We have all heard the story of the "Birdman of Alcatraz", civilized prisoner, who grew birds in the Ravenwood and Alcatraz prison. The story is very famous, and I would not return to it during this time. But sometimes I have thought that this man was a quite big risk for security in those prisons because he grew Pigeons. the bird, what is used for carrying the mail.


Pigeons have one quality, what makes it very dangerous for every person, who have reason to hide their identity. This bird always returns to the nest, if it would send to somewhere. This is why Pigeons would be used to carry letters, but they can also carry drugs or even the weapons. They can carry an even long weapon if the barrel of the gun has been cut into small pieces, and then those pieces can put together again. In this scenario, the barrel of the gun would be covered by the screw thread, and then it would be sent to the prison in pieces, and then this barrel can put together by using bolts, what would put outside.


There are rumors, that the Pigeons were used to carry the weapon parts to some prison. This happens, that the bird would grow in the prison, and then it would be taken to another place, and the weapons could be connected to the leg of the bird as the parts, and every bird would carry one piece of the gun, and also the ammo would give to another bird.


Sometimes the Pigeons would carry drugs, and if that bird can take alive, the authorities would connect the GPS-transmitter to that bird, and follow the way to the pigeonhole, where that bird is grown.  There is a story, that the "Birdman of Alcatraz" gave the coin to the Pigeons what he sold, and that was the mark for the gang partners, that there was a prison guard's house. This is one story of the man, who lived in the prison almost all his life. He was the legend because of his birds. And this kind of men are feeding stories, what is not true. So this story could be true or false, you decide what is your opinion about this man and stories, what is written and told about him.

Operation ROSEWOOD (When CIA catch the secret files of Stasi)

The main role of this operation called ROSEWOOD had the archives of Stasi, the ex DDR's secret police, what were delivered to CIA. The reason for that operation was, that western intelligence afraid that some Stasi operatives would try to destroy those files if they were got hands of BND, the German foreign intelligence service. The capturing of those files was called operation ROSEWOOD. CIA delivered some of the lists of the names, who were Stasi co-operatives to the fellow agencies like BND, BfV, and SUPO (Suojelupoliisi), what is the name of the intelligence office of Finland.


In Finland, those names were covered and kept secret by the chief of SUPO. In this text, I call the East German foreign intelligence HVA also as the name Stasi and even the ROSEWOOD operation officially ended, I must say, that CIA has taken copies of those files. Those copies would help CIA in its operations. Those files are basically public, but to see those files in Germany, needs the investigator permission. Those files consisted of three cards F-16 personal identification cards of Stasi, F-22 "happening cards" and statistics cards. The F-22 cards might be the operational reports, but this is only the speculation because I haven't seen those cards myself. F-22 might also be the map, where to find the information like records and shadowing reports, what is collected those persons by Stasi.


And somebody thought that the list those names were meant for the internal political weapon. And also the files, what CIA delivered maybe involved information, that those persons were worked active role as spies, who delivered information to DDR secret police. Many people believe that those names in that list were the top men in the business life, but there could also names, what belonged the officers of Finnish defense forces.


The hiding of that information was not very clever, because those persons forgot, that CIA had the same information, what it delivered to SUPO. And CIA would use that kind of weapons immediately if they are in threat. ROSEWOOD is the world, where can be written the world MAGNET as the crossword puzzle, what suppose mean, that this operation is meant for the honeypot. Those honeypots are information, what seems very addictive, but in the real world, all papers or files of that server are faked.


When CIA delivers the papers to fellow organizations, and then they compile, what kind of papers would be kept in secret by those fellow organizations? Also, there is the possibility for a puzzle world ARTICHOKE, what might mean that CIA would deliver faked information for hostile intelligence agencies. Some of those faked information might consist the claims that some enemy field agent plays double face game. That would cause the death of that person, if the damages, what this double agent has caused are big enough.

