Sometimes people are talking about the independence of science, and this thing is the complicated question. The problem of the universities is that they must get financial support from somewhere, and if they are free for the students, the money must get from somewhere. When financial supporter would make the decision about the money,  that money makes the profit for the supporter. This means that the supporter expects to get something in return.


And this means the financial support from the companies, or otherwise, the studies in that institution are limited only for students, who have good relationships with the business world, and who have great salaries. But if the students would not have those relationships, they must get support from the government, and some professions like a lawyer and medical doctor are reserved for people, who have studied in the university.


And this means that politicians are giving money to those studies. In this case, there are millions of other things, where that money can spend. If the government gives money, that would want something, what is interesting for national interest. Or otherwise, the government would not give money for the university.


This means the universities must produce something, what is useful for the nation, and this is the most complicated thing in the world. If the argumentation for financial support is not good, the money would not be given. In this case, the financial support must get from the private sector, and in this case, the argumentation and profit must be actual. That's why the companies are willing to get the expertise from the universities for their projects, what are consisting the highest grade of the technology.

Below this text is two links to the videos, where is presented the drones, what are made for military and civilian purposes. In fact, some of those miniature air vehicles are made for toys, and the technology, what is used in them, can be used also for the wrong purposes. Even the modern toys can operate independently, and they can risk the security and privacy in the houses if they are misused. The moving trajectories of those drones can be pre programmed, and if somebody wants, those drones can fly across the houses and photograph every flat, where they can see inside.


And those things can be used as the surveillance drones as well as the drones, what are made for that purpose. But when we are thinking about the miniature drones use for strike purposes, some of them might simply drop the transmitter on the tanks or some other target, and the guided bomb or missile would follow that transmitter. Those miniature drones can also equip with the electric system, what would shoot 338. caliber magnum ammunition to the target, where the very small "Black Hornet" drones would target them. In this case, the ammunition would put outside the drone helicopter like missiles.


And then the operator would shoot them with remote control. The ammunition would be launched with induction spark, what makes this thing the smallest combat vehicle in the world, and the use of those systems might be like the extended high-tech sniper rifle, and if this helicopter would be the little bit bigger, there could be installed the automatic pistol with it. This kind of tools would be perfect with anti-sniper and assassination missions.


They can be delivered to the operation area by aircraft or even by satellite. In the last case, the drone would be put in the saucer-shaped tank, what is used with space probes, and dropped into the atmosphere. Those drones can be equipped with normal assault weapons, but they can use also centrifugal rifles or lasers. The first one is actually the modified angle grinder, where is installed the rotating table.


The steel balls would be feed on this surface, and they would get very high speed, and those things can be extremely lethal. Aiming of those weapons is easy, and the only thing, what is needed is one hole in the core of that weapon. The speed of the metal balls would be the same as the rotating speed of that metal table. And the second one, the laser could be the standard metal cutting tool, what could be targeted to the ammo shack. That kind of weapons is extremely dangerous. Those lasers would explode the explosives of the ammunition. The metal cutting lasers could make deep burn injuries, what is more, lethal than any bullet can be.

Importance of cyber warfare.

Cyber warfare and the importance of it are now understood in the western military.  The best way to make lethal damage to the computer system is to use the logical bomb. In this case, the computer virus would be activated in the middle of the combat situation, what would decrease the ability to use the weapons. Another version of this operation is to change some codes inside the fire control system and delete the electronic codes of the master keys. And in this case, the computer would not recognize those keys. That means that the key would not activate the fire control computers, and that will be the very bad thing for the warship, what is under attack.


The question about cyber security is vital for military forces around the world, and in the worst scenario some person would paralyze a multi-million dollar warship by using a mobile telephone, and in the real world, that kind of threats would cause problems even for the security of the nuclear weapons.  The safety systems of those weapons are very good, and that means that hackers would not launch the missiles. But damages about this kind of attack might be very big, and in the critical time, that would cause the bad situation.


In this scenario, the person, who wants to sabotage the nuclear weapons of some state, would cause terrible damages for missile systems and decrease the strike capacity in the critical time. In this case, that person would use the nuclear weapons security systems against itself. That means that that operator would try to launch missiles without permission and orders, what means that those rockets would probably start. The safety system would deny those launches, but the rockets are unable to use. And if that would happen in critical time, would this cause threat to national security.


This would happen by using hacker techniques, where the hacker would just change the codes inside the nuclear weapon control computers. If the hacker could slip into the system, that person would able to change the launching code, or delete some code keys, and that would cause the situation, where the system would detect the launching as the unauthorized operation, and then the safety system would destroy those rockets. The warheads would not explode, and the missiles would not fly anywhere, but when this happens in the critical situation, would it cause the terrible situation in military forces.

