There is coming new movie about the book named "Fahrenheit 451", and that movie is more actual than ever before. Nowadays technology would allow us filter and manipulate the information unlimited way. And this is the most dangerous thing in the world. The information manipulation, what is targeted to military systems can cause the nuclear war. And this makes the information manipulation so dangerous, or what do you think about the situation, that somebody would put to the NORAD's (North American Air Defense Command)  screens film of the missile attack.


Then the nuclear war and global destruction of the human civilization would knock to the door. In this scenario, hackers would take control the screen of Cheyenne mountain, and that situation causes the launching of the missiles. Above the text, you might see one of the biggest paradox in the information technology. The paradox is that open information would be the biggest threat to freedom of speech. This means that the open information can be used by the way, what increases will of censorship. And this is the very sad thing because the freedom of speech is the key element in the real democracy.


But there is a problem in democracy, and they are persons, who missuses Internet for delivering anger and hate against other people. This kind of action would be delivering violent material or stimulate people to start violent actions against some people, who are against their opinions, and in some cases would the freedom of information allowed, if it supports the leading class people way to see things.


Filtering and changing the things is one of the most dangerous ways to control the information. The law would prohibit the censorship and in theory, the information would be free, but it would be censored or transform by the leading class. This is called as the "hidden censorship". This method means, that there is a couple of service offers for the Internet, and the state or some group of leading party would actually own the companies, what offer data services in the country. The censorship can be explained to the people that filtered information contained only the child pornography, what is of course against ethics of most common people, but when we are thinking the filtering of unwanted information, there could happen those things with legal homepages, what contains uncomfortable information about as an example of the political leaders relationship with the financial world.


After that, the political censorship would be possible, and nobody even knows what happens behind the walls of some telecommunication companies. This means that there is freedom to deliver information, what is supported the leaders of the telecommunication companies, but if the information doesn't serve them, the result would be, that the information would be disturbed by cutting the net in the middle of writing or sending photographs.


And also the homepages would be banned because they are revolting against copyrights. In this hypothesis, the telecommunication companies are the tool to control the state. In this case, the person, who controls the information, controls the nation. Those companies are the best tool for erasing uncomfortable information from the net, and in the worst scenarios the original information would be replaced by other texts or films, and this can be used to get political refugees return to the countries, where they left. There could deliver the false information about the crimes, what that person have made. And there could be faked and manipulated photos, where this person would sit in the front of drugs, and that would give an excuse to deliver that man or woman to that country, what that person has left behind.


This is one scenario, what might be interested some persons in the head of the national security.  Another way is to replace the home page with another one, what is full of weapons and stimulating for political violence. That kind of violence can make censorship possible. In some scenarios, those homepages can use subliminal flashing photos and infrasound commands to activate violent behavior. And that kind of systems might be used for some activists. When those usually young persons have stimulated to violence, that violation can be used to excuse for massive police actions against them.


In some rumors, the pilots, who flew the planes, what strike to World Trade Center and Pentagon were targeted this kind of messages. Those messages could be installed on airplanes by using USB stick, and program, what would deliver those messages by using aircraft loudspeaker- and the computerized avionics. And the meters would start to deliver those flash pictures, what are prohibited in normal marketing. Those techniques were developed for MKULTRA and PHOENIX-programs. And they were effective against enemies. So if those techniques would be programmed to some computer, would it become more dangerous than any tool before.

Many specialists in the west are concerning the situation, that Russia is a step ahead west in information warfare. And the reason for that is, that offensive part of the warfare has always advantage against the defender. The fight against information warfare is very difficult because that would mean that some homepages would be censored by the government. But there is one very good thing to ask: "How the things went so wrong, that superpowers want to begin the new cold war"? And another question is: "Who wants this situation"?


Why Russians wanted Trump to become The President of the United States of America? And why they gave money to that campaign? Did they believe, that they would not catch for that action? Taking money from other nations is prohibited in the elections all around the World. At the same time, Russian authorities claim that every organization what are talking about Kremlin's official politics would be Western agents.


 Russian way to make propaganda is very clever because the propaganda is targeted to leaders of the state like members of the parliament. Also, that information, what is used in that kind of operations might come from the trusted source. And that would make very difficult to act against that kind of way to work in the political situation. There are two lines to accomplish those operations, and another is the uncover very embarrassing information about the leaders of the nation. One case was Panama, where the western leader's connections to tax evasion companies are uncovered.


