The motorway has been inspired the creators of the Internet. The International network is called the information superhighway, and the similarity with road and physical traffic is similar. The cars act like data packages and there are a crossroads and another kind of things in the physical world, what are in the different for on the Internet.  The international network is similar but different looking concept than the motorway, but the working principles are the same. When we are sending the data packages to the net, we would probably not know, that some packages have right of way right.


And they are allowed to go first in the net, and in those cases, the router would collect other packages in the memory, and store them until the right of way packages have passed that router. After that, they are allowed to continue their trip on the Internet. The Internet is more flexible than the motorway because it can fix its symmetry, and that would make possible to see the movies by using the net. The system would reserve more space in the cable in the side of incoming data traffic, and the sending side would not need to be so wide. In fact, one bit would be enough for uploading side during the movie.


If the person wants to use some other service during the movie, would the system release more width for that use. If somebody wants to upload photos or movies, would the bandwidth released more in that purpose, on the side of sending data. The idea is, that the system would tell the router before, that there would be coming more data than usual, and the router would adjust the width of the transmission. Also, the system tells the router, what homepage is on the top, and if the film is not interesting, can the system decrease the bandwidth, what is reserved for that movie.


If the motorways would be so flexible as the Internet is, the number of the lanes would be changed by need, and the traffic surveillance systems would tell the road information screens how many lanes can be used in another way traffic. The idea of this system bases the idea, that in many rush-hours the other side of the motorway is actually empty, and there could be taken extra lanes for traffic, but there is only one problem. The center barriers deny that thing. But if the markings would be clear, and the screens would tell the people, that the outer lanes are reserved for the people, who are going outside of the city area, could this system even work, and this would give the idea for flexible highways, and in somewhere they can already exist.

The thoughts about the song "In the year 2525" part II (Microchip, what allows to click straight in the net)

When we are thinking about the song "The Year 2525", we can imagine that maybe tomorrow in our society might put GSM-data implants to a human head, and that kind of systems allows the people of tomorrow to click themselves inside the Internet, without using visible computers.  Those WLAN-microchips might have the decoder, what would change the data that form, that it can be used to control computers and in another way, the human brains would understand that data. In this case, the implanted microchips can allow us to use remote cameras or any database, where that person has access. This kind of equipment can allow making the "modern shaman", who can click the mind to the Internet, and it allows this person communicate with electronic devices by using EEG-transmission. Those micro chips could be the most dangerous invention in human history.


Implanted Microchips would allow following any thoughts and actions, what we do, and that would be the top invention of "Orwellian control society". This kind of systems is introduced in some SciFi-books, where the person is allowed to click inside Internet, without any visible computers. That could be possible by using implanted WLAN-microchips, what is set in the brains after the birth. Why is this technology so fascinating? It allows us to increase our body and mind to the machine, what would become our second body.  But we don't always realize the risks of that technology.


Memories what would transfer from robots would be our own, and if somebody would hack that system, would it cause the situation, where somebody can make murder and put that to some other person's fault. In this case, the criminal would simply collect the own EEG during the crime and transfer the brain waves to other person's brain core. Only thing, what that criminal must avoid, is to think his own name. And then this person can record the EEG, and transfer that to some other man or woman brain core.  That kind of systems is investigating in real life because the brain core controlled robots would be very useful in many missions.


Those robots would look like humans, and they would be controlled by thoughts, what means that the electric operands in the human brain would send by decoder thru the Internet. And the opposite way the robot would send the feedback from its cameras and other sensors straight to controller's brain core. The sense of touch would make by using piezoelectric crystals, what would send the sense to robots computer, and that robot would send that information to controller's brains. That kind of equipment allows controlling robots in very dangerous missions.

What is the difference between bio- and genetic manipulation?

