The old city of Porvoo is the very interesting place because there is seen the old fashion way to build houses and, what kind of architecture were when the horses were the main way to travel. When we are thinking about those old cities and blocks, we must ask, why many of them have been destroyed and replaced with so-called "modern architecture".  That is the very sad thing, but sometimes this kind of action is suspicious because of the action would happen so fast. One of this kind of action was the demolition of "The house of ipatiev" in Yekaterinburg, Russia. In the Soviet era, the leader of Yekaterinburg city, Boris Yeltsin ordered to demolish the house, where the family of tsar was killed in the year 1918. That house detonated and replaced with the traffic circle in 1977. That action caused suspicious, that somebody hired something in the Soviet Union.


Sometimes the reason for the destruction has been an accident, but sometimes the reason for destroying those places was something else because old blocks and house groups were replaced by sports halls, what were empty because there were no users for those complexes. So why this kind of attractive places have been replaced with cement houses, and sometimes the action on this project has been very fast. In the eastern block, the destruction of some houses have been so fast, that in the morning the caterpillars arrived, and in the evening all trashes have sent to some place for burning, and this is the thing, what makes everybody laugh.


The reason for the destruction of old houses has sometimes caused that they were somehow uncomfortable for people, who keep the power in the state. There might be some pictures, what were shown something else, that the leaders of the country would want. There were people, who were not, who they claimed to be. And if they wanted to tell something about their childhood, they would be made many errors. In the small cities is always persons and places, what everybody knew.


And of course, somebody could ask things about photographs, what have taken in those small cities.  This is the reason, why those old cities must be removed immediately. Or what would you like about persons, who hired in some neutral state during the civil war, and then those persons just came to take their medals about heroism, what they didn't show. This has been made in every civil war. Those things might cause very serious need to replace old buildings with new ones.

The first flying car, what people really can buy.

This is the very good advantage for flying cars and for the first time, normal people can buy this kind of vehicle. The major problem with those cheap airborne vehicles is about legislative. The person, who wants to fly those vehicles must have flier's license, what is a quite expensive investment. But those flying cars might take the price of that thing down, but when we are thinking about those cheap airborne vehicles, the technology, what is used in them, have been in use about 20 years. And the term "flying car" means V/STOL (Vertical/ Short Take-Off and Landing) aircraft, that can be as easy to buy like automobiles.


Some of that equipment would drive on the road like automobiles. But there is a couple of problems with those vehicles, and one of those problems is that they can be used to replace combat helicopters in some conflicts. And if somebody makes the decision to equip those vehicles with machine guns, would the result be deadly, and many so-called "third world nations"  might have thoughts, that those "flying cars" could be used in military missions. Those vehicles can use advanced autopilots, and GPS equipment, but if the autopilot would be cut or get malfunctions, would that cause the situation, where the pilot might need to take control, and if the flight skills not found, would results be catastrophic.


Those advanced autopilots and flight control computers use cameras, GPS and GSM-data to communicate with computer centers, what can control the traffic in the air, but if the system would get the malfunction, the flying car can turn dangerous, and if it hits some airplane, the result would be devastating. But flying cars can be used also as replacers of cranes in building sites and those air vehicles could also replace helicopters in many missions, and if they are equipped with the group convention, can they work as a group, that means they can rise very heavy elements from the ground. And this means that they are not toys for some rich people.

About modern criminals and their way to act

Modern criminals have the different style to act than criminals of 80’s and 90’s. They have two roads to work with publicity. The first one is to claim, that they work for governments, and that will make the investigations slower. The second line is to make publicity the weapon against the enemies of those criminals. That means that the criminals have Facebook and other social media, what they will use in their operations.


They also control their gangs with those media-tools, and those persons may want to use the video conferences in their organizations, and they might want the pictures about the places, where the henchman of the boss claims to be. This makes modern criminals more dangerous than ever before. The drug dealers might use surveillance drones to check the areas, and they might also look in the flats to look for something to steal.


But those criminals also use social media to create their own images in the community. They may claim, that they are only the rebellious guys, who are persecuted by the police. Of course, the social media is the ultimate tool to ask for information of the people’s names and other things of the targeted person’s backgrounds. If there would be something, what causes problems with criminals, they would not sell drugs or take that person to the gang. Those things are everything, what makes the man hard to control. The publicity is the good tool for that person image in courtrooms, where they always claim that they are innocent.


