In the trial against MV-lehti and Ilya Janitskyn, is the question about the right to write about thigs, what would be not tolerated in the old fashion media, and at the same time the court is metering the limits of the writings in social media. And at the same time would somebody looking for the decision about the writer of social media right to use the name "magazine" in their homepages.  But also we are facing the problem of the journalism, what is the very complicated thing.


Normally freedom of speech is meaning, that every person has right to make that kind of writings what he or she wants, but there would be no answer, what to do when if the opinion of the writer is against the opinion of the line of the magazine. And it is problematic because the journalist is in the similar relationship for the employer as the normal worker. So if the employer wants, the content of the text should follow the line of the magazine or media house.


But is the case, where the head journalist wants that the henchman changes the content against freedom of speech? And what to do, if some journalist would make the publications same time in the magazines like MV-lehti, what are actually the social media channels? Here we must also ask another question about the publications like MV-lehti, and that is very complicated: should that channel mention, that there is a "Facebook-style" channel, and would the persons, who own that channel also have the responsibility to moderate the writings, what are published in that media.


And what to do, if some journalist would write to those social media- magazines in their free time.  That means that nothing limits the journalists work when that person is not in the office. The big question is,  would that cause the divorcing if those writings are against the line of the workplace? Those are difficult questions, and there would not be right answers for this kind of things.

In Finland is starting the trial against the creator of MV-lehti Ilya Janitskin, what is later called as the MV-magazine, and another one person docent Jouni Bäckman, about the writings what have been written about one journalist. And this means that this trial is very important because there is searched limits about the writings in the magazines and media.


When we are thinking about the role of the creator of the MV-magazine, we are looking for the answer to the question, did that man only forget to moderate that net magazine, or did he have the more active role in this case? The MV-magazine (MV-lehti) have another line than the main media have, and it is mentioned to delivering the neo-nazi propaganda, and the publish have been mentioned to work under the protection or even under the control of Kremlin and the Russian military authorities.


That magazine has kept the very nationalistically focused line, and if we are thinking the role of the Kremlin in this project, the nationalism is supporting the Kremlin interests in Europe. The Kremlin interest is to break the NATO and European Union by using very large scale information campaigns, where is supporting nationalism, and every time when that kind of campaigns are going on, the question for the nations would be "why your soldiers must risk their lives for some other nation? And also the goodwill of the Kremlin is also highlighted. When we are thinking about this thing, we must ask one question: did that man, who created this web magazine knew about this? And what have been the purpose of those writings?


Are they meant for closing the social media, or are they controlled by Kremlin? Or is this true at all? Is the purpose of that type of articles only show, how much support the neo-nazis have in this country? That means, there would be not any connections between Kremlin and MV-magazine. If there would be no connection, that would be one version of those conspiracy theories, what must be placed in garbage tray.


Sometimes I wonder, how much connections is between some skinheads and Kremlin intelligence? In MV-magazine have been the articles, where the writers, what could be classified as the supporters of the skinheads are mentioned, that they have "good connections for Finnish police" and introduced the policemen as the members of their organizations. Also in some main media texts, what have made the journalists, who are working in those magazines, have published the "hate writings", where is seen very strong "right-wing nationalist attitudes".


At the same time in some cases, the journalists have claimed, that skinheads would have support from the Russian military. That would seem the very interesting combination, that the persons, who think that Russia is the greatest threat for the culture, claims that they get support from the leaders of Russia. But let's get back to that trial. The main question is, have somebody stole those homepages, and should Janitskin moderate that thing more intensive? And if that thing grows bigger than he thought, why he didn't shut it down?


Another question is, where that man gets the money for living? Who pays his salary? And is the payer some kind of covert firm, what have the connections for Gazprom, what can be used as the covert company, and the salary payer, that the security service of Kremlin would not be uncovered.  But this might result in only the paranoid imagination, and those persons would act alone in this case, what brings MV-magazine to public arenas, and the trial is very important because if those persons would be found guilty, the magazine might be blocked from the Internet because of those hate writings.