There are some differences of bio- and genetic manipulation. Biomanipulation actually means to make artificial cell-lines, and actually, there would be no touch for genomes. One version of biomanipulation is to make artificial retina and surgically implant that retina in the eye, and the retina can be made by cell base, what is filled only with cone cells. Also, two type of vegetables can be connected mechanically, and those combinations make the saplings, what are from an upper vegetable.


Biomanipulation is effective, but it takes time. The modification of the organisms will not transfer to next generations. And mass production of those organisms is very difficult. Genetic manipulation is the more effective way to compile species and give them new features. The needed thing is an artificial virus, what has wanted genome, and that little DNA-bite would be transferred to the nucleus of the cell. The problem is that those manipulated organisms are that those features would transfer to next generations of that organism.


One of the possibility of genetic manipulation for improving some species like a human is to connect genomes to the cells, what makes possible to create chlorophyll in the cells of mammals, and in some visions, those manipulated humans may have roots or threads in the skin, what can take food and water from the air. Those threads might also have harpoon cells, what protects this creature. When we are thinking about the combination of the human and other species, we might face the situation, where we are creating an alien, the species with superpowers. That creature might have a similar nervous system like bugs. It can use only electricity, what means that neurons could connect together and close the synopses.


That would make the brains more effective. Also, those manipulated organisms blood might be poisonous. And the chlorophylls in the skin makes possible to produce sugars in the creatures own body. This might be the route of controlled evolution, and maybe tomorrow we can order the features, what we will have in our next life. In this futuristic scenario the human would record their life by using WLAN-implants, and of course, the body will be cloned. This might make the person live forever. The cloning of the creature will happen by changing the DNA inside the nucleus of just when fertilized ovum. And that would allow making modifications even to human body and mind.

Data is a new oil for economies around the world, and the ”big data” or the data, what is loaded from the internet would be the basis of all reports, what data scientists make. The computers and data, what can be collected from the internet are replaced oil, and the data handling process is for making the report of the certain thing. Reports are involving the things like changing the value of stakes or they can tell to engineers, how some machines are working. Those persons can collect this kind of information by using wireless systems, and they can get the top speed of the automobile, from the digital data storage. Data handling specialists can connect the information from different sources, and they can get information, about who actually drives some car, by using credit-card, surveillance camera and if they have access, the GPS-information of the family members, who owns some car.


The connection of information tells very much about how the vehicle is used. And if there will be none of the family that owns the vehicle place, when their car is filled, will that tell something about that vehicle. Are they renting that car, or why they won't drive it themselves. Something tells about the situation, that the owner of the car lefts always the mobile telephone to the table at home.  The report is the result of analyzing data, what is allowed from the internet. The ”Big data” means the data, what is not processed in some systems before it would be landed in the hands of data scientists.


This term means newspapers, web pages or other data storage, what are free to get. The type of processed data will qualify the value of the processed information. The value can be meter by money or other like historical or cultural things or the growing health or happiness in some company or state. But those things can raise the productivity and save in the health bills in the healthcare, and the absences of the people will decrease if they will enjoy their working.


The product of data processing is normally reported if the data is not used by controlling robots or something like that. This means that value of the product can be also immaterial, because those reports can be put on the internet, and almost everybody can make copies of them. In the real life, there would be limits on accesses to reports, what are made by some companies or governmental offices. This means that those reports might be locked behind passwords.


But many reports, what is made by public authorities are free to read. But the data and especially the processed data is the product, what has its value in money. If some satellite firm sells the information about the natural resources, that data might be limited only the customers about this company.


Those satellites are equipped with magnetometers, what are very small and they are working in groups, what acts like the compound eye, and they are connected with the normal cameras, what are in the side of that instrument, and the data of those sensors can be connected together. So the iron site will be found the effective way.


And also uranium sites are looking at using the compound eye style Geiger-sensors and normal cameras. Google web search is a base of many operations, what are done on the internet. This system allows us to limit the information, what is getting from the internet. The limiting the information is the key element for making databases effective.

