In this test, the Chinese rover sends a blind data package by using ESA Mars Express orbital probe as a relay station. That probe ended its mission in 2005. The "blind" data transmitted means that the Chinese rover used the data transmission protocol that looks like UDP where the transmitting system doesn't get the echo and the system sends data blindly. That means the receiving system doesn't know that if the system received data. 

The receiving system can send checksum or that data as an echo. To make sure that the data is received. This kind of "blind" communication could help to save the rovers and probes. That is lost control of the ground station. In that kind of case, the elder probes can transmit the aiming data for the communication antenna.

There is also the possibility that Earth is sending the laser marks for aiming the prime communication antenna. In that version. The antenna would turn and aim to the laser point. In that case, the communication antenna would have an automatic search mode for laser and radio frequencies. The antenna searches the marks that are coming from Earth. Laser communication is immune to the solar wind. And the probe can use radio communication through the dust.

And that helps to get the connection between probe and control center. This experiment is interesting because it can save the rover if its prime antenna is turned away from Earth. In some versions, the communication satellite that orbits Mars would receive data in the form of laser impulses. And then it can transmit data to rovers by using the radio-maser or laser communication system. 

The laser aiming communication system can also save the James Webb telescope. The data can transmit its mirror by using the laser. And that helps the telescope to find the ground station in the cases. That the main communication antenna is lost connection.

Is nuclear power necessary for Mars Rovers?

The use of orbiting relay satellites makes it possible that the Mars-rovers can operate also at the night side of Red Planet if they use nuclear propulsion. But there is another way to make the probe that has not RTG, but what can operate night side. That system is more complicated but safer than RTG Radio Thermal Generator. 

 Another way to operate at Mars could be to use the bacteria that form hydrocarbon for fuel cells. In that case, the closed biological circulation of nutrient and anaerobic bacteria forms methane that can use as fuel in fuel cells. And aerobic bacteria or cells can form oxygen for those futuristic systems. In the daytime, that rover can use solar panels. And at night time the bioreactors, fuel cells, and regular batteries for creating power for that system.

Lasers are multipurpose tools.

Lasers can deliver energy to small-size drones. But the thing is that laser communication is making those systems more powerful than ever before. The same lasers that power can adjust can use as measurements, data transmission, and weapons. They can also use to point targets for the smart weapons or scan the target. 

The laser communication tools are offering secure and fast data communication. The system can offer the best protection against eavesdropping than ever before. Quantum communication by using lasers is easy to make.

In quantum communication data flow is cut into pieces. That is sent by using different frequencies at the same time. And then that data is connected to its entirety in the target position. 

The highly encoding systems can also send the data in a different order than they are used. And the target system would sort them to order what makes that data useful. But the laser communication tools can also use to measure things like gravitational waves. The laser rays would keep all the time contact with the opponent. 

And changes of the brightness are sending data. When we are thinking about the thing that laser rays are transmitting binary data that thing is easy to make. The laser can shut off for zero. But in AI-based systems, level zero can determine a certain level of brightness of the laser ray. So the system can determine that let's say about 1500 candela is the zero level. And all levels that are above it are one in binary number-based communication. 

For quantum protocol, the system must only determine the other levels. What separates the certain states of the qubit. The thing that makes this system difficult to make is that the air is absorbing light.

If the laser system can calculate the absorption of the air. That makes long-distance qubit-based communication possible. 

The system requires two laser rays. The first one sends the transmission power and the points of state of the qubit to the receiver. Then the receiver measures how much the atmosphere absorbs the radiation. 

And it can use that data to download the data. That stored in the qubit. The second laser ray is the data transmitter, where a certain brightness or energy level means a certain level of the qubit. The receiving system must know those energy levels that it can start to download the data from the qubit at the right point.

The knowledge of absorption is necessary for making long-distance qubit-based communication.

So the system must know exactly how much light energy or brightness is transferred to the air molecules. And without that data. The system cannot release the data that is stored in certain states of the qubit. 

There is the possibility to make a laser-based communication system that can send qubits in long distances. The system uses two laser rays. The other is sending the data of the transmitting power. And the points of the power, that separates the states. Then the receiving system can calculate the absorption. And that thing allows downloading data from certain states of the qubit. 