Privacy and national security are complicated combinations

Privacy and national security are complicated questions, and they are the very large operational area for IT-specialists and lawmakers. The major problem with connecting privacy and national security involves the question ”whose security is national security”? This means that nobody actually ever mentioned, is ”national security” only the security of national leaders, or is it serving also public security and regular people. When we are thinking about the situation, where ”national security” allows to censor all data, what is not serving the rulers of the government, we think that we are going to wrong way. When we are thinking about data collection, we must notice that nobody cares that thing before the German top politician Angela Merkel was eavesdropping by NSA, and then the newspapers were very shocking about this case.


But before that nobody actually cares, how much private data this intelligence service have been collected, and how much this data have been delivered across the Atlantic by UKUSA intelligence co-operation between GCHQ and NSA. Also, nobody ever thought that NSA global surveillance network ECHELON could be the threat, but then the top politicians eavesdropped, and then newspapers woke up. They screamed that this kind of operations are illegal, and the intelligence co-operation between NATO electronic intelligence community must stop. ”Real soldiers”don't eavesdrop their enemies, and the international trust must base that opposite part is trusted because they say something.


”In God we trust, others we monitoring” is a mark of paranoia, was mentioned in some newspapers, and in the same time, the Facebook and other social media wanted to be banned, because that kind of things can cause embarrassing situations for some people. Social media can uncover if the person doesn't have those opinions, what he or she is claimed to have. If some person is known as the ”great person”, we must say that there must be some reason for that. And if the person has good opinions, we must ask sometimes ”why it doesn't be visible on social media”? Of course, the Russian government has their own style to work in the field of national security. They just prohibit every service, what they cannot control.


This is the very dangerous thing. If we have the situation, that nobody allowed to say anything, could some terrorists hide in the system, and then they can make very much destruction. Here we must ask ”how many school shootings have been prevented because the shooters were made mistakes in social media”. Or ”how many pedophiles and drug dealers have been identified by using social media”? Social media is the very good tool for collecting information by people personal life. Technical methods are very easy, the pictures, what is downloaded to the Internet can be isolated many details. Sometimes in those pictures is seen firearms, what are illegal or marks of using drugs.


Of course, those pictures are very dangerous in the wrong hands. Also, the prisoners or drug dealers identities can be used in social media for collecting data for persons, who want to make contact with those people. But this kind of data can also be misused. Those pictures, what are in social media can be made with computers and they can be used for denigrating some person. And that's why this media can turn into the false world, where nothing is real. Also, the surveillance files can be faked by some members of security service. This is the real problematic situation on the Internet.


The posters can be set in the walls by using image manipulation programs, and then those pictures can be delivered to the social media. This is not the very nice thing. If some person has automatic weapons in the home and then takes a couple of pictures at home, the location would of assault rifles and another kind of stuff deliver to the hands of the local motorcycle club. But also if somebody forgets the GPS on, and claims that he or she is a business meeting, could this be very embarrassing, if that person is locating in some ”Red light district”. Also, the embarrassing situation can cause in the case when somebody plays cleaner but then uncovers that this person is actually the owner of some cleaning company.


Also some ”garage companies” have uncovered that the owners are sons and daughters of some top members of the business community. This is very tasteless in my mind, especially in the case, that this person gives statements, that students should pay their lectures or that this person ever got the financial support from the government. If they never mentioned that they are members of the very wealthy families, and get everything, what they want, could be embarrassing if they claim to be cleaners or something like that. So this is one opinion about social media. If you have better opinions write it on the Internet.

A relationship between social and printed media

When we are talking about trusted media, we must say that of course printed newspapers are very high ranking and professional way to make media, but in some cases that thing have been caused even genocides. The problem is that some dictators are used printed newspaper against their political oppositions. In those cases, the "faked news" are caused the persecutions and violence against persons, who have talked against the dictators. This is one way to say, that many times dangerous is use trusted media for getting power in the state. I mean here, that also printed media can be used as developing the faked news and lies for people.


And this kind of misuse of media is always very dangerous because people are always trusted the media. But when we are thinking about social media, what is very unreliable, we must see one thing. When we are walking on the street, we don't have to look Facebook all the time. And we can remove that application from the telephones. That means we can just watch that thing couple of times per day. And the problem with social media is of course that if the people would use that thing, they might uncover very big secrets, or what do you think that somebody would publish the images from the house, where is guns on the wall. That kind of things is very bad for public safety.


