The CIA (Central Intelligence Agency) is problematic because it is a civil organization. The reason, why CIA was established in 1947 by Rear admiral Roscoe Hillerkoetter was that the role of the intelligence was problematic for military and civilian leaders. The leader of OSS (Organization of Strategic Services) was lead by General major William "Wild Bill" Donovan, and because the leader of the intelligence was the lower rank officer the vital reports could be left to the tables without notice. And the otherwise the leaders of the intelligence would not always read the reports what came from the field.


And that caused sometimes very bad situation if some fortresses or their location were not in the knowledge of the field corpses. Hillerkoetter and his superiorities wanted to create the intelligence service, where the henchmen could say something to their superiorities, and otherwise, he wanted to create the intelligence agency, what work was extremely professional, and positions in that system based only in the personnel own abilities and training. The model, what was used to form that system came from the FBI, but the CIA was able to work out of the United States territory.


This thing makes  CIA very problematic organization because the reports what would not satisfy the leaders is not causing the divorcement of that agent. When we are thinking about the position of field agents, their life can be very dangerous. Sometimes those men and women have got problems with their works in the places like customs. And maybe the president of Russia Vladimir Putin is one of them, who have been humiliated in some customs during his KGB career.


The leader of Russia should be some commander of tank-divisions, that he would have only one way to see things. And the President Of The United States would also be the easier person if that man gets 's only positive things in the life. Trump has faced the feelings about bankruptcy, and people's attitude for that. He has seen, what kind of attitudes people have for persons, who fail in the business life.


And after that would be better for somebody that this kind of persons would not raise in power again, because they have the deal like second-class people. But Trump has shown, that resistance could turn to power. And he has shown, that the rise after the catastrophe is possible. Sometimes I have thought that is the newspapers cold attitude for Trump reason for that bankruptcy? Did some journalist deal that man with the bad attitude?


Spies are problematic also because they are talking with opponents, and they are under the influence of the opponent. Spying and espionage is a work, where operators face the things, what their superiorities would not want, that they would notice. Sometimes DEA or other police intelligence agencies agents face the riot police's baton or SWAT-team assault during their operations. And this is, of course, very traumatic.

About nicknames of the people

Nicknames are the thing, how the friends and social environment call people. They are sometimes only the translations about real names or they are marking some personal detail of the man. When some gang member is called "the Rat" backward, that could mean that this person likes so-called "rat bikes", what are one style to make Choppers. But that can also mean, that this person is suspected the informer for the police or that person can also tell things for other members of the gang, or be some other way traitorous.


But there is also nicknames, what mission is to show respect for the person. That kind of nicknames are very fine, and their mission is also cover the identity of the carrier of that name. But when we are thinking about the gangs, there are persons, who use only nicknames, we are facing the person, who have something to hide. Or sometimes the nickname of the person is given because this person is violent and other members of the gang would afraid that man. In that case, the other persons might use themselves very disgusting nicknames, because they want to please that person.


Sometimes the nickname is given because the person looks like something. When we are talking about nicknames, like "Spooky", the person is normally very big and strong, and maybe that person walks the little bit bent position. So that person is exactly like some "Spooky" in the children's channel. But when we are thinking about the shape of actor David Duchovny in the TV-series "X-files", does this person look like some spooky in the TV? This is one flop in this fictive series, what told about humanoids and FBI.


But when we are looking at those "Spookies", there would be children, who afraid those characters, and maybe if the fear is connected with the summer home, there could be some person stand in the yard when the child has been waking up in the night. And if that kind of afraid is very dominating, the reason for that should be uncovered. If there would stand some man in poplin jacket, the reason for that would be nice to know.

What kind of people are the teasers?

Almost every person, who writes to the Internet, have faced teasing. That means that somebody claims, to be the better person than the others. And of course, those teasers make life very bad for other persons by claiming something about their victims, what is embarrassing to them. That kind of things are very sad, and sometimes the teaser would think to survive about those things. Of course, the targeted person can take that case to the police, what might actually do something about that teasing.