The thing in killer satellites is that most of them are planned to destroy other satellites. For those purposes, the satellites don´t need a megawatt-scale laser. The long-distance laser-communication tools are also good tools for ranging. But the same lasers can use as weapons. 

Or they can also search for chemicals from the air. Lasers can also scan objects. And the same lasers can use as weapons. If the lidar recognizes the target. The system must only increase the power of the system. And that will cut the target to pieces.

In the 1950's the United States military and Atomic Energy commission accomplished many nuclear tests in the Nevada Desert. From those tests collected the information, what was used in the creation and developing of the new kind of nuclear tests. Some of those photographs and films were classified because they were uncovered the structure of the nuclear device. One of those films was taken during nuclear test TEAPOT TURK.


The film is taken by using rapatronic cameras, what are also called "rope trick" cameras, what means that there were many single-shot cameras in the electric wire. And the electric wire allowed launching those cameras as the series, what allowed to make films for extremely fast movements. Those cameras were also used to take slow-motion pictures of bullets, what are flying in the range. The famous film where the bullet cuts playing cards and apples are taken using this camera system.


When you see the picture and the film of the fireball, you might notice small rises or discontinuity on it. Those anomalies caused because there are weaker points in the nuclear device, and that's why the exhausting shock-wave would travel faster on those points. And maybe that was the place, where the safety pellets were to ensure that the device would explode when it wanted to blow.


Or there would be three cannon type devices, what shoots the plutonium pellets to the center of the device. In that case, the chain reaction would be faster in those points. The reason for those anomalies can also cause, that there would be small pieces of Radium or Polonium in those points, and that would cause those forms, what makes this fireball look like giant macrophage.

Why are some personality tests dangerous?

Here has been news in the media, that some hackers might be stolen the information by using personality test on the Facebook. This might seem very small thing, but the personality test results can be dangerous in the wrong hands. If some hackers get information, that somebody can incite to make murders, that information would cause the horrifying situation. And another thing, what can get from those tests is the hidden addiction. If some person would uncover the hidden addiction, somebody can use that information for getting personal profits from that person.


Also if somebody desperately needs the friend, can this kind of information cause that somebody starts to exploit that person, and force the target even to prostitution or drug smuggler. Personality tests are not safe if their results go into the wrong hands. If there would uncover the hidden need for psychopathic behavior, could somebody exploit that need, and then target that need to somebody, who this person hates. If some test would uncover psychopathic personality, could some mafia-man just walk to this person door and offer the job as the mafia's hitman.


The personality tests are sometimes uncovered the hidden will to make suicide, and if that kind of things would be used in criminal activities, could this kind of things cause the similar situation as the 9/11 case in the year 2001. If those pilots, who flew the hijacked planes would have the hidden need to make suicide, and they were exploited, those pilots could fly against those buildings without telling other hijackers anything about it. And that could cause the massacre. In this case, the person must have the personality disorder, where he or she wants to make so-called enhanced suicide, what means that this person would want to take other persons to death.


If that kind of need would be uncovered,  somebody can misuse that information in a horrifying way. This is why those tests and their results are confidential. The thing, what the test maker needs are the line of the personality test, what is made by the person, who has made that kind of action. And then the tester must just comp the similar lines from other tests, where have been similar questions. That paper could be the line, what has made some pilot, who flew the airplanes to the WTC or Pentagon. And that's why those papers are very dangerous.

Secret "antigravity" technology

The term "antigravity" means the actually silent way to raise the aircraft from the ground. In the real world, this term actually means that engineers try to repeal the magnetic field of the Earth, what would cause that the aircraft would rise above the Earth.  In some tests, there have been tested the magnets, what could push aircraft to airborne. They are actually one version of magnet catapults, but in this case, magnets would pull the aircraft straight to air, and in this system would be used the pulling effect between the same mark heads of the magnets.


And this kind of system is tested with levitating (Maglev) trains, where magnets push the train above the rail. Those magnetic rails would work the same way as gauss guns, where magnets will accelerate ammunition. Those magnets would be suitable to install in some warships or special runways, and they might help to send airplanes to air, with very heavy cargo. Also, pressurized air has been tested for giving airplanes capacity for lifting off with extra cargo, and in those systems, the pressurized air would blow under the body of aircraft by using compressors.