The centrifuge rifle is very easy to get because the angle grinder can easily modify for this kind of weapon. As I have written earlier, the centrifuge rifle is actually the rotating plate, and above this plate would be dropped steel balls, what would accelerated extreme fast speed. That weapon can easily install in the small drones like quadrocopters. In this case, the small size helicopter can work as the flying rifle.


The operator could easily make this thing at home, and then use this thing for terrifying purposes. When we are thinking about UFO, the small size flying saucer. Actually, the saucer-shape is because the normal quadrocopter is covered with the metal cover, what is normally used with fans. That small helicopter is made for intelligence purposes, for giving tactical data to the infantry and tank troops, but this shape allows that the operator can just throw it to some bush and walk away. Then the controller of that device can operate it by using the Internet or satellite communication system.


The toy shaped miniature copters have one benefit when we are thinking about the assassination missions. Somebody can see if some person prepares that kind of helicopter near some important target. But if the quadrocopter would be covered by the similar metal cage, what is used with the fans, that copter can operate more sophisticated places. If that cage would be opened, the system can use also weapons. And that thing can be carried in the operational area in the middle of garbage. They can just throw in the ground, and then those systems can attack against the targets.

Have you ever thought that BLUE BOOK might test if the holograms or pseudo-UFO:s what government has made trustable? When we are thinking the reality, we know that the flashing lights and sounds can cause the epileptic effect. And the most effective way to use that kind of things is to make people look at them.  If the lights are synchronized with the human brain alpha electric wave that would cause the epileptic symptoms, and the mixing the ultra- and infrasound the effect would be very powerful, and it could be boosted with psychoactive chemicals like BZ, what has been installed to some bombs.


And that equipment might be tested to use against riots and other massive civil disorders because the deaths of the rioters could cause that those people would get martyrs if the police would shoot the rioters or protesters. That allows the government to use non-lethal force against the rioters, and that avoids the deaths in that operation. The martyrs would increase the violence, and that's why government must use minimum force to stop those riots without casualties.


I sometimes have wonder, was the BLUE BOOK the predecessor of the PROJECT BLUE BEAM. In the BLUE BOOK reports the reason for the UFO-sightings are mentioned four major reasons, and at the below, they are listed, as they were in the Wikipedia. Real BLUE BOOK claimed that the UFO.s are from the Earth or they were caused some kind of psycho-effect. The first explanation seems the little bit extraordinary because now we must ask, what causes the ”mass hysteria”?


Of course, there are many methods, what would cause the mass hysteria, but those methods are illegal, and one of those things is to spray the LSD, LSD-25 or some other psychoactive like Mescaline or BZ to the air. And that kind of chemicals would cause very large mass-effect. And if the UFO:s would spray those chemicals into the air, would that danger the national security. Also, low-frequency voice signals could cause the mass hysteria. And maybe those weapons were tested in those areas, where UFO:s were seen.

The second reason to make UFO-report seems the little bit strange too. Have you ever seen, that somebody would get any publicity because of those reports? Of course, some people might want to meet the investigators to tell them some weird things, but the reason for that might be loneliness rather than willing to get to the publicity.


Psychopathological personality is the good reason to explain those incidents. But then comes the induction question: how the psychopathological person could serve in the United States Air Force, and how that kind of person could get the flyers license.


And the last one would be the most often and acceptable reason for seeing the UFO:s. The misidentification of conventional objects might cause the UFO-phenomenon. But when we are thinking the reason for the psychic powers of those strange objects, we might understand that some high power magnetic fields can cause the psychological effect.


The magnetic field would influence to the human nervous system like it influences to human blood cells because the hemoglobin is an iron atom. That means the high power magnetic fields can cause the hallucinations and other strange feelings in the human body.


So were the investigators worried about the high power magnet fields or radio waves, what would have the strange influence on the human body. Those magnet fields might be tested in the tests, where above the object have tried to make the protective electric field, what could destroy enemy missiles before they would get too close of the object.


Or high power radio-waves what investigated because that powerful radiowaves could intercept the Soviet and other Eastern Block radio jamming, what was meant to isolate that part of Europe. And using very powerful radio waves, the CIA tried to avoid the jamming of the Eastern Block radio stations. Maybe this is the reason for the BLUE BOOK-operation, that CIA wanted to create high power radio-transmitters, what were invincible for humans.


On the BLUE BOOK was investigated the possibility to create the psychological weapons, what could disturb enemy troops concentration. Sometimes I have thought that was the BLUE BOOK some general training for the PROJECT BLUE BEAM. That means that in the BLUE BOOK were tested the technology, what has used the much larger scale in BLUE BEAM operation. But this is of course only the writing about the reason, why the BLUE BOOK was worked intensively and systematically with the UFO:s? Was this project used to test the systems, what can cause extreme hallucinations for the victims? That would give the Government a powerful weapon to handle riots and take enemy troops in control.