And the same time there would be articles, that "real leaders must not tolerate that kind of writings about themselves". At the same time, Russian military shows the new weapons and tells that it would destroy NATO-troops at Baltic states in 15 seconds. Also, Russian actions in international field are very aggressive, and they would very often show their military power. Also the handling the media in Syria is very interesting.


All members of "White helmet" organization are mentioned to be western agents and the connections to western nations are always taken out from the scenery. And in same time Russian authorities deny investigations in that area, where claimed chemical agents were used. At the same time as United Nations Russian foreign minister says that the Russians have evidence, that the poison what was used in poison case in the United Kingdom was made by western laboratories.


But in this case would be very interesting to see the chemical structures of the chemical, what was used in Skirball's case and the "Novichoke", what was made by Russian laboratory, because only that comparison would show does Russian authorities tell true or lies. And this would show, how bad the media handling is in Russia. Also, cyber attacks against other states are not the very nice commercial for Russian policy, if the leaders of that nations want peace. Those supercilious claiming are not very convincing if there would not make third part analyzes of that chemical. But this kind of actions are not stoppable, and the role of defense is only waiting for next move from the attacker.

When we are talking about the information warfare and the way, how the President of the United States talks to journalists, we must be considered about the freedom of the press. But at the same time, we must be considered about the freedom of the press in the worldwide area. When we are reading the news about the worlds most powerful nuclear weapon, we could not able to see that news coincidence with the presidential elections in Finland. Even the Finland is quite a small country, the area is suitable for SIGINT(Signal Intelligence)-stations near the Russian border, and one of the most important shipyards in Russia " Admiralty Shipyards" what located in St.Petarsburg  is quite near to Finnish borders.


The Russian 100 megaton nuclear torpedo to have been introduced to the press at exactly the same time that there were many changes in the European area. Brexit and some other changes in the European political arena might give the reason for Russia to publish their most powerful nuclear weapon. The psychological effect of that thing is very strong, and maybe the Russian military or head of the state believes, that those weapons have the very good effect, when somebody wants to resist NATO.


Those weapons are the very strong argument when somebody wants to separate from NATO and this kind of super-powerful nuclear weapons will give the reason, to begin the friendship of Russian leaders. So maybe that news had the purpose of giving the reason for censorship because nobody wants to bother the nation, what has the most powerful weapons in their hands.


When we are talking about silencing the truth, we might also use traumatic happens as the shield against the evaluation. Dead family members or friends are the good way to make the evaluators seem like cold and heartless people. This is the truth about how people acting if they are under the investigations or prosecutions. Those things always seem like that person will get easier and more sensitive service than without those stories.

What propaganda really means?

Propaganda is the term what means disinformation. The purpose of the disinformation is to minimize the damages if some top-secret aircraft have been shot down. In those cases will be claimed that the aircraft was only the "hoax" or it was mentioned to send in the hands of an enemy.  Those rumors, what are made in purpose, will state to claim that the STEALTH- or whatever aircraft what was sot down were "old model" or "trojan horse", what turns the public eye away from the "real stuff". This type of propaganda is meant for denying the enemy to get benefits about the wreck.


Modern military aircraft are combination what is equipped with sophisticated artificial intelligence, what can correlate the mistakes, what the pilots might do. Those artificial intelligence programs can launch chaff and flare, and begin the anti-missile actions automatically, what will decrease the stress of the pilot.


Many people want to believe, and this makes the analysis so difficult. In the real world, we must say, that human is is the toughest judge for self, but same time we are blind to our own weaknesses. Many western people want to believe, that F-15 would not be destructed or dropped by the rebellions of Yemen, but those rebels say that they are shot down F-15, what was operated by Saudi-Arabian Airforce. But who knows was the F-15 actually operated by Saudi-Arabia. There are rumors that sometimes USAF has been covered the losses by putting their airplanes to the name of some other nation.


The problem of the information of the military operations is that those operations were always colored by the propaganda, what hides the true operators and equipment what were effective in those maybe secret operations. The information warfare bases the thing that the effective equipment is in the background and in the front is the equipment, what was not so effective. And of course, we must realize, that any military force in the world doesn't show it best equipment for enemies. There is always the equipment what is reserved for the use of Russia's and USA's own personnel.