The role of police in social and political life is very complicated

By using police for disturbing political and business enemies is very usual in real life. With some discussions of official position, is sometimes have been rumored, that the person, who is as the candidate for that position has criminal registration markings. Same times the crimes, what have caused those markings are not mentioned. This means that the quality of crime must be always told because sometimes those markings come from parking tickets, what is not paid. The reason for that may be different than we think, and the owner of that vehicle would able to pay the ticket, but somebody, who walked by the car just pull the ticket off the windshield.


And this might look like the owner of the vehicle seems like doesn't care the regulations at all. This method has been used against politicians sometimes. Somebody just pulls the parking ticket out of the window, and the owner of the vehicle doesn't even know to get that ticket. And of course, that ticket would not be paid in those cases. I have heard rumors that some newspapers have had contracts, that they have prepaid some parking tickets, but that is of course crime. The rumors say that the reason for that has been, that the reporters would park their vehicles near some conference centers.


When we are talking about this kind of actions, that method could be used for setting traps to some persons. In those cases, the vehicle would be parked in some parking lot and the parking warden would not give the ticket for that vehicle because it was prepaid. When the next guy comes and makes the same action, would the result be the ticket on the windshield, and of course those bills are not very cheap. But when we are getting back to the main question about police work and it's relationship with political power, we must consider that sometimes happens the things, what are unexpected.

One of those things happened in 1960's when the FBI fought against Ku Klux Klan in the deep south. There were happened cases, where  KKK found the witnesses of the violence, by using information, what came from judges. This meant that FBI could not ask permission to eavesdrop on telephones, and that's why they began to eavesdrop the telephones of judges. Then some FBI agents realized, that those judges used payphones for informing the KKK for the location of the witnesses. And then they began operation COINTELPRO, where all public telephones were eavesdrop because they were used in criminal purposes.

The problem with that program was that FBI didn't ask permission for those actions. But at the same time, FBI and Military forces became PSY-OP operation, what was claimed to named COINTLEPRO, what was not same as COITELPRO. The idea of this program was to deliver information about crimes, what was made in the name of KKK. And of course, that was the counteraction for the counselors attempt to claim those persons only patriotic Americans. So the info-op specialists published the actions of those patriots in the free newspapers, what were delivered to trains and bus stops.

The interface of those publications was much larger than paid newspapers were, and this was causing the situation that people's eyes were opened. Of course, the separation between races made the life of the police officers very easy, because of guilty persons were always found from the black community. The problem with that was, that sometimes those policemen didn't the faces of the white boys, and they came home from the station with the black circle around their eye. Also, this ethnic profiling made police stations very scare places for everybody who was not pleased, policemen.


There were rumors that some southern side policemen had sent black people to death row for their own crimes. And because the police were very feared, the criminal organizations could act freely. If they wanted somebody to make murders for them, those gangsters must only call black men, who could not be undercover police officers, because they were not accepted in the police training. And those gangsters claimed that their method was right.


Name of that organization was "The Black Panther league", and those gunmen claimed to work for the black community. In the real world, those persons were actually worked as gunmen for Mafia, and they didn't even want the end of race separation. That gave very much money for the pockets of the leaders of the "Black Panthers", who also sold heroin to their clients. Somebody claims that behind the murder of the Martin Luther King was actually the "Black Panther league", that wanted to stop this man's non-violent resistance and attempts to change the law in the states, where race separation was legal.


And Martin Luther King made in a couple of months more good than  "Black Panther league" during all its history. Those young gunmen are the people, who are created the term "black gangsters". When we are thinking about ethnic profiling, we must say that every time, when police make that kind of things like checks the papers from the black people, because of the color of the skin, that is off the police's other work. And if some policeman has the attitude, that color of the skin makes people criminal, would that cause that even serial killers can slip off the law enforcement, what sends people to jail because they were the different color than this person self.

Why the Russia is one step before west in information warfare?

Many specialists in the west are concerning the situation, that Russia is a step ahead west in information warfare. And the reason for that is, that offensive part of the warfare has always advantage against the defender. The fight against information warfare is very difficult because that would mean that some homepages would be censored by the government. But there is one very good thing to ask: "How the things went so wrong, that superpowers want to begin the new cold war"? And another question is: "Who wants this situation"?