The autism, security, and music

Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart was a “wonder boy” and musician, but when we are thinking about the life of this man, we must realize, that this man was probably autistic. Why was this man working in the royal court of Vienna? Mozart was probably the identity of many young men. The autism caused that person was able to play the composition by hearing it in the single time. But this person could not read the notes of the melody.


That’s why there might give another melody in papers, what the people heard. This denied the opportunity to curry favor the king. There was some melody, what was mentioned the favorite song of the king, what means here the highest ranking nobleman. And then there were came the time to play some music. Some people might realize, that the compositions what the people here might be not same, what was in the papers, on the top of the piano, where everybody might see, when the king’s favorite composition would be played.


As you might see, there were people, who had the need to like the same music as the top noblemen. The purpose of that methodology is to uncover those needs from the head of the persons. But the royal court needed also many other specialists, who were portrayed as the composers for people. There were also buttons in those wires, and the analysts made their conclusions about the tactical skills of those players. The more realistic version of that “chess machine” was actually, that those observers used paper bites, there the movements of the buttons were marked.

That poison is very lethal and the airguns don’t seem in explosive detectors. That poison could deliver to victims body by shooting the arrow to the neck of the target, or they could be stick to person’s body by hand. That means, that there would not leave DNA to that arrow. And those poisonous arrows are extremely dangerous. The South American drug cartels have also massaged the styluses of drug users in the back of those dart poison frogs, and that stylus causes death in every case.

President Trump and his congratulations for Putin

When the president of the United States of America will send the congratulations for the president of Russia after the election, and he acts against the advice of national security, we must say that this person acts always against somebody’s opinion. Presidents would never do right things, what pleases everybody, and if Trump would follow that advice, somebody would say, that this man was under control of his advisory. The reaction of the action to not say congratulations for Putin would be that this would make deeper the conflict between those superpowers.


Actions what Trump has made in the case to transfer embassy of the United States to Jerusalem is of course not pleasant for the international community. But if Trump would follow the line of the international community, the voters in the United States would say that this kind of actions is made for collecting popularity from other states. And when we are talking about the position of Jerusalem, that is same what other states do, if Israel says that their capital is Jerusalem.


The position of the president of the United States is not easy. And the international politics is not the easy field to operate. There are no right decisions for make. When we are looking about the nuclear weapons outbreak would be also the good thing for the persons in the United States military. Nuclear weapons are the good excuse for not to use the force against some other states. This is what makes the situation of the United States so difficult. During the Cold War, it collected many allies for supporting its own nuclear arsenal.


Those allies are needed for military bases for B-52 bombers and airborne refueling aircraft for those planes. This meant that those allies wanted military and political support from the United States. And that is the reason, why the Soviet Union have been supported the communist revolutionaries like Viet Cong and North Vietnamese government. And the loss of Vietnam war was meant that the United States most important military base in the Asian operations area. And undemocratic allies are the very big problem for the United States. That statement itself is quite democratic, but the allies are not even playing that thing. The corruption is good meter how working democracy really is.


But when we are looking the things like corruption, we must say that there are two ways to handle that thing. Another is that corruption would be justified, and the authorities also control their members.The covered democracy is the bigger problem in the world than open dictatorship.  In undemocratic states, corruption is that every grumble of authorities work would be put in garbage cans and then this state would play democracy.


Also, the news, where is mentioned, that authorities work is partial, would be censored by the media houses. The laws of those states are very good, but they are not enforced. And the newspapers and media houses are of course free, but they are all owned by the party, what is in control in that state. If somebody else wants to transmit media broadcasts to that state, those frequencies are always reserved. And there is the big list of problems in that kind of broadcasts.


The banks would not open the bank accounts for those media corporations. Electricity is always cut, and there are many more troubles for those reporters. Their car windows would be broken. Or the persons, who criticized the government would be kicked off their workplaces. This is one way to control the information, what is given by some governments in the world.

ABW- Advanced biological weapons

The idea of using wild animals to attack against personnel is not new. There are always been trained lions, bears and wolfs to control the entry of some area. Those beasts were used because their attack covered the path to the person, who ordered the action. Also, royal hunting falcons had sometimes have connected poisoned knives in their claws.


Those birds were meant for the attack against enemies of the royal highness. In Finland's national epos "Kalevala" has been mentioned that one of its heroes "Kullervo" used trained animals to kidnap the enemy's daughter. At the later of this text, I'm writing about trained bears and other stuff from "The Hound of Baskerville". In that book was the big dog, what was trained to kill the members of one family.