Sometimes there is mentioned the system called "Die Glocke" as one version of anti-gravity vehicle, and that is actually not true. This kind of systems are so-called "plasma-ion motors", and they are basically the same thing as ion motors. But they would use the greater density of ions. And those motors would work as the normal rocket or ion motors, but they are voiceless. Those motors would not use conventional combustion, and they can be used by giving electricity to that rocket with radio-masers. The same kind of systems are laser- and electric arc motors, what uses internal or external systems to make the warm air under the vehicle, and that heat would raise the aircraft to air.


Those internal lasers or radio systems could be targeted to carbon fiber stick, what would warm the air in the chamber under the craft. Or the electric arc can be made in the air, at the middle of the craft. In both versions, the problem of those systems is to create enough energy for raising that vehicle from the ground. The reason, why I took those laser and radio systems in this text at the same time,  is that both systems use electromagnetic radiation for making enough heat, that it can raise the craft in the air.


And sometimes there would be tested the airship, where the heat of the air can be made by using radio waves to make the warm air in this vehicles balloon.  So this kind of antigravity doesn't break laws of nature, and some of them are tested in public places, and below this text is one of those films, where the laser is used to give propulsion for small size test vehicle. And probably at someday, the full-scale system would fly across the earth.

Writing about selective delivering of information

Have you ever hear term "grey project"? This term means that in some aircraft or some other project the information, what is given is selective, and in those cases the project itself is public. But many important things in it would be hidden from the public. Almost all drone projects are that kind of military projects. The robot itself is seen in the pictures, but the materials, computer programs and electronic components of this drone have kept classified.


Also, important parts of the drones or aircraft motors are kept in secret.  And if somebody makes copies of that aircraft, this actor doesn't actually make anything about it. If those systems are made by using the wrong components,  the aircraft or other equipment would be destroyed immediately, when it goes to the battlefield. Many of space probes are actually so-called "grey projects". The probes like Mars-cars or planet orbiting probes are very public, and we can see the pictures, what those systems might send to Earth.


But the computer programs and electronic equipment of that system are not public. In those projects are tested the autonomous robots, what can be operated in distant space, but at the same time, those same computer programs would be used to control battlefield robots. When the robot takes the sample of some Martian rock, by using laser-spectrometer, we forget that the same system can shoot the tank or another vehicle by using automatized weapon system. This kind of things is sometimes forgotten when some persons write about robots. When we are talking about robots, we must remember, that this thing is similar than Holt-caterpillar in 1915.


This system was created for earthmoving but in the World War one some British engineers installed machine guns in that vehicle, and this transformed those tractors as the device, what is known as the main battle tank. Those Mark I (Female) machine gun tanks took part in the battle of Somme in 15. September. 1916, and that show, how the same product can be used as the civil workhorse and in the war. That tank needed, of course, little bit advantages, before it came to the "king of the battlefield". But the first steps are always difficult.


And sometimes even them would let be undone before something bad would happen. The tanks were invented to save lives of British troops. But in the Second World War the same equipment the same equipment caused terrible losses for allies, in the hands of the enemy. And this is the sad thing. This is the reality in technology. Same products can do in war and peace. But we sometimes forget that every technical part of the world are aggregate and if the producer doesn't get all parts in it, would that equipment be the very big disappointment for everybody.

What are VX and BZ chemical agents?

The poison of the Skripal-case was sprayed to the door of those persons. And there would be one great question, what actually that poison was? If the used poison were the VX-nerve agent, we must say, that those victims would ever get out from the house. VX-nerve agent is actually liquid and water-like poison, what boils at 300 degrees Celsius. Nerve-agent is somehow very unstable, and in some sources are mentioned that deadly dose of that super-poisonous chemical can form in the room temperature.


The deadly dose is metered by the sucking that chemical thru the skin. Also, the smallest drops of that organic phosphate cause death. The symptoms of the poison begin immediately, and that makes the walking impossible. BZ-nerve agent is the nonlethal LSD-based psycho-active hallucinogen, what has the purpose to make enemy unable to operate, what makes easy to take those persons to the prisoner or destroy them. BZ is also used in some test, where soldiers ability to use protective suits and chemicals have been tested.