But as we probably know, the results of those searches can be manipulated. And this makes the finding of small local entrepreneurs telephone number from the internet sometimes quite difficult, because there are many bigger contractors above it. This case might be real when we are taking some machine for repairing in some company, and then we will call there to ask if they are ready, and we are lost the telephone number of that company. This case might cause the grey hear for everybody when the person uses the mobile telephone in freezing weather, and the person must find the certain firm from the results of Google search.


And without electricity is almost very difficult to use computers. Using isotope batteries (RTG:s), we can make the laptop, what is independently used, and this kind of thing doesn’t need the electric network. This solution is very expensive, but it can be suitable for the space flights. In this scenario the normal battery will be replaced with nuclear battery, what will use the radioactive isotopes like Chromium-85 for creating the electricity for mobile solutions like mobile telephones, laptops, and tablet computers. The idea of the computer, what can use as long as human lives are fascinated, but also very expensive. Or can you imagine the internet without searches? Without google-search we must use web addresses, and do you think that thing will give the effective way to use the internet.



The data is not collected for fun, and the data must have some purpose. There are the systems, what will send the data how the motors are working, and if the sound of the motor is changing, the information of that will send to the computers, what might fix the tunes of the machine, or the automatized system will start to repair that diesel- or turbine. And maybe in the future, the equipment of the power systems is the man-shaped robot, what can fix the problems by using same tools as the humans.

Music and dance are art, but they are also therapy

In this text, we are talking about dance and music as therapy, but also the method by understanding the better way, how our nervous system works. And at the same time, we must remember that voice can work as the trigger in person mind, and help to feedback those things, what might be covered in the traumatic stress. If the person was in some kind of rock-concert when injuries happened, the music that was played that day can help to take those memories in the conscious, and maybe that person can tell, was the cause of injuries some other person, or was it an accident.


When we are talking about dance as therapy, we must realize that dance is one way of sport. When dancer will make the performance, inside the body will happen the same kind of things like in the sport. The brain will start to create endorphins, and that would make the feeling better, like during the sports performance.


But the dance is more than some sport. It is full scale thin, where is connected the music and movements. And until now we can actually observe the things, what is happening in the dancer's neuro-system. The modern EEG-machines allow the movements of the dancer, and the small size machines, what communicates wireless with computers, allow the free performance during the observation.


Modern EEG-electrodes are very small, and they can make the same kind of observations about neuro-electricity than fly's eyes make with normal light. But those sensors observe the neuro-electricity. Those sensors are so light, that they can install around the test-persons body, and they can connect to the computer by using mobile telephones and wireless connections.


And they can use the Internet by sending data to the observer, who might be another side of the world. But in the close future is possible to use rooms, which walls are equipped with superconducting magnet-sensors, what can observe neural electricity without the need to connect any sensors on the human body. In the real life is possible to take EEG or OMRI (Open Magnet Resonance Image)  pictures from the persons, who will stand under shelter, and go to the restaurants, and if we are nasty, we might play some voices, and see how people react that. Those sensors can uncover our darkest secrets.  And if the person has been in combat range, and investigators play the sound of machine-gun, that will see in the brains of that person, who reacts the different way, then the person, whoever been in combat.


That will give possible to observe the persons without their own knowledge. Is that right or wrong, that will answer by somebody else. But those specially equipped rooms, what might seem like normal sports room, might give change to observe the very big group of the people.

The new waves about the mobile technology

The smallest mobile telephone on the Earth is the size of the thumb, and there is one little problem with that device. It works in the 2G mobile network, and this makes it very strange equipment. The small size might cause that somebody expects, that this tiny device is made for some kind of prisoners to hide in the pockets. When we are talking about the mobile telephones and their size, we must say that those devices can be even smaller than this device.


The problem of ultra-small mobile telephones is those devices screen is so small, that they will become too small to handle. But in the world of technology, there are possibilities to make even smaller devices than this by using the wireless technology. This technology allows those miniaturized devices communicate with smart glasses and other technical equipment, like the keyboards that are integrated into the sleeves of the jackets.