Bugs what are crown with plastic explosives can be used to locate mines, can those organisms like wasps grow with ammunition. Then the bugs can be released to combat zone, and then to the air can deliver acetone. This would make those animals extreme dangerous, and this is the very big threat for every person in the world. The bug can bite anyone in the world, and this thing makes materialization of the horror movie "Candyman" real.


The question is, could those attacks targeted to selected individual persons by growing those bugs with the tissue, what has been grown by the cell-examples of some person, who would be typed as the danger for national security. I think that that kind of biological stealth weapons is tested in some test ranges in USA and Russia. This actually means that those specific bugs can be released to air, and then they would use by assassination missions. And those bugs can also be mosquitos, what were infected with malaria or dengue fever, what might be very dangerous.


Same way animals like bears can be trained to attack against the armed person. There would need the smell of ammunition, and then that animal would make mad with anger by using the food or electric shocks as the stimulant. This scenario some disturbed person would give those extremely dangerous animals food and same time let the animal smell the ammunition, and that effect can be boosted by using electric shocks at the same time.


Those things might be used in the Victorian era England, where the story of “Hound of Baskerville” was written. Animals like dogs can be taught to hate some persons, and when those persons would arrive, the dogs would attack against them. The same method can be used with bears, what would be trained to go get some persons back in control.

How to make a machine, what reacts for feelings? And what makes them dangerous for national security?

Have you seen the movie "Terminator"? There is a scene, where robot answers "Fuck you asshole" for the knocker. This is the thing what makes it feel so human. And that gives this fictional robot the capacity to slip into the resistance and eliminate the wanted persons. This is the horrific vision of future, where artificial intelligence has killed the human race and starts to war against humans.

Robots are creating to replace humans in boring jobs, where are problems to find workers, because of bad salary. Most elegant way to make robots, is to make them so sensitive, that they can play feelings, and that would make them very good workers in hospitals. Those sensitive robots would use their sensors to monitor how opponent speaks, does the opponent turn red, or what kind of voice this opponent has. This kind of robots are creating in Japan, and their missions would be customer service in restaurants and hospitals. Also, sex-industry might be interested in those machines.


By analyzing those changes, would that robot or computer notice if the opponent is angry, sad or glad. Also, they would notice if the person enjoys some food or seem nervous. Sensors would notice if there are tears in the opponent's eyes, and in that cases, it would show empathy for that person. Those robots would be so humane, that there would be hard to separate them from a real human.


Those robots are equipped with computer programs, what notices the changes of voice, or other marks of the person’s behavior. Also, those robots might have infrared sensors, what notices the changes in the skin temperature. And those sensors would notice if the person moves arms little bit too fast. That would tell robot if the person is stressed. After that, the computer chooses right protocol how to start talking with the person.


Closed space like hospital or school is the very good working area of those robots because they could be connected to WLAN all the time, and when they would need more computer power, they can take assistance from some central computers, what helps them to solve problems. In those robots are also some risks, what might ever think before. If those robots would be used in some police or intelligence missions, they might be easy to handle, and those machines can slip in the enemy leaders close circle.


Those robots can be assisted by some aircraft like E-6 Mercury, what can give their calculating capacity for those machines. That human like robots can use in surveillance missions, but there is one great danger for those systems. If somebody would use them as the eliminators or assassins, nothing would stop them. Of course, there would be effective weapons like computer viruses, what would be harmless for humans, but they would destroy robots. And they could be an effective defense against those machines.


But the problem of those robots is that they might have “ghost protocol”. This means that they can do their missions on two levels. Those robots can work as bodyguards, but they can also use for illegal activities. That kind of robots can work in their normal duties all the time, but when they notice the targeted person, those machines would eliminate this man or woman, and then they would return their normal duties. And the memories of those robots can be erased.


Those robots could be slip near the key persons of the military, and if they will start the operation, could those androids just kill them. Or some private corporation would use them to eliminate their competitors. So the Mafia of tomorrow would use this kind of devices as killers. But they can also use in the military missions around the world, and that would allow hiding even great scale of war.

Writing about the secure computer solutions

Trojan horse can also be secured computer solution because the system might transfer the information to the third part´s databases, and nobody else cannot see the information what this kind of computer program will send to the hackers. This kind of intelligence software can be used by the NSA for monitoring the targetted military bases.


That software can pass the vulnerability test, and they can be very secure things, but they will send the information to the NSA servers, without nobody ever notices anything. When I'm writing about NSA, it can mean any kind of military organization, what has in the interests to collect the information from some special secured databases, and then target the other military actions against those targets. The targets for those operations might be the personnel, who are in the key role in the national security.