But when we are thinking the role of social media, we must not stare that all the time, and when we are talking about the use of social media, those applications are meant to use together. So the all writings should be published in WordPress or Blogger, and then the links can be shared on Facebook etc. If we are thinking about working day and social media, we must say that the time for social media can leave outside the working day, if that feels disturbing. But the use of social media sometimes uncovers the little secrets, like that some worker, who is claimed to be an engineer has no training or education at all.


This might cause the little bit embarrassing situation if some team leader has been played an engineer, and then the dirty secret would be uncovered. In that case, somebody might want to ask, "why that person has not done anything".  And of course, if somebody writes bullshit or prosecutes somebody without evidence, can this person take to court. This is one very complicated question of social media. Superiority has right to deny the use of social media in working time, but if there find the things that are illegal, that would make possible to prosecute this person in the courtroom.


Nobody wants to be the asshole in the eyes of the family, and that would be a reason why some directors are wanted to deny the use of social media. But sometimes the reason for denying the social media is more complicated. There are cases that some other reasons were behind the blocking the social media, and one of them is, that worker keeps sick leave, but then there would be the picture, where this person sits on the terrace and drinks beer. That would be little embarrassing thing.

Beware of social media, and remember that everything you see is not true

When we are talking about social media and the use of it as the propaganda platform, we must say that modern technology allows making very trustable propaganda in the very low budget. The open source rendering platforms allow to create the animated films, where are characters, what looks absolutely real. Those photorealistic characters are allowed to make the realistic propaganda animation, what cannot separate from real news film.


Also, the use of social media allows making profiles of the persons, what are meant to target for propaganda. That means the propagandists can make propaganda, what is more, attractive and influential for targeted persons than ever before.

Social media is the very good weapon in the hands of propaganda makers because that media can be used in targeted propaganda, what is meant for children of the leaders, who are working for police and military. And of course, also criminal organizations would use social media in their recruiting campaigns, what is targeted to younger members of police and military. In those campaigns, those organizations claim, that they are only victims of the system, and the law enforcement only takes them as the targets of the use of force. And of course, drugs and doping are all right in that propaganda.


But the way to look like social media is that would give the information of the things like actions in some elections. Here I must ask does anybody tell us about the electoral fraud of Russian elections, or would the world be quiet about this kind of things? Silence is the very good way to keep undemocratic forces in power. And social media is also brought many things in publicity, what has been kept in silence.


And when we are talking about censorship, we would not want that thing. Social media has brought the attitude problems of some officials to public knowledge. Also the thing, those undemocratic forces are found also in so-called paradigm democracies. And what we have learned by social media is, that many things, what we are known as the truth, has more aspects than we ever couldn't expect.


The social media has shown that any media is not absolute neutral or all reporters are not standing behind the truth. That kind of reporters have supported the dictatorial governments, and an example the most important supporters of Joseph Stalin and Adolph Hitler were journalists, who wrote the supporting propaganda for those dictators. They made articles, what justified persecution of political enemies of those dictators. This is an aspect, what we must understand, while we are investigated media.

Why the populistic (new) movements are so good in Gallup polls

There is always talking about populism, and all new political movements have got the stamp where they are mentioned be populistic. The picture what the media gives about them is always little bit naive and idealistic group of the people, who doesn't know anything about realities of the politics. The relationship between political movements and media is actually more complicated than we might even understand. Even in the world of social media, must the candidate use the main media for given the name and knowledge of the existence of the candidate, and those posters will hopefully make the people look for information of that candidate's homepages and social media pages.


The main media is also the very important tool for given information of the things, what might interest about the people, and the candidates will get ideas for their texts and speeches from those articles, what are published in the newspapers and the official homepages of the media houses. The political candidate is always the person, who creates the texts and other agenda of the ideas how this particular person might want to use political power if that person gets the place in the parliament or is elected as the president.


The question of the political environment is about making and creating the agenda, what gives the people to mark the number of the candidate to the election slips. And only the slips what are properly filled and put in the election box gives votes for the candidates. Why the populistic movements are so high in the Gallups is the question what might interest many people in the world. The reason for their popularity is the reason that they are seen as the colorful and fresh choice in the political field.