The most important thing in that situation is, to deliver those messages straight to police without doing any changes to them. The original messages would uncover the source of the information, and if some nurse or social worker would deliver information about the sexual minorities or something like that, makes that person a criminal activity. If somebody yells something to the targeted teaser, should the victim listen to that message carefully, because the worlds, what are used uncovers, why that teaser dares to do, why he or she dares to do those things?


And in those messages is sometimes phrases, what uncovers the rings, where that information have been given to those teasers. Some phrases like "it' no fear" are actually very contagious, but they are not used in many places. And also the things, what the message involves uncovers the source. Sometimes that teasing involves information, what have very common knowledge about person's life, and maybe something about those words is containing very private information about the victim. This data might contain also the things, what are spoken only in the family.


In that case, the teaser has got informer inside the family of the victim. This would make possible to track the informer very fast.  Sometimes that traitor uncovers because of the behavior of that person changes, and that possible ex-very close friend start to avoid the victim, who was just treated because that traitor would understand to making wrong. And that's why the seller of that information must believe that the victim is the somehow bad person.


Sometimes, brother, sister or cousin have given the information, what makes the teaser feel be very strong. And this is, of course, forming the induction ask: why that family member has given that information? The teasers are promised something to that person if the family member gives information for that kind of people. The worlds and behavior, what teaser uses tell about the environment, where that person lives. And if there would be attitude, that uninformed person is always right, would that tell that our teaser has grown in the environment, where all personnel uses uniform.  And what is that environment, would uncover as the attitude to the violence.


The firemen have the very different attitude to violence than police has, and military men have different attitudes than police has. But there is one very common thing in each of those systems. The thing is, that superiorities are always very big authorities in that system. And when we are returning to think about that relationship with violence, we must think, what kind of person teases other, and when the situation turns to violence, would that teaser turn the back to the victim.


That is the mark of "being adult" in those systems. Every teaser is always "elder man" or elder woman to other persons. And this is of course very big status for that person. Being "elder" means that this teaser has right to say anything, what comes in the mind to another person. But one thing is different in the world of the real teaser. Teaser has used the position of superiority because that person has learned to give orders.


And learning to give orders, means that those orders have been followed in some places. Because the cheater is a superiority, is the situation very embarrassing, because the position as the superiority means that the henchmen of that teaser have to follow those commands. That system, of course, denies violence in that environment, that means that if somebody gets angry, would this person kick off from that organization. The position of superiority is, of course, very important part of growing the full day teaser, who makes other person's life in that work very difficult.

When we are thinking about threats, the weak persons would normally treat to another people. Their purpose is to raise their weak self-esteem and inability to talk with other people about threats and violent behavior. Weak persons are unable to hear critics about themselves, and they are also unable to handle social situations. They are normal persons, who would always want to show their superiority to other people, and that means, they are unable to handle the social situation without looking the object downwards. They are always right in every case, and if they are in superior position for other person, they would show that to everybody. Weak persons are always want to talk with superiority and officials, if they are sometimes feel that they are right. 

People with bad self-esteem always call the boss, because they want only to show how important they are. And who cares about the person, who were responsible for the thing, what caused the violent situations. They want to show, how wealthy they are by using expensive jewelry and clothes. And of course those persons want to hear only things, what pleases them. And if the person, who is the target for hate is not even responsible for the thing, what caused the hate is same to those persons. The first thing, what those users of very expensive clothes make is to call the boss in the situation. 

This is the major problem in the everyday life. We all want to hear something, what we like. And if somebody doesn’t please us, we feel angry and hate. Sometimes I have thought that sometimes we are all those persons in expensive clothes. If some young person would make something wrong, we are lower tolerance level than with adult people. When some youngster yells to us, we would feel angry, and then we think that some 15 years old youngster is bad person. We cannot accept the situation, that some bicyclist would make scratches to our car, because this person just drives the cycle beside of our car. 