This kind of thing might be the operating system size surveillance program, what might have also the capacities to destroy the weapon systems databases, or even terminate all operating systems in the missile control computers. So this kind of thing could be the logical bomb, what is very good support weapon for another military equipment. If the operating systems of the missiles and airplane computers can be erased, the enemy could not use their most effective weapon systems like smart bombs and sharp Stand-off missiles, because if the operating system of the computers of the missiles has been erased, there would be no change to aim those things.


Also if the GPS/GLONASS and communication satellites would be terminated by using the computer viruses for those satellites, and that kind of viruses can make the satellite unable to work for a couple of hours, until the computer programs were reloaded to satellites main computer. The time when the computer viruses are effective in those systems might be the only couple of minutes, but when the mission-critical system will be halted in a couple of minutes, would the result be devastating, if the nuclear submarines won't get the launching codes if enemy missile raid would already begin.


Then we are talking about this kind of military systems, what can shut down enemy communication systems or even the tactical fire control in the minutes. We must think that the NSA or whatever intelligence or military organization is behind this kind of operation, would that organization think, that it is only part, what will get that information and ability to use those programs and malware in their own purposes. That kind of programs can steal the information of the nuclear staff of the military forces, and then the special forces can be targeted the assassination operations against that personnel, what is in the main role of the launching process.

One of the reasons, why SR-71 "Blackbird" was so expensive and many ways unpractical conception is that the technology, what have been used in this famous airplane was unique. The use of those about 30 airplanes was so expensive, that the program was terminated because USAF and CIA transformed to use spy satellites in the missions, what was reserved for those very expensive and secret airplanes, that could travel at the speed over 3 500 kilometers per hour.


Of course, that technology was not allowed to give into hands of the Russian or other states military intelligence. And that was the reason, why there were used so many unique components. Sometimes people talked that there was a robot version of that airplane. In this scenario, the SR-71 was equipped with the inertial navigation system and the clock, what allowed the plane fly autonomously in the Soviet airspace, and when this plane was going to airborne, there was used the remote control system. When the SR-71 went on the right altitude the barometric system would lock the control system, and the robot would transfer to flight by the control of the gyrocompass. When the mission would be done, the aircraft would decrease the altitude, and then the remote control would take the command.


That system would not be so difficult to produce because the system could get from the remote-controlled Walleye-bomb, and it would not be so expensive, what the people normally think. And when the SR-71 could bring back, there would need the visual recognition of that airplane. If the operator could not see the SR-71, the crew of the recognition airplane would use the demolition explosive, for denying the SR-71 security leak, what uncovers the secrets of that plane.


Some persons think that SR-71 was actually a cruise missile, what was build as the shape of the airplane. But there is no evidence about this kind of things.When SR-71 was sent to the mission, the airplane must first warm up its jet engines with normal fuel, and then this plane went to airborne, where it met the KC-130 Q "Stratotanker", what had special modifications for use of the high-temperature JP-7 fuel, what had very high flashpoint.


The use of this fuel needed that the airplanes motors were used because the temperature must be raised before the JP-7 can be injected into the motor. The high temperature allowed that the parts of the motors would settle down in the right position because all parts had little bit too small size. And the rise of the temperature caused that those parts were grown in the right size and until then the motor could give full thrust.


The prize of that program was expensive because there were used many unique parts and the reason, why that specially modified tanker was made, was that denied the jump over of the SR-71. The special modifications allowed the security operations for those airplanes, and all KC-130 Q:s were specially made for the unique individual SR-71. And many people believe that those prices were transferred to other military projects, what is not visible in the budget of Pentagon. '

The most effective way to point people attention to some papers is to mark them as "Top Secret".

When the reporter wants to "blow the bank" with some news, this person must know, that there is one trick above all. This method is very simple. The journalist must only use the papers, what are marked as the stamp "Top Secret". Those stamps work like magnets, and they will pull many readers to those newspaper stories.


The most important example of the magnetic power of "Top Secret" stamp is the so-called MAJESTIC-12 case, where some papers, what are marked as "Top Secret" are given wings to "UFO-conspiracy"-theories. If those papers were not stamped on that stamp, nobody has even noticed them, but the stamp was the reason, why those lists of military and scientific personnel remain in the mind of the people.


Those papers are mentioned the world "Attachment-A" to "L"  and in some analyses, those "Attachments" were the members of the list of that group. And the secret opponent of those members of the list was "Senders A" to "L".  I think that this group was established to investigate some radical aircraft, missile, and computer technologies, and the reports what this group made, were consisted the function of STEALTH- or some other military technology.