This means that this movement is a choice for old political power, and of course, the good success in the Gallup polls is the very good advertisement for candidates, who wants the financial support for their campaigns. The good success of the Gallup polls convicts that some person is the serious choice in the elections and only serious candidates can get the financial support for their campaign, and this is why the Gallup questions are made.


In the real world, the reason why the new candidates have good support in the Gallup polls is that their supporters are more active than so-called "old school" candidates". And many of those candidates are very young, and that's the reason why their back organizations are full of active idealists, who have the backgrounds as the activists or even radicals. And that is the reason, why they have very good spirit in their work. But there is one big thing in those movements, and that is the relationship with the media.


In the modern world, the social media is the very important role in the campaigns of the candidates. And also virtual publicity spaces will give freedom for writings, and that's why there are no limits for making texts in the social media. But there must be something, what pulls the people to read the candidates opinions. And then the candidates must give the opinions, what makes people like their ideas, how to handle the very complicated questions.


When we are talking about experience, what the candidate might have for working at the top level of the political system, I must ask one question: What is the experience, what the person might have about as an example of presidential work, before this person will be elected at this office. The problem of the political movement's relationship with media is complicated. The old political movements have knotted long and hard relationship for media, and that was given very much to both of them.


The media have chosen the material, what it publishes, and this is the reason, why the good relationship with media people was the very important thing for candidates, because if the candidate got the poster in the pages, what have interesting news, many people see it. The most important thing is to put the poster in the place, where people's eye will see it automatically, and use of the red or yellow color in the skirt is also very good idea because human eye will turn automatically to those colors. This is made for the human nervous system because the mouth of the dangerous beasts is always red or yellow. And that is the reason, why some colors are more effective in the advertisements than some other colors.

In Austria is the power of the nation changed to the new party, what has ever been in the governmental power on this country, and of course, this party is stamped as radical right-wing nationalists. The reason for this kind of writing is that those new parties have not good or close relationships with the press or other media. And because the new parties are always marked as the populist or radical actors in the political field, the new power of the government might feel as uncomfortable for the political media, what has been used strong worlds with that movement.


And when this particular movement or party is in command of the state, it will feel not so good, like some "old fellow" who have been in the prime role in the politics for years. The old parties and old politicians have always had good relations with the press, and in the old times, the marketing of the parties was in the hands of the press. In this time those actors will use social media to collect the information of the political opinions of the people, and then start to make the speeches, what is mentioned for satisfying the people.


Collecting that data can be used same methods than collecting other marketing information, but this time the product is the politician and the opinions of that person. If we want to be very clever, we might use "rake method" to collect that information. In this method, there will be established many Websites on the net, that involves a different kind of information. And then the surveillance official will check what sites give the most positive feedback, and by that information, the politicians can begin to make their speeches to the people. And this will be the new era of the populism.


If those politicians had money, they got the visibility in the pages of the press. And that's why the good relations for the media people was very important. But then somebody wrote the book of the Internet-marketing. In this marketing system, what bases the virtual platforms anybody can get the same volume of marketing, and the thing that gives the reason for reading those homepages is how interesting those pages felt by readers.


The social media is the new thing in the political field, and it is the thing, what can bring lots of votes for the politicians, but it also can destroy everything, if the politician is not careful, when this person writes his opinions to the Facebook and other media. At this time must politician or other writer understand, that nobody fixes those texts if that person will make mistakes. And even if those persons will pull those texts off the net, will they be delivered by another people around the social network.


The arguments against the social media are that the media and the writers of Facebook or another social media have no skills or level when they write something, but the problem is that they have bigger contact surface and the social media writings are more easy to get than some newspaper.  When the people sit on their chairs in the lunch hour, they can take those homepages very easily than some person gets the newspaper.


The use of social media is that they will use as the combined way. In the blogs will be written long stories, and then those Web-addresses will deliver on the Twitter and other social media pages. And the problem of the social media is of course that the children of the families deliver there some pictures of their homes. If the parents have the alcohol- or other problem, they won't probably want to show their home to another people.