We want to call this persons parents and then call the police, who would give punishment to that youngster. But when some other adult makes the same thing to our car, we would accept the offer to repaint that piece of damaged painting. But why we must always be so adult, that we want to get some person in the court, because we want to show superiority for that person? Why we ever tell anything to some person self? Why we always must get authority from some official or superiority person, when we have some problems? The law says that we have not to tell anything to the underage person, but is it easier to give punishments behind the back? About need to be superior for other persons is clearly seen the situation, where some handicapped person makes some jobs. 

We want to see that the work, what this person does is somehow worse than our own work. This is the very interesting situation because the persons who are handicapped makes usually the same missions than so-called ”normal workers”, but their salary is normally extremely low. When some underage person would get punishment, would it be better than this person knows the reason for sending behind the bars? This might be the good thing that the person can change the behavior, but the most interesting way to get punishments is that the person would lock in some room, without telling the reason for that. 

And the learning of behavior needs that the person would know, why the punishment would given. This is the only thing, what makes person to understand where the target of the punishment made wrong movement? The philosophy of punishments is that they would be given for some reason. And when the punished person would know the reason, can this person fix the actions or behavior, and this is impossible if that person would not know the reason for punishment. But if the punishment would be automatically given, would that cause the situation, that this person doesn't even care about the behavior. 

If the punishment would come behaves that person good or bad way, would this person lost the care of the behavior. When I sometimes think about the situation, that the person would get punishment without the reason, would this also be the similar situation, that person would not be told about the reason for punishment. In some protective works the policy is, that if some person would not make the jobs well immediately, when this person came to work, the result would be kicking off. And in those cases the reason for kicks is almost ever mentioned to that person.

The message of the Hugo Simberg painting “At the Crossroads”

The symbolism of the art is the very deep thing. When the portrait is looked the first time many people see only the picture of something. But when we are thinking about the portrait, there might be the very deep story to tell for the watcher. Above the text is Hugo Simberg painting, where angel and devil are walking together with the man.


First, we will see the very funny situation, but then there would be a serious message for the observer. Hugo Simberg wanted to tell us, that when the man learns some skills, this person makes always own choices between good and bad. The devil is on the right side, and it pulls the man to walk together with this character.


Angel in at the left side of the person. The symbol of this character is that the choices must be made by using the heart. This is sometimes difficult, and when we are looking at this portrait, we must say, that the choice to follow the devil seems sometimes be right. And following the devil always looks like very easy.


Evil always promises something nice looking thing, what symbolizes those ships at the strait. The canvas of those ships is red, what symbolizes hate and violence. This thing means that devil promises the revenge for that man. Angel promises nothing. But when we are thinking about those promises, the devil will set this man to the position, where this person must thank this devil. So devil hangs this person in his character, and addicts this man about the gifts what this bad character gives to this man in this painting.


When people are walking with the angel, they will walk straight ahead. But then there would be no choice than choose of two roads what are offered. This person has come to “T” crossing, where he must make the choice, what road would he choose. And they would understand the consequences of the decisions, what this person makes. Following the devil seems very easy, but it would not take the life anywhere. The initial setting of the portrait is quite a mark of Stoic philosophy, where people should be very cold and objective.


And the devil at the right side of the man symbolizes also the inducements of the life. There are many things, how the person can destroy the own and other people life. And those things like drugs, illegal activities and bad company should be avoided. This is the thing what Simberg wants to tell the people in this portrait.

Bubble effect and what does it mean in sociology?

“Bubble effect” is the sociological theorem, where the person is only with the people like this person is. In this homogeneous group of people is only persons who act and behaves like others. And that would make illusion, that everybody on Earth has the same kind of thoughts and values. This is very often seen in the speaking of the members of some street gangs, what uses “uniforms”. “Bubble effect” is the sociological theorem, where the person is only with the people like this person is. Those uniforms are actually similar clothes, and in some cases west. Those west are the mark that the person is the member of some gang, and that might seem the little bit silly in the eyes of outsiders. And this makes the same kind of effect, what you might see in some rock music happenings. There might feel that everybody in the world is some kind of rocker. And then the festival ends, the real world might seem different, then before the concert. This situation would be like the people would close in the bubble. There are only the persons who act and think about the same way, And if you are in some festival like Woodstock, there would seem only the people, who wear Rock clothes.