 Also in very high profile mafia cases, the publicity is the good tool to turn the public eye to another way, when some mafioso is in the courtroom. When the person’s like Pablo Escobar are in the courtroom they would offer very large sums of money, and of course, those people always are very lavish for everything, what’s look good. They would give millions to the children hospitals, and there are always cameras at the place to show the world how good person that mafioso will be. There is always the same picture in the gangster’s life. First, this person would collect very much money from the streets, and then this person would establish the company, where the money would be transfer.


After this, that person leaves the world of crime and starts to operate in legal business. The gang and violence are only memories of that boss when this person starts to operate in legal business. The members of the gang would be handled by using anonymous phone calls to police. And the hit men can shoot the persons, who know too much. And then that boss is free. If somebody asks something, that ex-gang boss might say that they are only jealous, how this person has succeeded in the life. That is a good explanation for claiming that some respected member of the community has earned the start money for his business by selling drugs.

Probabilities and other things are the most interesting thing, what the mathematicians have ever created in their mind. Probability is the thing, what has caused grey hair for many military leaders and rulers around the world. What is the probability of the thing that meteorite will strike your house? This might be the very important thing for the insurance companies, that make the prices for their insurances.  If the meteorite would be destroyed some house, must the insurance company make the bills for that, and can they sell insurances, what covers the destructions of the meteorite? And will anybody buy those insurances, is the very good question, if those new insurances will come to the marketing.


The calculation about what is the probability that meteorite, what hits the house, if it hits to the Earth is quite simple. The area of the house would division with the area of the Earth, and as we will see, the probability that some particular house will be destroyed by the impact of the meteorite is quite small. But when the insurance companies or police want to find out, is something actually the cause of the probability, they collect the statistics, and that sometimes uncovers some things are made for the purpose. In the things what will happen in the long-period sequence, is sometimes visible that this kind of thing happens simultaneously. Let's take one fictional case, what provides that the archives and statistics show that this kind of things happens on purpose.


This is the key element why the statistics are collected. They will uncover if something is done by the purpose.  One thing is if the person who has been in some mental institute will get the letter from the steward's office, that this person has been noisy. What makes this letter very interesting, is that it comes when this person's family have been in the long holiday. Rest of this person's family had the way, that they would be a long period in the sunshine when they will celebrate their every ten years of the marriage.


And one day some person was realized, that those letters came all the time when this person's family have been at overseas. This kind of things shows, that somebody will make the wailings only when this person's family were on their holiday trip. When those reclamation letters were dropped from the mailbox only when the family of this person was far away, will the simultaneous action, what happens time and again, show the investigator, that there is something wrong in this fictional case.

The changing information of the terrorist organizations is vital element of counter-terror operations

The CIA: s information what has been given to Russian intelligence was saved many people living in St. Petersburg, and it was shown to the world, that even if the USA and Russia have the different opinion of some cases, they have also common interests, what they share together.  One of those things is the terrorism, what makes the life difficult all around the world. In the real life the information, what can deny terrorist actions must be share all around the world because the denying those strikes and destroying the terrorist-cells is an interest of all nations in the world.


The possibility of that kind of changing the information is now the reality of the world of the intelligence organizations because the counter-terror intelligence is now different than another intelligence system. And the information, what this part of the military intelligence gives to the head of the national security is isolated from other channels of the intelligence. The problem of the counter-terror intelligence is that satellites and recon planes are made for getting the information from other military forces. Those systems see tanks and airplanes very well, and they are capable to notice terrorist camps from the desert.


If the terrorists are dismissed from the camp, the strike will against them be unsuccessful. And of course, the separation of the terrorist-camps from another camp is difficult. The normal way is to investigate the communication in the internet and mobile telephone network, and then those officials will try to locate the place, where will be that communication comes. And then the recon planes or satellites will take the pictures of that place, and then the analyses operators will try to find the weapons or ammunition from those pictures.


But when the terrorist task team dismissed from the camp, there is only the electronic intelligence and reading of the electric mails the methods, what is used to track those terrorists by the NSA: s methods. The terrorists are hard to find but easy to neutralize, and the problem is just how to find them before the strike has begun. And the main objective is to arrest those people, because they will want to interrogate by the authorities, because of the information, what they give is absolutely important.


And the questions consists the names, vehicles, bases, and materials what is used in the infrastructure because that will help the intelligence track the places where those training camps have been. If the tracking teams are lucky, they might find some DNA, fingerprints ID-papers or bank account cards and papers of the contact person’s address in those camps, and in some cases, they might able to use dongs for tracking the trainers of the terrorists if those live somewhere near of that camp. The tracking of the camp might be done by slipping the GPS-system inside the weapons of the terrorists.


