Under the text is a link to the story about Grigori Rasputin (1869-1916), the mystical monk, who weakened the Russian empire in the fateful moment. There are many stories, what is told about this man, who was claimed to sleep with great Duchess of Russia and this man was very well known for his charm and ability to beguile women. Also, this monk claimed to give some hypnosis therapy, what had the positive influence for hemophilia of the son of the emperor.


The reason for that stopping the bleed was probably snake's poison, what caused the clotting of the blood, and in that case, the bleeding of blood would stop immediately. Also, somebody thinks that Rasputin used narcotics like Opium in that hypnosis or suggestion for his patients or victims.  He probably used same methods, what some modern criminals use even today when they would transfer their victim's money and all treasures like flats and houses in this criminals own name. They simply give drugs to their victims and then pump all things that victim owned to the own accounts.


And probably the last thing caused that murder, where some Russian noblemen have shot that monk to death. But the reason for that charm and ability to charm people were sometimes claimed caused by narcotics. In this case, Rasputin might use opium or some other narcotics, what he mixed in the coffee or tea. And when that opiate caused very good feeling, and same time Rasputin stood in the sight of his victim. This could cause that this victim was felt that Rasputin was very charming. And if Rasputin was some "evil spirit", this person might tell his victims, that the good feeling would come by his hand. If this story would be true, this man made other's life hell.


The use of opiates and other chemicals are very dangerous, and if the giver of those things also hitches those chemicals and feelings to the personality of the giver, would that cause very sad thing. This is one principle of misuse medicines is to steal all property of the victim, and after that, this kind of criminals sometimes murder the victims. If somebody misuses the snake's poison, could that cause the necrosis in tissue, and this would cause death for the victim of that kind of therapist.

The psychosis and use of narcotics will sometimes have the connection.

Meeting with psychotic or drug user, who is under the chemical influence is sometimes very scary thing. If you ever met narcotics user before this kind of things are like the encounter with some aliens. Sometimes those people are dressed quite well, but they ever wash their teeth and visit the dentist. So their teeth might be black and if we think about the drug user's way to act spontaneously and impulsive, they might get the thoughts in their head, that they want to get some sharks teeth, and then some of those people might file their teeth, and this might seem very creepy.


Also, the injuries to the teeth and face could cause, that some person looks like the movie monster. And the amphetamine can cause that the person doesn't feel anything, and that makes those people do something stupid, like extinguishing the cigarettes in their hands. The use of drugs like amphetamine will cause the psychosis because the lack of sleep will drive neural conveyors down, and this is the reason, why the military forces amphetamine wanted to replace with other chemicals, what doesn't cause psychosis. The new amphetamine is the is the synthetic produced version of chemical what neural system products when we are sleeping.


That will look like impressive, but this is very dangerous because the burning injuries will be infected very easily. But when the narcomaniac in after the long period use of amphetamine and other drugs starts to believe that this person is some kind of superhuman, would the results be like jumping off the roof, what is over 50 meters high of filing the teeth, because the "lizard type teeth seem "cool". Please don't do this at home, because this thing might be very dangerous, and the doctor will send you to the mental institute to take some rest if there will be found the markings of that action.


There are rumors, that if some person has to meet drug user in the dark, might this caused the report of the alien encounter because the person who might have AIDS and bad loss of vitamins and multiple scratches around the body have looked like so strange. And if they have got the new clothes from somewhere the contrast between the sick person and clean clothes is so strong that some people will think, that they seem alien.

Why glitter powder is dangerous?

There have been stories about glitter-make-up and the small plastic pieces, what will go to the oceans when that make-up will be washed away. When we are talking about the piece of art, what is used those little plastic pieces, we must say that this kind of things are dangerous for the humans, because if somebody drinks the bottle, what if filled with glitter-bites, can those pieces go to the human blood, and they might cause very serious situation. I don’t know can those bites actually sucked to human blood from bowels



But I must say that there is one group of the people, who might put glitter to their blood by injection. That group of the people is drug addicts. If their drugs are mixed with those plastic bites, they will go to blood system, and then they might block little blood vessels in the victim's body That might cause the necrosis in that person’s body, and the death is always followed by this. And also the blood vessels of the brains might be blocked, and therein not unnecessary cells in the brains.


If some cells die in the human body, that will cause horrified abscess and death, because necroses will just diffuse in the body. There are rumors that glitter-powder have been put in the amphetamine on purpose because the smugglers are stolen from cargo, and that’s why they have replaced the drug with that plastic. But in some cases that plastic powder has mixed in the drugs for purpose of killing or harm other people.


The maker of those things might be some avenger, who wants to take revenge for some gang fellows. Or maybe the maker of that action might be some psychopath, who wants to see the victims suffer. The glitter-powder is extreme murder equipment, what is easy to get. And that stuff is the very horrifying thing if it goes to wrong hands.


Many people hate gangs and drug-addicts who actually are victims of this unethical business. But we must always remember, that people make crimes to get the drugs, and some of those crimes are very violent. That is the reason, why somebody will hate narcotic users very much. And maybe some of them will mix the plastic in the narcotics. And it might make many bodies a sacrifice on the streets.

Narcotics policy is a very difficult thing. Even if we will release narcotic users from punishments what consists drug use, and we will give them free methadone, the will face a very difficult problem. When the policy with narcotics is under construction, the laws must be made that way, that users of drugs can tell their information to the police without fear of revenge, and they must have the cure for their addiction. The problem is that narcotic users might make other crimes before they will come to the methadone program.



And those crimes might be very serious like street violence, robberies and attack against police. Those crimes must take to the justice system, and other society can't accept that kind of actions against other people. Legalization of marijuana is not the same thing as the legalization of heroin or fentanyl. That is the thing, what everybody must understand.


 When we are talking about drug marketing and legalization of narcotics we normally think that if narcotics will be legal, that very dangerous stuff will pull out from hands of the criminals. But there is a small little problem with drug users. They might not have the sense of responsibility, and that's why they might sell their methadone to other people, to get money for telephones or music-equipment.


Those narcotics makes people addicting much more dangerous way than normal alcohol. In some countries is legal to give also strong drugs for narcotics user, if they need medical attention for withdrawal symptoms. Those symptoms make those people very angry and impulsive, what means same as dangerous.  But in real life, there is a little danger, that somebody who is not narcotics user will come to test those drugs.


Drug policy is very difficult thing to handle. It's difficult to make good laws about this very difficult and complex problem. The problem with legal drugs is how to block those stuff from the people, who doesn't still use them. This is a nucleus of that problem, how to deny drug dealers and user to sell those stuff to underage people, who can't take care themselves.


So the answer to the problem is that those users can go to "drug hotel" or hospital and take them dose but they are not allowed to take those stuff out. So I think that if we will legalize drugs for every people, it will cause social problems, what is more, difficult to handle than if drugs are legal. But alcohol is a legal drug, and it causes also the very bad problem. I think that many people would never test drugs even if they are legal.


But the problem with drugs and alcohol are people, who addict very easy. I don't know is that because of genetics, but some people can't resist drugs.  When we are talking about drug policy, we will sometimes forget, that that stuff is very devastating, if they will put to some truck drivers coffee. And that is one reason because they are illegal. The use of drugs is the very big tragedy to all parts of that problem.


Users of drugs are sometimes very violent, and that's the problem with making laws about that thing. Some users make their families life hell, but if we will legalize narcotics, we might pull that merchandise out of hands of cocaine- or other drug cartels. This text is only thinking about this problem, and there is always another opinion about those things. But the most of the street violence is something connected with drug marketing. And this is one aspect, what we must realize when the laws are under construction.