The second type of people who want to believe are the people, who want to believe, that Russian SU-35 is the best aircraft in the world, and those people want to believe, that USAF is some kind of grab. And in this situation will the rumors grow, that the dropped airplane was actually USAF operated F-15, and the government wants to deny the truth, that USAF airplanes are flying toys with full of software, and then the airplane what have been shot down starts to grow and at least one so-called "expert" will be seen to say, that the plane that was shot down was at least B-2 bomber.


The rumors are growing in the people's mind and the worst problem of those things of the information is that if somebody really wants to believe something, would that guy do everything to protect the thing, what this person believes. When this kind of person writes in some magazine, will the story go like this: The Russian airplanes were often got the position behind the other airplanes like that means that the target would be shot down straight away. The vertical and horizontal moving capacity is very important in the military aviation, and if the fighter has the laser weapon, there is much easier to shoot down the enemies. The laser can drop the enemy at any angle, and it can fire without limits of the ammunition. And if the target were pointed by the laser, it has no opportunity to escape, because powerful lasers can burn the trunk of the airplane in hundredth second. Or this is possible if the Russian fighters have got the laser weapons, what the Soviet Union and later Russia have tested since 1980's. In this situation would the Russian fighters capacity to shoot down any target, what they want. But when we are talking about rebels and multi-million dollar military aircraft, we must realize that the air defense missiles, what can be shot from the shoulder are extremely dangerous against an airplane, what this weapon will be pointed. The FIM-92 "Stinger" and SA-7/14 series of light man-portable missiles have revolutionized the warfare.



 And they can shoot down any airplane what comes too close. Also, normal reconnaissance drones can be equipped those missiles and laser weapons, and this is the thing, what we don't want to believe. Couple of hundred dollar equipment can have the same strike- and air combat capacity than those multi-million dollar aircraft. And if any aircraft would be equipped with laser weapons, they could destroy any so-called conventional fighter. Those laser weapons are extremely powerful, and they will cut their targets in pieces.

Today some nations have the army of bloggers or some other persons, whose mission is to troll the other persons in the information battlefield. That new kind of propaganda warriors actions are more difficult to see than normal cyber warriors, and the thing what those people need for their job is normal mobile telephone and netmail or Facebook account. Those warriors might be work as the mercenaries like normal military men.


The information warfare team needs only the good imagination, and then they can make their texts and photographs, and if we speak about truth, those people might give their work to another person for transcription. The making of false information is like write some books. It is not very difficult to imagine some kind of bad things about the target of that operation. So they need only paper and the pen to make those texts. And of course, the photographs might be modified with normal drawing program or even by hand, if the group want to show to the world, that the information was given by some guerilla who lives in the jungle and uses an analogical camera for the intelligence. That makes those pictures more trusted than some computer files.


Information warfare teams weapons are the words, texts and another kind of things like false news, there claim the most outstanding things about the leaders of the country. False information is a great weapon in the hands of some maniac leaders. They might claim that some leader of the nation has made crimes, what is normally out of the press. But is those men are working for some government they can publish their information in the newspapers, what are commonly mentioned as the trusted channel of information. And if the channel is trusted, will the hoax information be more effective than if the channel would be social media like Facebook.

Those people actions might be very dangerous for nations,.because they might use stolen identities for banning some politicians. The action might look very simple. Those cyber military members must only open the facebook account for calumniating their target. They can deliver Nazi-propaganda in that person's name and also download the pornographic material to those accounts.

But in some cases, those cyber attackers just give dirty feedback to some target person’s personal blogs. In those cyber attacks is a very bad thing, that they cannot be detected so easily than normal cyber attack. And of course those propaganda soldiers can deliver the naked photographs about ministers family members for making a change to the laws and otherwise make pressure to political leaders, and sometimes they want to crack NATO and other military coalitions.


The question what they will ask is, “should officers risk their lives in anti-terrorist actions for some other nation than their own"?. That action must mean for sucking up the officers. And of course, those propagandists also suck up the political leaders by saying that in the country where is a strong leadership, the leaders must not endure the investigations about their financial situation.