Why Russians wanted Trump to become The President of the United States of America? And why they gave money to that campaign? Did they believe, that they would not catch for that action? Taking money from other nations is prohibited in the elections all around the World. At the same time, Russian authorities claim that every organization what are talking about Kremlin's official politics would be Western agents.


 Russian way to make propaganda is very clever because the propaganda is targeted to leaders of the state like members of the parliament. Also, that information, what is used in that kind of operations might come from the trusted source. And that would make very difficult to act against that kind of way to work in the political situation. There are two lines to accomplish those operations, and another is the uncover very embarrassing information about the leaders of the nation. One case was Panama, where the western leader's connections to tax evasion companies are uncovered.


And the same time there would be articles, that "real leaders must not tolerate that kind of writings about themselves". At the same time, Russian military shows the new weapons and tells that it would destroy NATO-troops at Baltic states in 15 seconds. Also, Russian actions in international field are very aggressive, and they would very often show their military power. Also the handling the media in Syria is very interesting.


All members of "White helmet" organization are mentioned to be western agents and the connections to western nations are always taken out from the scenery. And in same time Russian authorities deny investigations in that area, where claimed chemical agents were used. At the same time as United Nations Russian foreign minister says that the Russians have evidence, that the poison what was used in poison case in the United Kingdom was made by western laboratories.


But in this case would be very interesting to see the chemical structures of the chemical, what was used in Skirball's case and the "Novichoke", what was made by Russian laboratory, because only that comparison would show does Russian authorities tell true or lies. And this would show, how bad the media handling is in Russia. Also, cyber attacks against other states are not the very nice commercial for Russian policy, if the leaders of that nations want peace. Those supercilious claiming are not very convincing if there would not make third part analyzes of that chemical. But this kind of actions are not stoppable, and the role of defense is only waiting for next move from the attacker.

The autism, security, and music

Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart was a “wonder boy” and musician, but when we are thinking about the life of this man, we must realize, that this man was probably autistic. Why was this man working in the royal court of Vienna? Mozart was probably the identity of many young men. The autism caused that person was able to play the composition by hearing it in the single time. But this person could not read the notes of the melody.


That’s why there might give another melody in papers, what the people heard. This denied the opportunity to curry favor the king. There was some melody, what was mentioned the favorite song of the king, what means here the highest ranking nobleman. And then there were came the time to play some music. Some people might realize, that the compositions what the people here might be not same, what was in the papers, on the top of the piano, where everybody might see, when the king’s favorite composition would be played.


As you might see, there were people, who had the need to like the same music as the top noblemen. The purpose of that methodology is to uncover those needs from the head of the persons. There were also buttons in those wires, and the analysts made their conclusions about the tactical skills of those players. The more realistic version of that “chess machine” was actually, that those observers used paper bites, there the movements of the buttons were marked.

The blowpipe can mask as the cigarette holder, and the poisoned arrow is very lethal. That equipment can be produced very easily, and of course, the DNA makes very easy to track the user.


But those equipment are still in use by South American drug cartels and maybe the CIA’s and KGB’s special units were interested in those methods because the poisoned arrow can be shot by air pistol. That poison is very lethal and the airguns don’t seem in explosive detectors. That poison could deliver to victims body by shooting the arrow to the neck of the target, or they could be stick to person’s body by hand. That means, that there would not leave DNA to that arrow. And those poisonous arrows are extremely dangerous. The South American drug cartels have also massaged the styluses of drug users in the back of those dart poison frogs, and that stylus causes death in every case.

About the secrecy and security in the Internet

The collecting information of users of social media is not new in the world. This thing has been the problem all the time, and now it has been coming to publicity. When somebody doesn’t give information to the social media, would that be also information, what profilers use, then they make psychological profiles about targeted persons. If somebody doesn’t use social media, there is no question, does this person want to use social media. It is the question, that the profiler sees, that the person hides something.


Social media is so common thing, that if somebody wants to be outside those services, must this person have the good reason for that. And when we are talking about profiles, the needed information can be collected from somewhere else than Facebook or Twitter. Profiling the people is not the new thing in police or military intelligence. The use of telephone, and the things, what person buys and what kind of hobbies person has gives also information, what profiler use.