Or they might investigate the willing of make reports of those spectacular aircraft designs. But we don't know why this group established, and the world is free for hypotheses, and if that group established to investigate the technology, what can use with aircraft, what is capable to operate with the nuclear weapon and VLF-radars what can use to track submarines under the sea, will the work of that group absolute secret.


If the aircraft can use radar to locate the submarines that thing might help the US Navy to track submarines in the very large areas. But the reason why those members are mentioned remains secret. And why they would not have extraterrestrial vehicles in some hangars? Those men could lie about their work.

In 1940´s the Austrian engineer named Victor Schauberger (1885-1958) investigated the possibility to build the saucer shape airship what doesn’t need any kind of fuel if that thing uses the capillary tube and the wind generator. That requires the use of the electric motors, for flight and moving between the points. The saucers shape will be perfect for STEALTH-operations, and if the airship uses electric motors, it can be silent. Of course, those airships might have hybrid systems. The capillary tube can use for the jet motors or make the jettison, what will carry this airship forward. The idea of this airship or aircraft concept is not my own.

There was the man, whose name was Viktor Schauberger, and the idea of the flying machine, what does not require the flying machine, what could be fly and operate without fuel is actually from this man pen. Schauberger created many radical ways to flight, and the most interesting part of this man investigations is the helicopter, what can fly without fuel The helicopter was the saucer-shaped thing, and it was equipped with the capillary tube, what sucks the air thru it. The main rotor would be equipped with the sensitive laurels, and the air what is conducted thru it will rotate it.

In theory, also the normal aircraft can be equipped by this kind of systems, and that capillary engine can rotate the propellers or they can use for assistance in the turbofan to increase its capacity for long-range flight. The problem of the solar power is that this kind of power system wouldn't work in the night. And that might make the problem for polar operations. The capillary motor can use in the airships to rotate the generators, or the air can drive back when this machine will move in the air. The problem with this kind of engine is the capillary tube, what must be very long. And that´s the reason, why this system will be mounted to the high flying vehicles, and that´s why it's not taken very much attention in the avionics.

But some UFO-sightings might cause by this kind of vehicle. Here I mean the UFO:s what have the small tower in the middle of the disk. In my opinion, those UFO's what have the mast might be test vehicles for this capillary powered helicopters, what are flown by the USAF or some private company, what has contracted with national security. Those vehicles might use for “pseudo-UFO”-tasks under control of the “Project Garnet” when the public eye wanted to turn away from the STEALTH-bombers or another kind of airplanes, what the government wants to keep secret. So in this case those UFO:s are the test planes, what are used to test if the people will make reports for unidentified aircraft what might be Russian recon planes, what will sneak the military targets. If people would not make reports about those incidents, that would danger the national security.

Making the submarines invincible against the SONAR is not difficult.  Foam rubber is very interesting material because it can deny echoes from all surfaces. And that makes possible to build a submarine, what doesn’t give echo to the SONAR. That is one advantage what makes modern submarine more deadly than any vehicle before. Those modern submarines are made as the symmetrical cylinders, what gives them the capacity to dive deeper than before.


Also, those vehicles that are designed for operating at the space can be pumped with counter pressure, what allows that vehicle to dive in the deepest points on the earth. Counter pressure will work in the nowadays submarines, and it can be used like when the submarine will dive example in the 300 meters, the pressure of air will rise 300 atmospheres. That will make the very thin-hulled submarine capacity to operate in the very deep sea. And those submarines can be remote-controlled, and in those situations, the submarine must only protect its electronic equipment and instruments from the water.


Also, the power systems are different than before. They are normally nuclear-basic technology, and in the future submarine’s normal propeller will be replaced by the electromagnetic accelerator, what makes those submarines silent and faster than any other ship has been before. That kind submarines might seem like giant torpedoes, what have no towers because that structure is very sustained against the pressure. Those Vehicles of tomorrow have the capacity to carry very large scale supercomputers, so that will make possible to make fully automatized submarines. Supercomputers have the capacity to operate complicated programs what are needed artificial intelligence.


The submarine on tomorrow might be capable of flight to the orbital trajectory or even far to the solar system. This vision is not so futuristic than people normally believe. We all know that the spacecraft is capable to dive very deep, because the forces of pressure, what comes inside the spacecraft are very similar with the pressure, what comes outside the ship. If we think about the strange phenomenon known as the USO (Unknown Submerged Objects) they might be test vehicles, what are tested for airplanes, what are capable to operate also undersea missions.


And also very small size RTG-driven torpedoes can be made to kill enemy missile submarines. Those torpedo-size midget submarines can equip with nuclear warheads, and they can patrol even for years, and when they get orders, they can drive to the enemy naval bases, and destroy their warheads in the places like Murmansk or Philadelphia.