Another way is to slip somebody inside that organization, and maybe that kind of people are also used as the assassins, who will eliminate the leaders of that organization. The problem in this way is to slip those agent-saboteurs in the system of terrorists. Those people must speak Arabic languages and they must have the right background that they can work undercover in the Arabian area.


One way is of course implant some members of that organization with the GPS-systems, and then the assault-planes will attack against those targets. But the most effective way is to slip in some agents inside that system, and then they might use the anti-terrorist tactics like counter bombing and sniping against some of those targeted people, who are classified as the terrorists.

Writing about suicides before execution or imprisonment.

Today we saw it happen. One man who was in the court about the war crimes drink the poison and became a martyr. His name was Slobodan Praljak.  This is the thing, what those people who were responsible for the security of that court, should be prepared. The case is some kind of what happened in the Nurnberg trial. Some of the people who were sentenced to death were got the suicide ampules in the cells and they committed suicide in their cells. Those people were Hermann Goering and Heinrich Himmler. The last one was not judged in Nurnberg because he killed himself before court same kind of capsule, what Goering used before the execution.


When we are talking about those suicides, then we must concern that the poison was in the hollow tooth, and then those men could avoid the hangman. But there were, of course, the rumors that those men got the "zombie poison" or tetrodotoxin, and some of their friends in the allied lines helped them to escape from the hangman. But there is another theory, about those suicides. This theory was that Himmler and Goering could not stand the raise to the hang rope, and some men wanted to be sure, that Goering and Himmler will ever speak nobody about their secrets. Or did Goering try to get sympathy from the court of Nurnberg by attempting the suicide by weakened poison capsule, but somebody changed the suicide pill.


The same question as in Goering's case will be asked in this Croatian general case will always be asked the question, "did that man know, that he took real poison"? Or did somebody change the capsule? If somebody actually changed those capsules or dose, would that man try to get sympathy from the court? If that is true, would that suicide committed for the reason, for getting sympathy from the court, what convicted that man for 20 years imprisonment. Or why this man was able to take that poison in the courtroom? This is the question what will ask many times after this case.

In the beginning, I must say that I know that I write lots of American operations. The reason for that is the information of the United States psychological warfare is easier to get that information from Soviet information campaigns.  Operation “Jade Helm” was the straight copy of Vietnam-age “Operation Northwood" from the 1960’s. That program was a pilot test for the disinformation warfare. The reason why Pentagon launched those operations were, that the leaders of the U.S Military wanted to get the public opinion for support operations in the Far East, and of course, they wanted to hide the massive chemical warfare in that country.


The chemical agent what was used in that operation, was Agent Orange, what is made for agricultural use. That chemical is very common in the normal agriculture, but misuse that chemical will cause cancer. That kind of chemical weapons is so-called “stealth killers". That means that those chemicals don't injure people in the normal way. They cause cancer and the danger of those actions is that chemicals like agent orange are very easy to get. Even if American military leaders meant to kill people with that chemical, they used that component in large areas in that country. And that might cause numbers of cancer cases in that area.  But when we are talking about “Operation Northwood" we must say that those kind of disinformation projects risks are, that they can use to hide war crimes.


But also hide the real reasons for the war. The disinformation warfare is a very dangerous if somebody wants to agitate the hate between the people. If we are talking about those operations, what the USA has done past years and what it has done in the Cold War, we must say that the relationship with United States military and those guerilla movements is not so simple than we think. The threat to the United States has always been right-wing nationalists like Ku Klux Klan, and in 1960’s the problem with the United States was it was grown too strong. The result of too strong military force was that US military was always asked for support some local governments, what made very strong risk for men who served in the military forces.  And the threat of that era was, that some nazi will be the rise in the Presidential position in that land. That’s why the military forces needed the Vietnam War and the loss in the Far East.


Those men who served in the military in the Vietnam war or other wars in the world are justified as the veteran position. But the men who have served with the CIA can’t get veteran benefits and sometimes they can’t even say that they are veterans. But when we are thinking about risks of information warfare, we must realize, that false news might be more deadly than any other weapon in the world. There is the danger that the propaganda-unit might just invent the “news" what they give to the world, and that might cause even the War. But in the information warfare in one risk. There is no need for special equipment for beginning those operations, only the writing program or pencil and papers are needed, and of course, the operator needs the good imagination to make those texts.