In those test, the BZ- or LSD-chemicals would deliver to the air, and if soldiers would see some colors, their attempt to use the gas protecting suits were failed.  That chemical was tested in Edgewood Arsenal and in some tests of MKULTRA, and the purpose of last tests was tested this hallucinogen suitable for interrogations. Also that chemical or LSD were used in tests, where were tested the military personnel able to make reports if they would get some strange symptoms. In those tests, the military personnel was given drink, where was LSD, and if they would answer that they would not feel any strange symptoms, they would mark as unstable. But when we are thinking about the situation, that somebody would use VX or BZ-chemical agents in this attack, we must say that this person needs very good protective gear, what is planned for use with this kind of nerve-agents, and VX would penetrate normal chemical weapon protection suit, and of course the user might get atropine-injections, but in this case must the user be sure, that nowhere in the skin or clothes would leave any remains of that nerve gas. And if the spray would deliver to near the point, what was sprayed, would that cause the terrible situation, where some outsiders would die because of that chemical. BZ can cause psychotic symptoms and that might cause the violent behavior.

What kind of lifeforms might be live on Enceladus?

There is a moon named Enceladus orbiting a Saturn, what maybe has alien life form. This life form might exist because this moon has liquid water under its icy surface. And the liquid water is possible because the tidal power of Saturn keeps it warm. If we will find the living organisms in that place, that organism might be similar, what is found near “black smokers” at the bottom of the ocean. Those cells animals can synthesize oxygen in their bodies, and they don’t need free oxygen for their living.


But if there would be organisms what uses photosynthesis, their form might be like long seaweeds, what uses erupting icy geysers to raise very high from this moon surface. The eruption of geyser would pull those cell lines upwards, and that would help them to get enough light for photosynthesis. This is only thinking about this alien life form, and we are not sure is there an alien life in that icy moon.


And if there is an extraterrestrial life, we must ask next question about the life of that moon This question is, could that organism be a threat to us? There could be many things, what could influence that thing. One is that organism might be “Gaia”. This means that there are only one species of bacteria or amoeba in this moon. And that kind of organism might be very sensitive because it doesn’t need to fight for live space. So if those icy geysers would drive those cells high enough, would some of them travel near Earth. If those cells would be like covert lifeform, what has silicon cod, that organism might survive alive in empty space. But this is only theory.


There is one very small possibility that those cells could be travel to our home planet. It would be the scenario, that one of those geysers would drop some cells to the orbiter of Saturn, and then there would become the comet, what hits to those cells. When this comet or asteroid comes near Earth, that could deliver those cells to Earth. This scenario would not be probable, and if those cells could be live, that case would need the thing, that the asteroid or comet would turn around, and the shadow of this rock would cover them of the ultraviolet radiation of Sun.


But there is a possibility that there is no life in that life form on that moon. And it will give us an interesting opportunity to use Enceladus as a laboratory or as a "living lab", where the human race can test and analyze the evolution. In this case, to this moon would send the probe, what has tiny bacteria in the capsule. And when those bacteria would release to that moon, would the scientists discover, what evolution will make, if those organisms are in the fully isolated place. This test would mean that Enceladus would be polluted by biological organisms. Enceladus would be suitable for that kind of action because it is so far away from Earth. But this is the only vision, not the real experiment. But it is possible to send the probe to that moon, and deliver the organism to that surface.

Let’s talk about UFO:s part II (Was L.A UFO from 1942 actually early experiment with radiation propulsion or weapon?)

When we are talking about the famous UFO-pictures, we must mention the photo of “Los Angeles UFO from 1942”. There the anti-aircraft spotlights were targeted to one piece, what is claimed to be UFO. That device would not very well see in this picture, what is above the text. And I personally think that this is some kind of experiment with radiological weapons like the electric arc, what gets the power from the ground. Those spotlights would help to target those radio-rays to target. So are those things cause some weapons, what were developed under the control of “Project Rainbow”.


When we are looking for evidence of this kind of experiments, we must just remember, what would happen if two radar-rays cross their tracks, and if they are synchronized for the same frequency, there would cause the effect, where the electric arc would flame in the air. That point where those radio-rays would cut the others track, would the temperature rise even in thousands of degrees of Celsius.


That kind of thing would be an early test of the radiological weapon, what mission should be melt enemy airplanes from the skies. If the used power would be high enough that equipment could be very devastating in the long range. The power of those weapons could be similar than napalm, but the use of them could be easier. There would need only two radios, what are synchronized in same frequency, and they can be installed in any naval vessel or fixed radio station. The KGB claims that they have the weapon, what bases two crossing radio rays, and it can terminate a person from the distance of the kilometer.