The phone calls to sex phones would tell very much about person’s sexual behavior, and collecting that kind of information is denied by law. But the problem is that those so-called “phone boxes” is a telephone number and if somebody got the list of phone calls, and the length of those phones, can this sneaker get information, what would cause damage for other person’s reputation.


People would give information about themselves in many ways. One is to take pictures from own apartment, and sometimes there are the things, what doesn’t look very good. Or if some lonely man would buy women underwear simultaneous, that would make the increasing of interest of profiler. The profiles of YouTube usages would give the information, what attracts us, and what is disgusting for us.


The use this information in PSYOPS and INFO-OPS is the very attractive thing. That information is important when the right persons would be tempted to look music videos, where has been used subliminal messages like flash pictures and infrasound messages. But if the person doesn’t use social media, would that cause the situation, where this person would be started to followed more intensive methods that social media.


The reason for intensive surveillance would be, that the person is hiding something. And that would cause the interest of eavesdrop that person. When the people are profiled, the filtering of information is easy, and the profile would help to find the persons who have something to hide.

Why this captain of the Akula-class submarine tells that he was sailed unseen near the coast of the United States?

Submarines are secrets of the state, and then that’s why I’m asking a question, why this Russian submarine captain tells about this kind of thing? When we are thinking about this “Akula”-class nuclear attack submarine, it can destroy multiple targets inside the opponent's area by using SS-N-21 nuclear cruise missiles. Also, all other Russian submarines have those missiles and they are shown their capacities in the war of Syria. Those missiles are also used in new land-based highly mobile cruise missile systems.


But why this captain of the submarine leaks the information, that he was near the coast of United States? The operations of nuclear submarines are normally highly classified, and the capacities of nuclear submarines are very great secret. Here I must say, that those talking might be made because they are meant for afraid the NATO-countries. But in this case, the question might be about information warfare.


That leak might be very highly calculated, and the objective of that information might be put the pressure to the United Kingdom, what should be shaken because the Novichok chemical agent was used against the Russian immigrate family, who lives in the United Kingdom. First, the panic might be very dramatic, because the strike believed to made by delivering the Novichok agent thru the mail slot.


But later the reason for poisoning was less dramatic. Nobody carried Novichok to the United Kingdom. I read somewhere that the Novichok agent would be put in the daughter’s luggage when this was visited in Russia. When I’m thinking about this behavior, I don’t think that the threats what was targeted to those persons, were not very powerful. And I must ask also if those people thought that Russian intelligence threatened their lives, why they went to Russia? I don’t know was this man, who was ex-Russian spy visited in Russia, but his daughter was.


The question is why those poisonings happened so uncommon chemical agent? Why didn’t those attackers use some more common chemical agent like cyanide? Or why those mysterious poisoner’s didn’t simple shot those persons? Here are many questions, what makes this case very uncommon. And why the finger of evidence shows so clear to Russians?


What kind of intelligence service pulls itself to the target of the prosecutions of murders? The suspicious of murders, what are made by Russian intelligence makes the operations of those services more difficult because they would be problems with carrying the equipment over the borderline, and that kind of high-profile assassinations would cause that the suspected intelligence officers would be followed by counter-intelligence officials more often than before those attacks.

Segways and security missions

Above the text is a demonstration of new kind of security robot, what bases the Segway vehicle. Segways are good equipment for military and civilian duties because they are faster than human, and the guards can use weapons during the run. Also, those vehicles can equip with SWAT shields, what are good protection for those security guards (Picture 1).

 This kind of Segway-robots can also patrol in any areas, and they can be equipped with infrared sensors, what gives them the possibility to track weapons what are hidden in clothes. They can equip with taser guns and tear gas sprays, what can use by the guards of the area against the person, who is in the disturbed condition like getting angry or starting fights with other persons. In this model, what is seen in the video, the Segways will call security officer for risk situation, but if there will be made some changes, and those vehicles will be equipped with the right stuff, they would use force independently.