That equipment can make the possibility to create the mobile telephones what is the size of the wristwatch, and those ultra-small mobile telephones can be controlled by the keyboards, what will be put on the arm by velcro-tapes. The screen of the mobile telephone will be brought to smart glasses. Or in the future, those interfaces can be worked as the same kind of system, what allows Stephen Hawking control his computer by the eye movements.


Those extremely small size mobile devices can be put in the pocket or anywhere, where they can be connected to those smart glasses. And in the future, the user of that equipment can choose, what is the device, what this person uses. When our person of the future will go to shopping center, can this person change the smart glasses to work straight by the shopping center computers, and this will safe batteries of those devices, what could of course charged by using the wireless chargers.

Or maybe the persons use the helmet, what is connected straight to the cortex. That idea had been stolen from some old time SciFi-movies (Picture 2), where humanoids used the "folio hats", where were antennas. Those hats could communicate straight between the central computer and person brains by using the technology, where EEG will be sent across the Internet to the central computer.


That signal was decoded and then the central computer would understand the signal of brain electricity. And of course, that system might able to send feedback to the user's brains, using the same system by opposite direction. This equipment will allow people communicate with the Internet by using EEG-transmission, and that might make possible to make the robots, what could transmit also feeling like touches and temperature for those persons, who controls those EEG-controlled robots across the network. So this might be the next level of the Internet.


That brainwave controlled robots are creating by the Google and DARPA, and they can replace humans in the dangerous operations. And they can revolutionize everything in this world. The problem of the cortex-stimulation is that person would not recognize even where is the real body of that person. This technology would give the most revolutionized advantage to the communication until Marconi created telephone.

The CIA: s information what has been given to Russian intelligence was saved many people living in St. Petersburg, and it was shown to the world, that even if the USA and Russia have the different opinion of some cases, they have also common interests, what they share together.  One of those things is the terrorism, what makes the life difficult all around the world. In the real life the information, what can deny terrorist actions must be share all around the world because the denying those strikes and destroying the terrorist-cells is an interest of all nations in the world.


The possibility of that kind of changing the information is now the reality of the world of the intelligence organizations because the counter-terror intelligence is now different than another intelligence system. And the information, what this part of the military intelligence gives to the head of the national security is isolated from other channels of the intelligence. The problem of the counter-terror intelligence is that satellites and recon planes are made for getting the information from other military forces. Those systems see tanks and airplanes very well, and they are capable to notice terrorist camps from the desert.


If the terrorists are dismissed from the camp, the strike will against them be unsuccessful. And of course, the separation of the terrorist-camps from another camp is difficult. The normal way is to investigate the communication in the internet and mobile telephone network, and then those officials will try to locate the place, where will be that communication comes. And then the recon planes or satellites will take the pictures of that place, and then the analyses operators will try to find the weapons or ammunition from those pictures.


But when the terrorist task team dismissed from the camp, there is only the electronic intelligence and reading of the electric mails the methods, what is used to track those terrorists by the NSA: s methods. The terrorists are hard to find but easy to neutralize, and the problem is just how to find them before the strike has begun. And the main objective is to arrest those people, because they will want to interrogate by the authorities, because of the information, what they give is absolutely important.


And the questions consists the names, vehicles, bases, and materials what is used in the infrastructure because that will help the intelligence track the places where those training camps have been. If the tracking teams are lucky, they might find some DNA, fingerprints ID-papers or bank account cards and papers of the contact person’s address in those camps, and in some cases, they might able to use dongs for tracking the trainers of the terrorists if those live somewhere near of that camp. The tracking of the camp might be done by slipping the GPS-system inside the weapons of the terrorists.


Another way is to slip somebody inside that organization, and maybe that kind of people are also used as the assassins, who will eliminate the leaders of that organization. The problem in this way is to slip those agent-saboteurs in the system of terrorists. Those people must speak Arabic languages and they must have the right background that they can work undercover in the Arabian area.