And if the source is mentioned to be some bandit, who lives in the jungle the paper and the pencil would grow the strength of that information. Those papers might be set to find in some tourist area, what increases the trust for that information. And of course, somebody can make blogs for some business managers, who will not want to travel to the China. The blog might involve information what is harmful to China, and after that, this person will ever get the visa to that country. The danger of that kind of actions is that if some business manager is in the trip in North Korea, would somebody make the blog for that person's name and that might make the lots of trouble for that person.

Who benefits the crime is a key to find terrorist back forces

Investigation of terrorism is similar than any other criminal investigation. The investigator's mission is to find out real criminals, and after that, the government can focus their mission on those persons, who will want to take in the court of law for crimes, what they have made. But as we see, the investigation of crimes begins the question, who benefits the crime.


Anybody in the world can yell "Allah Akbar" when he kills somebody, and in those cases, I think that some of those brutal actions are made for some other reasons than bringing the Islamic revolution to the west. This is a problem with an investigation of the terrorism.

Even if the striker is a fundamentalist, that doesn't mean that he or she is the member of that particular organization what he claims to represent. The world of terrorism is very complicated, and that's why the strikes mission is not always, what it looks like. The mission of the terrorism is sometimes to sic the strikes against the organization what is the striker's competitor.


Sometimes there have been rumors of the 1980's terrorism, that behind that violence was actually right-wing movement, who wanted to calumniate the socialist parties. Sometimes there have been wild rumors, that even the CIA has been supported those radical socialist movements, for decreasing the popularity of socialist parties.


But even if the background actor claimed that this person represents the CIA, that doesn't mean that this "unknown man" ever worked for the CIA. He might be the member of any other intelligence service or perhaps that person worked for some "security company" what hires mercenary soldiers for dirty jobs in Africa or Asia. And nothing will connect those persons to any western intelligence organizations because their payments were paid by some South African companies.


But these are only rumors, and nothing ever can be proven about those actions. Even a radical Islamist can say that he is from CIA, and that might be key to those crimes. I think about the scenario, where some Islamist extorting people, claiming that they are from CIA or the Mossad, to motivate the persons to hate western world and Israel.


But the legend remains as we have seen many times before. When we are talking about those strange persons who kill people for political reasons, we must remember the phrase, what is in many detective stories "who benefits the crime"?. That is a key question when officials investigate any crime. And the second question is, who can motivate persons to those horrible actions against innocent people? The motive is a key to answer, who was behind that kind of action, what is a shame to every person in the world.

Think always, why some service is so cheap?

Is cheap service also safe is a question, what must be asked when man or woman faces very cheap service. They must ask why some services are so cheap? Every businessman must get profit from their services, so he must keep so high price, that he or she will get enough money to live with that business. When we meet cheap services, must we ask about one good question, and that is, “Is that service some kind of honeypot”. Marks of good service are excellent work methods, good equipment, open marketing and of course nice and polite service without any covert lists what is hiding in the service desk.

Cheap style place, where feels absolutely necessary to make some kind of crimes. That kind of places acts like some carnivorous plants. They put the bait for criminals to catch those people. One identification mark for that type of action is that place is like made for some criminal activities.

And there is sometimes stuff, what mission is to troll out criminals to work more openly. That makes them make mistakes, and tell lots of things about their gangs for those operators. Those places are calling as “kill houses”. They are equipped with microphones and net surveillance tools. That material is collecting the governmental and private organizations what missions are sometimes illegal.

When some organization is collecting surveillance data from the target person, it will not use it against anyone. The data itself is a weapon which effectiveness will depend on people. Normally professional intelligence organizations do not use data against anyone. When they choose the target for their operations, the target must have something that is interesting in their opinion.

If some intelligence organization will use the information against normal people, it’s “kill house” will be uncovered and will become useless. That’s why they must choose their target very carefully. The target must have information, what that organization wants. Normal thieves don't work like this. Normally they use single data collecting operation and clean the places.

They don’t blackmail any person for years. So if somebody is collecting information about bank directors or somebody else, they might want information. Information what they want might be accounts where the money comes from government or some military and high-tech companies, which products are wanted in every conflict area.

Weapon technology is normally classified, and some mobile solutions are denied to take outside EU because it can use as a military support system. And that kind of technology is interested in intelligence. Also, some security solutions are interested in private spy organizations, because that data can be sold to other criminals.