Those radio rays or targeted radio transmitters can also be used in the similar disk-shaped spacecraft prototype than the laser propellant version is. When those radio rays make the electric arc under that vehicle, this thing might raise even in the orbiter of the Earth. And this system can be used to send miniaturized satellites to low Earth orbiter. So maybe this might be the first attempt to make this kind of device. But heating might be the problem, and the craft would destroy with sparks, what seems like the things, what are happen in welding.

This text continues the writing about  ”Universe 25”, and this writing handles the conclusions, what the scientists made by using this laboratory test. The reason, why the paradise was the collapse, was quite simple. The population of those rats grown too big, and this caused the situation, that the behavior of the rats changed, and they left their babies alone. The question is why this was happening? The reason why the behavior changed was the loss of beasts. In this experiment, the population of the rats grows too big, and that caused the destruction of all population.


But this was only one reason, why the paradise turned to nightmare. And it showed to scientists how important is to limit the number of individuals in the population. If the number of individuals will grow too high, the collapse would happen because of the genetic degeneration. And this was shown that in the beginning of the test the number of individuals must be high because that would make the genetics rich. And of course, those individuals must be from different parents for making the genetic basement as large and rich as possible.


Because there were no threats in the rat's environment, they lost their instincts for affairs of the hunters, and after that those rats though, that there was no need to watch their babies. This was caused the collapse of behavior, and the rats found new interest what filled their lives. This thing was eating. There were no outer threats in this paradise, and that’s why those rats were not interested in the stimulants, what were set in their living space.

Those stimulants were first interested rats, but when nothing happened, that box changed boring place, and only thing, what was interested in rats were food. The loss of changing interests is visible in some persons life, and this thing causes the situation, where the person sits in the front of the television all the day. "Universe 25" was the Dystopia of the rats and the test of behavioral sink

”Universe 25” was the test, what happened in the paradise, if there were only one species, and nothing would limit the rising of the number of individuals. The test was the very nice example how eight rats became 2500 rats in 500 days, and this caused the terrible situation in that paradise. The result was that those rats were abandoned their puppets, and the paradise became the hell, where those rats fight together. The reason, why this happened was that nothing put limits for the growing population, but also the all population degenerated. This caused the changes of behavior and those rats became blunt because the genetic degeneration makes the mental disorders very common, and the ”Universe 25” was proved, what was happened in Easter Island. ”Universe 25” was given ideas for people, who are planning the stable population in the space, that there should be put limits also for human population growth.

They were planned very brutal and unethical method to increase human race. In some rumors is told, that some persons were made two ”Univers consisted plexes, and then they would drive those populations together, and then those scientists would make special rat population, what would be superior to another rat This hypothetical method consisted two space stations, there were two populations of persons. Those population could let degenerated, and at the final stage, those two populations would be put together, when there would be the ”super race”. The sad thing about this thing was not created by those scientists from NASA. It was created to sophisticate the horses, and the basics of this process are that the scientists create two lines of individuals, where those animals make babies with their sisters.


After two or three generations, those degenerate lines would put together, and their baby would be a super animal. Some people believe that SS-Leader Henrich Himmler had this kind of plans for concentration camps. In this terrible plan, those prisoners of the camps were brutally tortured by slave work, until the strongest were remain. Then those population would degenerate, and then those degenerated population would put together. This might be the born of the superhuman or ”Arian race”. This kind of experiments that are made in the concentration camps inside Nazi Germany and possible at the Soviet Union has given the bad reputation for genetics as a science.

Monkeys are very intelligent animals, what can be trained almost any mission, what mankind can imagine.

Have you seen the film named "Link"? In some stories, the CIA has made tests to use monkeys as the soldiers or assassinators.  Monkeys like chimpanzees are very intelligent, and some members of the CIA had the idea to use monkeys in the military operations as the aircraft pilots and even combatants. Those animals can learn complicated things, and maybe some CIA operational leaders thought, that monkeys can also shoot the guns.