In a couple of years ago, there were massive campaigns in the media to deny social media, and in those campaigns, some well-known people shut down their social media accounts. In those campaigns, there were reporters, who bought the social media writers passwords and took the part of the media harassment. The problem of the social media is that it denies the media-houses, and then the marketing money will go to the firms like Facebook.


And if the users make the texts and another content, they are very cheap to produce. And of course, the users of the social media give the information for marketing corporations about the interests of the users, and also what is their political opinions.  And this information can be used as the political field for giving the tips to the politicians, what kind of speeches they will wish to keep to the people.

The use of social media in the educational environment.

The use of social media for educational purposes is a thing what have caused lots of talks. Of course, there are interactive message boards, what bases in the same technology than Facebook, what is mentioned for communication between the teacher and students. In some of those environments is a possibility for making the tests and use it for the document storage.

But there are more effects, what social media might bring in the learning environment. There is a possibility to make the interactive lectures on the Internet, where everybody has choices to answer the questions of the lecturer. In this scenario, the students will use their game headsets for answering the questions, what the lecturer will make. And the lecturer can finally look for the records of the answers after the lecture, and this way sees, who knows the real fact about the thing, what has been in the key question in the lecture. So everybody in the course might be noticed in this system.


Also, virtual environments can grow the size of the group without limit of chairs. And because all material is on the net, can students make their jobs in the home. If there is needed strong identification like in examine, might the system require telephone identification or fingerprint, and that allows the matriculation examination in the net. The person who observes the room can be anybody, and also security cameras can be used for observing the test. The virtual educational environment can use same style technology, what is used in many web-based computer games.


This kind of graphics and architecture might connect to the writing levers and that allows the use of script writing in the tests. And those surfaces can identify the persons by multi sensor systems, what connects the microphones, internet camera, fingerprints and retina pictures together. The mouse level can also identify the fingerprint, and that allows the strong identity in the tests, what are given in the university. This denies the opportunity for making the deceit in those exams. This might be future of studies in the global environment, where students can live in another country, but they are students of some universities.

About the articulation and terminology of the feedback

When we are talking about the possibility of cutting the working relationship, I must say that if some person wants to kick me off, must that person first give me the job. Second what the people do their work is the thing, what must handle in that working community where the breaking of the rules will happen. Third, my working hours are my own business, and if somebody has something to say about them, they are free to call my boss if they want. And I have constitutional right to write what I want if I don't be racist or agitate to make the crimes.


There is always the people, whose mission is to follow how the other people spend their working time and this is the very sad thing. When we are talking about the things that other people think be some kind of nice thing, I must say that if the people don't dare to write on the Internet about those things, what they actually think themselves, will the Internet become the boring place. In the real world is no need to shame, that people have their own thinking and opinions about all the things. But when we are talking about the writings, we probably mean the texts what we make ourselves.

The writing doesn't mean making the sketchbook by some lifestyle magazines. When are we writing our own thoughts to the net, why we can't publish them right after writing? When we think that we will face the bullying in the net, we must say that those people, who bully another person, will normally touch the one world. Those harassers will never see all the text, what is written.

They will take only one specific world, what makes the writer seem like stupid. In some newspapers have been the writings about the social media, and there were high profile cases, where the employees have given kicks to the worker because of the writings in the social media, and that is the very sad thing. The reason for those writings was actually to show people, that they should be quiet for the things what they face in the work life. But in the real world, there is no need to be quiet.


Those harassers ever quit their actions. I ever heard that those firms ever give jobs to those persons, who are harassed in the work and the boss ever says nothing for that. There are workers who have worked all their working life in the fixed-period working relationships, and they ever even offered the full-time job in any company. So why those people should be quiet? Does some employer give their normal work if they are quiet? In some working offices is the policy, that the workers should not use the social media because it makes their opportunity to be selected for jobs more difficult.


But if that person goes to the hundredth interview, what ends in the laughing, I will think would I be quiet about that thing. Or if those firms personnel don't even talk to me or they will act like I'm the furniture, I will as what they care about my writings? If I'm some kind of unnecessary trouble, I will ask is that the job what I want? Why must people be quiet about the things, what is ever convicted by even the own boss?  Is it nice to read that person's opinion of those workmates, whoever says "hi", when you go in the workplace?