One way is of course implant some members of that organization with the GPS-systems, and then the assault-planes will attack against those targets. But the most effective way is to slip in some agents inside that system, and then they might use the anti-terrorist tactics like counter bombing and sniping against some of those targeted people, who are classified as the terrorists.

When we are talking about traditional philosophical question named as “The Plato’s cave", we must understand that we all live in some kind of cave. That question about the cave is that we all get the limit of information. And one reason for that is that we read about different kind of questions. We all also see a different kind of programs and we all have a different kind of opinions about everything. Everybody is not interested in same questions. There are many people who are not interested in SETI-programs. sometimes we forget that we are the worst censor officers for ourselves. We don’t read things, what we don’t want to read. And we don’t want to hear the opinions of the people who seem boring.


The marketing system makes everything that we don’t have to face boring people in our social media and social network, what guarantees that we can get only the information, what we want to see. That makes to use the application comfortably. Of course, those people don't take note, that some people maybe don't like same things, and keep the same kind of clothes. They might have some allergies, what makes some clothes very uncomfortable for them. But there is still danger, that social media gives us the information, what feels good and as you might understand the truth sometimes hurt.

We see only the things what we want to see, and we are unable to justify ourselves. All of us want to be the to be persons who have the strong self-criticism but we can’t be objective to ourselves. When people make crimes, they sometimes indicate that action with “necessary evilness”. They say that when they attack against some other people or steal property that somebody forced them. They want to see that those people made the right thing. The reason for the crime was “lack of money” or “defense of somebody else”. And of course, the target for violent actions was somebody who has been beaten his wife or kids or at least raped somebody. This is very often used defense in the court of law.


And there are lots of people, who don't care about what was the winning car in 1968 car race in Indianapolis even if that is the most important question for the person, whose hobby is the muscle car. But when we are looking for the truth, we must say, that there are many versions of the truth. And what’s making people interested in some question, is the massive lobbying against it. When we are looking for Plato, the great philosopher, we must realize that this man is very popular in some societies. There is one reason why Plato’s wise advice is been so popular.


The reason for that is in his book “The state". In Plato’s ideal state is clear social class structure, and if you are born in some level of society, that thing sets your position for rest of your life. And that’s why that philosopher was so popular in the European noble societies in 18 century. If modern society works like Plato’s society, that will, of course, be the very attractive thing for the people, who are in control of the state. In that “ideal state" is impossible to raise in social ranking, and that’s why the leaders of the state will be safe from revenge what their ex-henchmen would give them. In the state of Plato were strict levels of society, and many people don't know that there were same sub levels in every level of that state.


If you were the soldier in that society, you will be the helmet soldier. Behind those soldiers were commanders of the phalanx and in the highest rank were philosophy soldiers, who made strategic plans for those men. And of course, there were also “philosophy Helots" whoever does nothing. They just said where new bridges will be built and where the field must be clear. But they didn’t do the jobs themselves, and that is one very important thing, what must be understood when people are talking about the slavery. There is always men and women in the slave society, who lead the other slaves.


If we want to be honest with ourselves the lowest ranking men in the military are only the hand who does, what some commanders say. And those commanders are under the control of the philosophers, the leading class of the state of Plato. And the philosophers have also ranks. The lowest ranking philosophers gave the orders to the soldiers, but he made that using philosopher soldiers as the receiver. The people were told that there were disorders, and that was the reason why militia came to restore order. And the “order” was what the highest rank members of the society want. And normal people must not even know what has been happening when men of the city went to war.

But when we are talking about the information, we might say that we are our worst censored. Everybody knows how difficult is to read about things that are against our moral way of thinking. We want to see that we all make right things and our actions will be legalize and same time justified as the right action.