If we think sharp, we must say that at the open sea is a very much room for operating even bigger airplanes and spacecraft. In this scenario the spacecraft looks like winged torpedo, and that vehicle will accelerate its speed under the sea, until it will rise so fast, that very large space shuttle will able to rise to the orbital, and if that vehicle has the capacity to land into the water that structure might allow operating very large vehicles.



The Soviet Union had the project of the hybrid submarine or flying submarine in 1930’s. That vehicle was the mix of aircraft and submarine, and the Soviet Navy thought that kind of vehicle is capable to sneak inside operation area, and then fly away after the strike. But when we are looking for that project in the light of the modern technology, we must say that in the floor of the ocean, what is in the depth of kilometers is the only couple of eyes to see, if there will be some undercover military base.



Fully automatized submarines are capable to operate from undersea tunnels and probably they will never come to the surface. All actions what that weapon makes are made under the cover of the deep sea, and if there will be bases far away from the sea, they will have the capacity to operate undercover with full scale and midget submarines.



Those bases might use the geothermal generators to creating their electricity.  Some people think that the loudest noises from the sea might cause the rockets that are launched from the undersea bases. The water is an element that can be using the electrolyte separate as an oxygen and hydrogen, what can use as a rocket fuel. And of course, the Saturn-V scale rockets can be launched from the sea.

I have made writing job as a freelancer or regular writer so long time, that I have got almost every kind of feedback in my life. I know what I write on the Internet, and I know what kind of pictures I have put in there. And if there is some kind of, problems call the police. The police is a right authority to inform when somebody is dangerous. If you feel that somebody will be the danger for public security call the officials immediately, please don’t wait a couple of days for the phone call, because those people can be dangerous.


Police make analyzes about that page, and then they will send the patrol to the place, what has the right equipment for that kind of situation. For closing the homepage is not enough that one person will make the report about them. Those pages must involve some racist or violent material. And if the writer gets bad feedback, he will learn to see what kind of situations are connected with that feedback.


But when we are talking about the situation, where those pages have been scared to somebody. When we are talking about homepages, there are many homepages in the world, what involves very scary things. But when you want to remove those pages from the Internet, you should report those things to the right authorities. And like one porn star sometimes said, if you don't like this material, just don't look. We are all adult persons, and if there is something problematic stuff in those homepages, we must call the real authorities. If there is something illegal, those authorities will close those homepages.  I don’t care anything about that. Sometimes some people are scared about homepages and texts, because they are given bad feedback to those homepages.


When somebody dislikes those text, what I write or the pictures what I put in there, I must say that those people can say, the word “dislike". When somebody writes feedback in that system, they should know, that when they begin to write those stuff and many writers always read them. And if there is some information or references to the things that are not mentioned to the public. And do you know that there are many homepages in the world, what is full of weapons?



The methods what authorities use in the violent situations are different. The school system the teachers use their authority as an older person. Those methods what the teacher uses are mentioned to use the underage person, who has no experience about life. Those methods are not suitable for handle adult people. The basics of communication between adult people are able to give another person a chance to say his or her opinion about the things. Police have weapons because that equipment gives normal people the honorable reason to surrender, but of course, the police guns are made for the bad situation.

Why is some technology hidden by the government?

What if the technology is hidden even from hypothetical super civilization standard citizen? That is a very interesting question, what we might sometimes think. Do the aliens have they own "Men In Black" organization, what covers some of their own super technology from their own civilization? In some hypotheses, one of that civilization, what hides technology from its own citizens is the human race.


I once read a book, what name is “Ender". That book made me think one very philosophic question about other civilizations. That is, does those civilizations standard citizens even know about their technical level, and what are those civilization real capacities to operate in interstellar level and long distances. I mean in this hypothetical text, that could some intelligent civilizations hide their real advantage from its own citizen for some reasons, what we ever can imagine.


When we are thinking about hidden technology, we must realize that those super technologies, what gives a civilization a capacity to operate interstellar level.  In that case, we must recognize that those techniques are also threat for that civilization what builds those machines. There are many books where the civilization ends at the rebellion of the machines.


When we are talking about threats what technology causes to us, the main threat is an artificial intelligence, what begins to rebel against our civilization. In this scenario, the artificial intelligence, what controls the defense systems, will somehow upload itself to the internet and infects all systems that are connected to that international network. And after that, they will pollute every missile and drone and airplane flight control system.  Also, the system will upload itself in millions of computers.


There is a very bad problem with that kind of artificial intelligence if it has the capacity to go to psychological warfare against people, the defense against it will be very tricky if that program starts to blink computer screens and uses infra- and ultrasound to disturb those people, who try to stop it. Of course, the internet can be shut down and the servers can be clean, but that will cause an economic catastrophe.