The idea of that kind of training came from the space flights, where chimpanzees were used to test the spacecraft. And this was given the idea to Sidney Gottlieb to train monkeys as the aircraft pilots. The idea was based on the observation, that almost every action what is done in the spaceship would happen after some marks. And if the monkeys were trained to push the right button after voice or light signal they could fly the spaceship.

But could they fly the jet fighter? I don't know did those test went farther that simulations, but this is the quite interesting episode in the history of NASA and CIA.  I don't know how realistic those programs were, but the CIA could think, that monkeys would be ideal animals for many missions like stealing important papers and USB sticks. Monkeys are used as those actions by the thieves who have trained them to steal jewelry and expensive watches from the hotel rooms.



There are rumors that also the monkeys like chimpanzees are trained to steal the laptop computers and set the spy cameras in some rooms and another area. The use of animals as the spies is a fascinating thing. Those monkeys can even read, or in this scenario, those animals will be equipped with action cameras and headsets, what will send the images to the central control. The monkey itself turns the pages of the book, and the operators will check the still pictures of that film.And who knows, how far are those research programs gone?

Why are we investigating death?

Every time we are facing the question about the death, and why we are investigating this phenomenon? The reason of the fascination of the death is that the death is the final thing, what the mankind faces in the life. And we are investigating this phenomenon because we want to find out what is beyond the line, of the final breath. There were many persons, who wanted to visit in the "other side" before their death, and those experiments were quite disturbing. There were rumors about the tests when the human heart was stopped by the electric shock, and this person clinically died in a couple of minutes.


After this couple of minutes, the test person's heart was started with the electric shock, and then this person was wake up and told about those experiences. In some rumors were told the stories that after this "trip to the heaven", were those persons injected with sodium amytal. The  "truth serum" allowed investigators could hear the stories, what has been happened in the world beyond the death. Those tests were made under the control of OPERATION STARLIGHT, and they were strictly prohibited.


That kind of research and investigations are told many stories and some rumors set this tests in Auschwitz and GULAG. In some rumors, the body temperature of the test person's was set in the hypothermal condition, that this "trip" could continue as long as possible. When we are talking about this kind of investigations, I must say that this kind of things would cause the rising the prosecutions of those persons. But the "trip to the hell and heaven" were interested in the people in history, and there were always been some "Dr. Frankensteins", who made the most bizarre experiments in the history.


When Luigi Galvani found out that electricity can move the muscles of the amputated legs of the frogs, there were persons, who wanted to find out, if the electricity could wake up the dead people. And they have invented the machine, what can start the stopped heart. This machine could bring somebody's mind to make the tests, where the person's heart was stopped, and then this victim of those tests could go visit on another side.

Many of us are read about companies like Virgin Galactic and SpaceX, what is changing the world. Those companies have realistic plans for open space for tourism and commercial flights into the Mars. They are shown that the NASA and other governmental actors are not only, who might work in the space business and explorations. But when we are looking at the productions of those companies, we must see that those shuttles, what can operate from the normal runways, and the rockets that are capable to launch without special equipment, like service platforms what are visible in the Cape Canaveral are interested in the governments.


This kind of productions will be very useful in the ASAT (Anti Satellite) and ABM (Anti Ballistic Missile) operations. Those small size suttles can be launched from the B-52 or B-1 bombers, and they can operate in the intelligence, fire-control, and attack-roles against enemy satellites and ground troops. In the fire-control missions, those shuttles will control the fire and operations, of the ABM or ASAT systems.


The shuttles will observe the satellites and the airspace of the predicted enemy, and when they will notice some hostile actions, the killer-satellites would shoot to the skies.  Also, those shuttles can be used as the space fighters, what will shoot the satellites with missiles and they can also highjack secret intelligence satellites. And the "Zuma" mission has shown that those companies have the strong role in the national security missions.


That's why some persons are thinking, that those companies will be the same kind of "shadow works" or "the skunkworks" division than the more well-known companies like Boeing and Lockheed Martin aircraft companies. If the independent company has the capacity to send the vehicles to space, those companies have also the capacity to make the strikes, what has the same kind of magnitude than nuclear weapons.


That kind of things must notice when we are thinking about the privatization of the space. The private companies are more innovative than the governmental organizations because they must not ask the permission for any dollar, and that is the reason why those companies have more effect in their innovation than some NASA have. Virgin Galactic has had technical problems with it space shuttle, and one test pilot has died during the test flights. But the technical problems can be the win, and maybe we will have the change to fly to the Earth orbiter as the tourists.

