, why Oswald was first arrested, the reason was that he was a suspect in shooting the police officer, and after that man became a suspect in the murder of JFK, because that famous Mannlicher Carcano rifle found in his house. And that weapon connected that man to the murder of the president. But I will not write what happened or what could have been happened that day in Dallas. I'm writing about conspiracy theory what rises up when the suspect was shot to death.


If we are focusing Oswald's personal history, we might see him as a perfect enemy for the state. He might be had schizophrenia or paranoia, and that's why he might be made that murder. But if he was schizophrenic, why he didn't cut off Marines? And there will come a strange thing in my mind, that if some man or woman, who knew about his condition, might that person utilize that, and capitalize that thing against JFK. But in this theory must this person have access to Oswald's psychiatric papers. Now the president Trump's government will release more papers about this case.


If Oswald had psychiatric problems and that's why he killed the president, this case shows quite clear, why those medical papers must keep in secrecy. If Oswald's service mates saw those papers, and then they began some game with him to claim that Kennedy was a communist, might Oswald go "over the line" as sometimes is said. But what we might say about that kind of thing, that Trump's government will release more papers about that case? The major problem is that this very complicated case will make more papers inside the government.


And the truth what is in those papers might change many times. So there will be ever a solution what gives a pleasure for everybody. Rumors are grown as a giant dimension. Somebody has seen Oswald in Vietnam and other persons have seen him in the middle of Helsinki. Those things are very harmful to investigations. They cover the real truth, what might be different, what those theorists tell you. But this particular case will fascinate people again and again.