Also, they could have chemical detectors for collecting information about chemical leaks and of course chemical weapons, what might be hidden in some area. Small sized Segway robots can also use in the places, where is a very high level of radiation.  If those robots are guarding the radioactive material or some other places they might have also lethal weapons like sub-machine guns. And lightweight anti-tank weapons can installed on the robot if it is in military use.


They can also patrol on the border area, and if they have bigger wheels also limited off-road capacity is possible to give this kind of robots. Segway robots can be used in the exoplanetary investigations. They could be sent to another planet with the space probe, and they can operate independently. Robots can create WLAN network, and also a computer, what is installed in the landing module of the space probe may give extra power for data handling missions of those robots.

Human-shaped robot and the use of that machine in the risk missions of CIA and military forces.

Have you ever read the book ”Doctor who and auton invasion”? I must consider that the robots what were introduced in this book now exist. The data and robot scientists have created robots, what looks like humans, and if we are thinking closely about this thing, those robots might have the systems, what makes it look like the human. The skin can be warmed and the wrist can also rise and lay, and those robots can be so natural looking, that nobody can separate from the human. Those robots might be the danger for national security because they could be copies of some key persons of the military or civil government. The human shape robots can also fly the combat aircraft and those machines can use any handgun in the world, that means that those things can work as combatants for armies of tomorrow.

Those copies of real humans can be armed with tasers, what would use salted water for carrying the electrick shock, and the holes where those water shovers come could be in the wrist of that robot. CIA is maybe very interested about those machines because they can be used in the agent missions against terrorists. Those robots can work normally years, and when their systems notice target, what is hiding the law, that kind of robots will strike immediately. 

The use of robots means that the lives of ”good side” won't be risked in those missions. That kind of robots can use multiple systems for creating the electricity for the systems of that machine, and the normal power plugs can be used for power supply, and the fuel cells are also effective. The power cells can use any hydrocarbon for fuel, and those machines can drink alcohol or gasoline in the fuel tank. And then the fuel will be conducted to the fuel cells, what makes electricity for the systems of those robots. The muscles would be very small size silicon bags, what is filled with small bag and electrolytes, what can pull to another side of the bag, and that would make those things feel like normal muscles. 

The system is controlled by the computer, what is behind the chest, and the inner parts of this robot would be covered by carbon fiber armor, and the skeleton would be made also by carbon fiber. Those robots can replace sometimes the soldiers, and they can be used to collect information about the team, where they would work undercover. Robots might have various sensors like infra-red CCD-cameras in the eyes, chemical sensors in the nose, and they probably can track the persons by DNA. They might have access to the internet because they sometimes might need more calculation power and they can also share their information to another robot by using the Internet. So they might be like some ”Bishop” from the movie ”Aliens”. Those robots might also work as the nurses in the hospitals, and they might have ”ghost protocol”, what means that those robots will take control of a situation if something risks about the situation.

Smart voice recognition systems can revolutionize personal security and locking of houses

Above the text is a link to a very fantastic sensor. This little tool works like another acoustic sensor, and it will work with the voice-recognition program. This kind of sensors is used in the submarines and some seismic stations. How this sensor work, depends on the database of the sounds. And it can separate the sounds, what caused by opening the faucet or putting the lights on. And the system has information, what kind of voice caused by the certain speed of water.


It makes possible to use this little component as the alarm system, because it will hear if somebody walks inside the house, and it can react if somebody will open the door or breaks some window. How effective those acoustic sensors are depended on how sensitive are the microphones, what are used in that system. They can be used to record some speech of some persons, and that voice can be used to compile the voices of the speakers with another record.


The voice recognition systems are fascinating because that would give the change, to build locking system what can use voice to lock and open doors. The computers can separate the voices, what people keep from records, and if the person has remote-control installed in his mobile telephone, will the user give the computer the information, if this person has the flu or some other situation, what might change the picture of voice.


It can be used even the user got cold. Those sensors can also separate the sounds like safety removing from guns, or worlds like "robbery" and "give me your money". Also, nervous articulation might make that this next generation system will give the alarm to the police.  The system might work via mobile telephone, and it can react the way, that if the wrong person uses that phone, it will let this person inside the flat, but it won't let this person out.