When some bosses want to deny the social media, they will afraid, that their families or the friends hear what they really are. And when somebody tells the media, that this person got a job, because he or she doesn't use social media, should we ask. how many times would the leader of the company offer you the job, if you will shut down your social media?

When we are writing about the texts, we can say, that we are thinking with our own brains. I don't copy any guitar magazine photos or some other star's texts on my wall, so the things what I write are my own. This is the thing what I want to tell you, my dear friends. The world is not the nice place, and maybe somebody doesn't like what I write, but this the way how I see those things.

When we are talking about traditional philosophical question named as “The Plato’s cave", we must understand that we all live in some kind of cave. That question about the cave is that we all get the limit of information. And one reason for that is that we read about different kind of questions. We all also see a different kind of programs and we all have a different kind of opinions about everything. Everybody is not interested in same questions. There are many people who are not interested in SETI-programs. sometimes we forget that we are the worst censor officers for ourselves. We don’t read things, what we don’t want to read. And we don’t want to hear the opinions of the people who seem boring.


The marketing system makes everything that we don’t have to face boring people in our social media and social network, what guarantees that we can get only the information, what we want to see. That makes to use the application comfortably. Of course, those people don't take note, that some people maybe don't like same things, and keep the same kind of clothes. They might have some allergies, what makes some clothes very uncomfortable for them. We see only the things what we want to see, and we are unable to justify ourselves. All of us want to be the to be persons who have the strong self-criticism but we can’t be objective to ourselves. When people make crimes, they sometimes indicate that action with “necessary evilness”. They say that when they attack against some other people or steal property that somebody forced them. They want to see that those people made the right thing. The reason for the crime was “lack of money” or “defense of somebody else”. And of course, the target for violent actions was somebody who has been beaten his wife or kids or at least raped somebody. This is very often used defense in the court of law.


And there are lots of people, who don't care about what was the winning car in 1968 car race in Indianapolis even if that is the most important question for the person, whose hobby is the muscle car. But when we are looking for the truth, we must say, that there are many versions of the truth. And what’s making people interested in some question, is the massive lobbying against it. When we are looking for Plato, the great philosopher, we must realize that this man is very popular in some societies. There is one reason why Plato’s wise advice is been so popular.


The reason for that is in his book “The state". In Plato’s ideal state is clear social class structure, and if you are born in some level of society, that thing sets your position for rest of your life. And that’s why that philosopher was so popular in the European noble societies in 18 century. If modern society works like Plato’s society, that will, of course, be the very attractive thing for the people, who are in control of the state. In that “ideal state" is impossible to raise in social ranking, and that’s why the leaders of the state will be safe from revenge what their ex-henchmen would give them. In the state of Plato were strict levels of society, and many people don't know that there were same sub levels in every level of that state.


If you were the soldier in that society, you will be the helmet soldier. Behind those soldiers were commanders of the phalanx and in the highest rank were philosophy soldiers, who made strategic plans for those men. And of course, there were also “philosophy Helots" whoever does nothing. They just said where new bridges will be built and where the field must be clear. But they didn’t do the jobs themselves, and that is one very important thing, what must be understood when people are talking about the slavery. There is always men and women in the slave society, who lead the other slaves.


If we want to be honest with ourselves the lowest ranking men in the military are only the hand who does, what some commanders say. And those commanders are under the control of the philosophers, the leading class of the state of Plato. And the philosophers have also ranks. The lowest ranking philosophers gave the orders to the soldiers, but he made that using philosopher soldiers as the receiver. The people were told that there were disorders, and that was the reason why militia came to restore order. And the “order” was what the highest rank members of the society want. And normal people must not even know what has been happening when men of the city went to war.

But when we are talking about the information, we might say that we are our worst censored. Everybody knows how difficult is to read about things that are against our moral way of thinking. We want to see that we all make right things and our actions will be legalize and same time justified as the right action.


And the worst thing in the world is to notice that we are only human beings who make mistakes. But as somebody said that the person who never makes mistakes have ever tried nothing. The human being makes mistakes, and that is the thing that we must realize. Computers make always mistakes too. The mistakes of computers are the reason for programs what have malfunctioned. And do you know who makes those programs? The human being who might be tired stressed, sad or hurry. Those things will cause that there might be very big errors in the computer work.