So when some group of people is in this kind of closed room, they don’t understand how prominent they actually are. In the isolated societies is always seems the same effect as in military groups, what uses uniforms. Military uniforms are clothes, what are in same time the thing, what hires a man in the group, but it makes the single military man in the middle of civilians very easy to track.


That is the similar thing, what happens in every society, what have coherent clothes or dress code. Members of that team don’t see anything special in their clothes. And when there are similar opinions in all members head, there would happen that the all group would do something stupid. And if nobody says anything against the bad ideas, the force of the group would cause that somebody would think that, the robberies or violence are the good way to earn money.


And in those groups, everybody must be tougher than the guy before that member. This would sometimes drive all group of the persons to make very bad crimes. This is because the group force would make the decision to begin violent actions easier than lonely person’s case. When there are many men, they are always more frightened than lonely man. That’s why the alienation is worse if there is the group of people, who would start to live outside the society. That will make gangs the problem for public security.

How can the mobile telephone be used as 3D-modelling?

How can the mobile telephone be used as 3D-modelling? The answer to that question is simple. This thing uses the same device, what would focus lens of its camera. It also connects the data from the camera of that telephone. So this makes those mobile telephones very sophisticated tools for modeling. The problem of those scanners is that the mobile telephone must be absolutely stable, or the modeling would be failed.


But this can be solved by using selfie-stick, what is installed on the table or stable platform, and if the hands of the stable enough, the scanning can make by keeping the device in hand. But the fixing of this problem could be found from GPS. If this system would be sharp enough, the telephone could fix the errors, what shaking hands causes. In this solution, the GPS would map the place where the telephone is in the sharpness of only small part of the millimeter, and the computer would calculate the errors of the metering.


The system would take the original point, when scanning is beginning, and then it would fix the error what the shaking of hands might cause. This would be done by adding or subtracting the location in the real world of the phone, from the values of the pure ring. This would make the scanning more easier. This little program can revolutionize the CAM (Computer Aided Manufacturing) -technology.  Now any firm can buy this kind of equipment and use it as making 3D-models for CAD programs and 3D printers.


In this system, the computer in the mobile telephone transmits the distance between the target and telephone by using sonar. Sonar is almost as effective scanning tool as a laser, but the sound travels in the air much slower than air.


The optics of the mobile telephone would focus using Sonar and the situation where the user notices it is when this person wants to take a picture what portraits horizon. In this case, the system of the camera cannot get an echo from the surface, and the optics of camera cannot focus the image.


I have read some articles that same radars what are used in traffic light as traffic calculation sensors could be mounted to RPV-helicopters. Those helicopters can be used to make 3D-models of entire building areas. They use oblique scanning, what is connected to GPS and computing platforms to make 3D models of buildings. The computers would make 3D pictures by those pictures, what this device sends to computers.

Writing about harassment in social life

The social position of the people is very easy to see. Many people have terrible behaviors like give orders to another person all time. That kind of behavior is a very common thing for the people, who are grown in societies, where their parents have some kind of position, where they can give orders to another person. But there is one type of person, who might be interesting in the eye of an investigator. Those persons are very well known people because they make everybody feel uncomfortable.


When somebody comes to work, he or she might know if that person begins to yell, because that tiresome people have a mark that he or she begins to scream to another person. That means that this person has a support in the community because he or she uses a mark when he or she starts that action. This next episode is mentioned in some data security handbook, and I write it as I remember that story, because I read that book about 20 years ago.  So if something goes wrong, please try to understand.


We all know a story of the boss, who has slips for every mental situation, and there is one slip, what other persons in workplace hate very much. It is a slip, what that person uses when he or she starts to yell to other members of society. In some societies, there is a way how to haze some people. That color might be marked to all team, to begin to harass some member of the society. If we are looking for newspapers or some other public media, we might see that in some writings are marks that the reporter will give some kind of orders, how to haze other people. This might be imagined, but somehow the same kind of slips went in the neck of that club members and one person, who didn’t have slips found his car, with its tires empty. So was there a connection or not, that is the question.