What actually means the security and certifications?

When some people come to make certificates about companies they normally show the people, who they really are. They are formers of their companies or other organizations and they show that position with some identification card. They will go around the workgroup, and also talk with the people. Those consults mission is to get all information about their target organization, and also find out weaknesses about it. This is what the real consults do in the real life.


They don’t hide behind some code names or if they use code name the organization contact information and homepages are able to find in the public place. When we are talking about security checks, we must realize that no firm in the world leaves to one source. They use also official members, who have identification cards and the stealth-operators, who work invincible. That deals mission is to ensure, that those persons who authorize certificates get the right information about the target organization. And also security personnel must patron in the area by physically and using electronic equipment. That is calling “the offensive security”. The security personnel wants to patrol all the time in their workspace and make the sudden tests how the security works in the company.


That is important when certifications are given for training or educational purpose. There is a risk that those companies just take the money don’t make any educations. And that might cause the situation, that the trust of that certificate and systems decreases. Educational certificates are normally given for some specific system, and they are controlled by the organization, what delivery of the system. And if those systems don't work good, the result might be devastating for that organization business. That is because if there are some problems, those people can contact to their boss to inform that person of those things. And of course, they will inform if something disturbs them. They don’t call to target organization couple of days later and tell the people, that somebody disturbs them when they want to speak with senior specialists. The target organization chief normally mentions what kind of picture they got from the organization and its workers.


Sometimes there are so-called fake certificate makers who are possibly some unemployed persons, who are from another country. Narcotics policy is a very difficult thing

Narcotics policy is a very difficult thing. Even if we will release narcotic users from punishments what consists drug use, and we will give them free methadone, the will face a very difficult problem. When the policy with narcotics is under construction, the laws must be made that way, that users of drugs can tell their information to the police without fear of revenge, and they must have the cure for their addiction. The problem is that narcotic users might make other crimes before they will come to the methadone program.



And those crimes might be very serious like street violence, robberies and attack against police. Those crimes must take to the justice system, and other society can't accept that kind of actions against other people. Legalization of marijuana is not the same thing as the legalization of heroin or fentanyl. That is the thing, what everybody must understand.


 When we are talking about drug marketing and legalization of narcotics we normally think that if narcotics will be legal, that very dangerous stuff will pull out from hands of the criminals. But there is a small little problem with drug users. They might not have the sense of responsibility, and that's why they might sell their methadone to other people, to get money for telephones or music-equipment.


Those narcotics makes people addicting much more dangerous way than normal alcohol. In some countries is legal to give also strong drugs for narcotics user, if they need medical attention for withdrawal symptoms. Those symptoms make those people very angry and impulsive, what means same as dangerous.  But in real life, there is a little danger, that somebody who is not narcotics user will come to test those drugs.


Drug policy is very difficult thing to handle. It's difficult to make good laws about this very difficult and complex problem. The problem with legal drugs is how to block those stuff from the people, who doesn't still use them. This is a nucleus of that problem, how to deny drug dealers and user to sell those stuff to underage people, who can't take care themselves.


So the answer to the problem is that those users can go to "drug hotel" or hospital and take them dose but they are not allowed to take those stuff out. So I think that if we will legalize drugs for every people, it will cause social problems, what is more, difficult to handle than if drugs are legal. But alcohol is a legal drug, and it causes also the very bad problem. I think that many people would never test drugs even if they are legal.


But the problem with drugs and alcohol are people, who addict very easy. I don't know is that because of genetics, but some people can't resist drugs.  When we are talking about drug policy, we will sometimes forget, that that stuff is very devastating, if they will put to some truck drivers coffee. And that is one reason because they are illegal. The use of drugs is the very big tragedy to all parts of that problem.


Users of drugs are sometimes very violent, and that's the problem with making laws about that thing. Some users make their families life hell, but if we will legalize narcotics, we might pull that merchandise out of hands of cocaine- or other drug cartels. This text is only thinking about this problem, and there is always another opinion about those things. But the most of the street violence is something connected with drug marketing. And this is one aspect, what we must realize when the laws are under construction.