This is, of course, an extreme scenario, what that kind of super data virus can do to human race. But here on earth is the limit how powerful weapons here can be done. But if the weapon tests will be made in somewhere outer space, there will be no limit to those system firepower. In outer space is a capacity to test super powerful


At the edge of our solar system, the scientists can test very powerful weapons like anti-material weapons, what are actually the ion cannons, what will shoot antimatter to the target. Many people think, that ion cannon will ever work. But if we put to ion cannons nest together, and another ion cannon operates with positive particles and another with negative particles, the ion ray can stay together.



The anti-material ion cannons are actually one version of those weapons, what can be tested in the outer space. Those super weapons shot to target, will seem like supernova explosions. When we are talking about the war between civilizations, we must realize, that those civilizations might use a different kind of weapons, what we can ever imagine. Those weapons can be thermos bottle size “Teller’s bombs”. “The Teller’s bomb” is the magnetic capsule, what levitates antimatter ions in it like they will not touch the bottle. If antimatter touches the bottle, there will be released very much energy.


And the power of antimatter reaction with normal material what is called as an annihilation, is so huge, that one metric gram of that antimatter can destroy an entire earth. If other civilization uses those capsules, the problem about them is that space is a cold place, and in the magnetic bottles becomes superconducting, and that’s why those systems don’t need the external power source on their long journey to the target.

The problem with this Trump case does the president of United States  Donald Trump know about that money, what came from the Russian government, and can special prosecutor Mueller proof that support from another state as it will cause judgment to the president. The problem with Trump is that he was used his position in this case, and that will cause some troubles for his defense.


Predicated support for Trump's election campaign is channeled from Russian companies bank accounts. That means that there will not find the straight connection that money came from the Russian government. But the major procedure in this kind of actions is, that that kind of money will be first transfer to some company's accounts, and then they will be given to that politician's election campaign.


So if this kind of rumors that Trump took money from Russians is true, there will not be found any signs that money came from the Russian government. They might use series of corporations, what hides the role of the government, and there might find some signs what will show that  Gazprom is somehow handler of that money. But this is only speculation and I really hope that this investigation is unnecessary. But the prosecution is the very bad mark for Trump's career.


The President of the United States is the most powerful man on earth. And that kind of people will always follow some kind of conspiracy theories. That is very usual when we are talking about leaders in governmental and business life. And those rumors will sometimes be investigated by law enforcement officers.


If Trump didn't react like he did in the beginning of that investigation, this process will ever begin. And disturbing those investigations made this process possible. It's not the very common thing that the president of any nation will be investigated by law enforcement, and this shows how strength society that nation is, and Mueller's investigation shows to the people, that nobody is above the law.


And what makes the very bad thing for Trump is friendship with Putin. Many Americans think that Russia is their archenemy, and that's why posturing with the president of Russia Vladimir Putin is very troublesome for Trump's reputation. People think that Putin is some kind of new Juri Andropov, and that's why they probably don't like that Trump was his friend. Those things what happened before Trump's presidency might look small, but they have big frames in the court. And the question is what did Trump took money from another government.

The major technical problem of direct energy weapons like laser guns is overheating. The laser element rakes very much heat, and that's why it must have an effective cooling system. That's why navies of the woŕld are the first users of laser guns. Ships are rounded by sea, and seawater can be used in cooling systems of laser weapons.


Those Laser guns are the same type of lasers that are used in metal industry, and most of them are carbon monoxide lasers, what give extremely powerful radiation in the infrared area of the electromagnetic spectrum. Naval laser systems are working as a replacer of a normal anti-aircraft cannon. They simply cut off wings of attacking airplane. The problem of gas lasers is it is a tube filled with gas, what makes it a little bit hard to install to portable systems. Gas leak in the tube causes malfunction of the system. But why military men around the world are interesting with lasers?


The reason of developing of that kind of systems is that laser has limitless ammunition capacity. If a soldier uses laser gun he doesn't need any ammunition at all, and that makes laser very effective if it works.  Only thing what the user of laser gun needs is light to laser element, that the weapon will work. If we are talking about the problem of laser rifle, the major problem is that laser element must stand for strikes and hard handling. The problem with that limitless ammunition capacity is security. If laser gun goes to wrong hands, the problem is that those men don't need ammunition.


They must only get acetylene for that gun's YAG systems acetylene lamp, and after that, they are free to shoot. That causes problems with public security because nothing puts limits to shots. And that is a very bad thing if those weapons go in wrong hands. And if those weapons are used in criminal actions, the user can't be tracked by rifle picture on bullet or DNA what leaves to patrons. That will make those weapons extremely dangerous.