And somebody has been talked, that pink slips in some societies is a mark to begin haze with sexual behaviors or something like that. Why I’m writing about this? After some news begins some people start to wear pink slips, and those persons were part of the same golf club, and in workplaces began some kind of intimation about some person’s sexual behavior. After that one member of the team got a telephone call, where he or she got nice advice to change a workplace immediately. And there was mentioned some things, what were so-called "personal information". That was a mark, that those people had a chance to get some confidential files in their hands, and that was not very nice to heard.


That text was mentioned that person, who was recognized as this person was someway hated. I have heard some rumors that in some Ice-hockey or basketball league players support team works some "media agents", whose mission is to annoy players. Those people write very poignantly texts to social media about those players, who will not satisfy them.  And all players have mentioned as code names and when somebody is mentioned to be hated, that means, that this particular person will get lots of bad feedback from social media. I don't know if this is the only rumor.


Actually in that competition was used a phrase, that they don’t find jobs for that person, so why he or she is sitting there? The connection between those writings and slips seems to be very clear. Those slips are maybe marked for that this particular person has paid ransoms, that he or she won’t get harassed in the workplace.

Now Hollywood stars have come out in the thing, what is a nightmare for many workers all around the world. This is a question of sexual harassment and using position to make that thing secret. I wonder does this criminal activity continues if that thing doesn't happen in Hollywood? This case shows, how many people use his or her position to cover up those things.

But in this particular case was one lucky thing, that person who came out is a famous person too, and here I sit and think how many cleaners or some other person, who doesn't have money of who is not famous, is sexually or other ways disturbed in that person's workplace? In those cases, the victim might have no dare to go to tell those things to the police.


And here I ask how many rapes have been contracted with money, to make victims of that crime silent? Many people think that nice guy from Hollywood or movie world is nice guys in real life. That would make criminal prosecution process very hard. And those guys can use their publicity as a shield against that prosecution. This is a key logic in many rape cases, what has been kept secret in the life of Hollywood.


The case what brought those things to publicity was one case, where famous actor Marlon Brando claimed to raped his front actress in one film. That case opened the public eye, that in there is something wrong in the film industry. Can an actor and director really slip off prosecutions because they paid the actress for that scene? And are the claims of real murders in movies true? There is no single evidence, that somebody was really murdered in Hollywood normal or Pornographic movies, but the rumors of so-called "snuff" movies are still living.


That term means dirty pornography, what have been sometimes found from some person Internet. Some of that evidence has been links what could easily to remove. So question is, why those people have left those links to a browser, and why they have used companies computer in that action? Those guys could easily slip off by using their own computer, but lucky for investigators that they were the little bit too stupid. So were those links actually a setup, that those people could kick off their companies?


But in the original mean of "snuff" is strictly forbidden violent porn movies and one of the most well-known murder case "Black Dahlia" is sometimes linked with those very sick underground porn. The case of rape in the film made somebody think, that there might be the real background of those rumors, that in some movies people were really killed. But that is not mentioned, was the film "action" or "porn" movies?


And some soldiers have claimed to sell killing movies what are photographed in the Second World war, Korea Vietnam, Afghanistan or Iraqi war. Those rumors do not pertain only American troops. Also, French foreign legion and other mercenaries who were worked in the Far East Africa and members of the South African army and Soviet army have been suspected in that kind of actions. Those rumors began actually in World War One, where soldiers common hobby was to photograph bodies of the killed enemy, and almost every army's soldiers have been suspected that they were taken pictures of killings. And there is the real background of those rumors, at least the German military and Waffen-SS troops took films about their mass executions, but I don't know if those films ever been sold to anybody.


People want to believe good for people, who they see on screen. And if a very famous man rapes somebody, he might say, that other person lies about this thing. They say sometimes that the victim of the crime is someway mentally ill, and they know that will have very strong effect in people mind. Those "the bold and the beautiful" persons might say that those, maybe Mexican victims are "gold miners" who just want to get money from those very wealthy persons. This happens in cases, where the result of the crime is a child. Or those famous people sometimes offer an abortion for solutions of slipping from that crime.