Are we humans a part of artificial Intelligence

Robotics and artificial intelligence are the elements of the next-generation military and civil mechanics. But have you ever thought this kind of thing in philosophic focus? When we are talking about philosophy, we sometimes forget that philosopher must not prove anything, only rhetorics of the presentation is important, and other things, what will happen are, what philosophers imagination can produce.

There are philosophers who believe that we are computer programs inside the great supercomputer. But in here I must say that the word "believe" doesn't mean same for philosophers normal people. "Believe" is a rhetorical term for philosophers and it means that he or she defends the side, what he or she ordered to take. Not that philosopher actually believes those things, what that person defends.


I sometimes think if we are cyborgs like some Terminator, but we will never find out is this question true. Of course, I know that I'm a human, not the machine, but when I think about philosophic texts, I can say that normal people can't ever find out are they human or machines? The reason why I say that is even if we will go to a doctor and say that we are robots, that highly trained specialist might say to us, that we probably will need some kind of therapy, and that person will send us to the mental hospital.


Some movies is an idea, that some pilot or astronaut will make a crash and his tissues will replace as parts of a machine. And that is an idea of the movie "Six million dollar man", but when I saw the trailer of that movie, I thought that CIA could arrange that kind of accident, where a test plane will fall from the sky, to make its pilot as a cyborg.


If we think that philosophical question very hard, we can say that we actually know only things, what doctor will tell us? But today I want to make long text, and that's why I'm writing it in here, and we will go the little bit longer in our thinking. How we ever can be sure, that we can get real information from doctors.


They might lie to us, or those X-ray pictures of our body might be changed. That might be the very good idea of some kind of movies, where guns are blazing and dark dressed military officials run around the scenes but are you ever thought, that artificial intelligence might able transfer to our brains using modified electric shock machines to transfer it's code to human brains.


In theoretically is possible to modify human brains electric function with that machine, which is used in many mental institutes. This action might happen that artificial intelligence transfers its program code to electric waves, what are made like EEG-waves in human brains. This makes possible that some artificial intelligence transfers it's code to human brains.


Sometimes I have read some comic books about a situation, where "the bad guy" tries to make other people like himself. And in that action, he will connect his brains to other person's brains with electric shock equipment. In this action must the sender use that electric shock equipment to manipulate some person with his own EEG.

In that action must that person remember, that he or she must use the amplifier to make those EEG-signals stronger, and that way that person might test is possible to control other people with this kind of equipment. The system also needs to equip with the rectifier, because that makes impossible for target person to strike back to those targets.

Think always, why some service is so cheap?

Is cheap service also safe is a question, what must be asked when man or woman faces very cheap service. They must ask why some services are so cheap? Every businessman must get profit from their services, so he must keep so high price, that he or she will get enough money to live with that business. When we meet cheap services, must we ask about one good question, and that is, “Is that service some kind of honeypot”. Marks of good service are excellent work methods, good equipment, open marketing and of course nice and polite service without any covert lists what is hiding in the service desk.

Cheap style place, where feels absolutely necessary to make some kind of crimes. That kind of places acts like some carnivorous plants. They put the bait for criminals to catch those people. One identification mark for that type of action is that place is like made for some criminal activities.

And there is sometimes stuff, what mission is to troll out criminals to work more openly. That makes them make mistakes, and tell lots of things about their gangs for those operators. Those places are calling as “kill houses”. They are equipped with microphones and net surveillance tools. That material is collecting the governmental and private organizations what missions are sometimes illegal.

When some organization is collecting surveillance data from the target person, it will not use it against anyone. The data itself is a weapon which effectiveness will depend on people. Normally professional intelligence organizations do not use data against anyone. When they choose the target for their operations, the target must have something that is interesting in their opinion.

If some intelligence organization will use the information against normal people, it’s “kill house” will be uncovered and will become useless. That’s why they must choose their target very carefully. The target must have information, what that organization wants. Normal thieves don't work like this. Normally they use single data collecting operation and clean the places.

They don’t blackmail any person for years. So if somebody is collecting information about bank directors or somebody else, they might want information. Information what they want might be accounts where the money comes from government or some military and high-tech companies, which products are wanted in every conflict area.

Weapon technology is normally classified, and some mobile solutions are denied to take outside EU because it can use as a military support system. And that kind of technology is interested in intelligence. Also, some security solutions are interested in private spy organizations, because that data can be sold to other criminals.