And the worst thing in the world is to notice that we are only human beings who make mistakes. But as somebody said that the person who never makes mistakes have ever tried nothing. The human being makes mistakes, and that is the thing that we must realize. Computers make always mistakes too. The mistakes of computers are the reason for programs what have malfunctioned. And do you know who makes those programs? The human being who might be tired stressed, sad or hurry. Those things will cause that there might be very big errors in the computer work.

Solar powered aircraft might be replaced satellites in many missions. They have the capacity to fly at very high altitudes because their engines don't need oxygen. And because they don’t need fuel, those drones can stay in the air even years. Those drones have also the capacity to fly in other planes atmosphere and that’s why they are interested in NASA. Solar power drones can be sent to Venus atmosphere to investigate that planet. But in other planet mission what will head to Jupiter and Saturn, there is a nuclear power needed because in that distance the sunlight won’t have enough energy for produce electricity for those probes.


Also, those drones have great capacity in long endurance surveillance missions, where they must fly around same point even years without brakes. And solar power is the more ecological way to produce electric power than RTGs (Radio Thermal Generators), what are using high radioactive isotopes to produce electric power.


To replace example Predator UAV:s combustion engine with RTG is very easy. There must only connect an electric motor cesium battery, and the result is a UAV, what can operate even years. Those drones can come day fly to the Jupiter, Saturn and Titan's atmosphere. Their sunlight is so weak, that produce an electricity is not suitable for solar panels.


When we are thinking of the next generation green aviation, we must realize, that all kind of airplanes are not suitable for all missions, and all kind of airplanes have their own weaknesses. The problem with ultra-fast airplanes is that they spend lots of fuel, and that’s why those aircraft are not suitable for long enduring operations.


Facebooks’s next-generation solar-powered “Aquila” is an attempt to replace the communication satellites with solar powered airplanes, what can fly at extreme altitudes. Those airplanes capacity is very effective because if those robot airplanes system will be malfunctioning, the system can return to base for service and repairings. Those solar powered aircraft fly around the same point and offers an enhanced communication capacity to the people who need that. But there is one little problem with those airplanes.


Their solar power systems don't get enough sunlight at polar areas, where is the most need those systems. That kind of systems must have another kind of propulsion system in that kind of system. If we will use imagination, the solution might be ultra powerful radio waves, what induces the electric power to that system, when auxiliary combustion engines are not needed. Those solar powered airplanes might have used in surveillance role, where those planes fly across the border area even months without brakes.


That kind of airplanes can be equipped with optical sensors, what allows those operators to surveillance all areas. But solar-powered drones have one capacity, what other planes won’t have. They might be built by STEALTH materials and they are invincible in radar infrared and even for a human eye. So those planes can fly across the battlefield and show targets to other planes. Solar power airplanes can fly extremely high altitudes. They can fly above all other planes and show targets to attack aircraft and use laser microphones and electronic equipment to eavesdrop to enemy command sites.

Why the president of China has more power than Mao could ever imagine is because of the Internet. That thing what is made for freedom can also be the most dangerous thing in the hands of dictators. That network makes people surveillance possible, and I think that sometimes those undemocratic leaders will follow their orders by surveillance cameras. So by this thing the president of China can see what his men are doing anytime he wants. That man must just click an icon of some surveillance cameras, and he can follow anybody who he wants.

The surveillance equipment what is needed is any device that has an Internet connection like computer or GSM-telephone. That thing where the leader of the state has this kind of surveillance equipment, what can he use to break some person’s privacy is a very new situation for the world. China also might have FOBS (Fractional Orbital Bombardment System) nuclear weapons. Those weapons can launch to Low Earth Orbiter, and there they can be ready for a surprise attack. That means that officials want that phone is always in their man hand or pocket, and of course, that equipment will never able to leave even on the table without attention.

That kind of orders makes cell phones more effective surveillance system because it can transmit every world, what in the room is said to an observer. The Internet allows also very large scale information operation, where media, what is free and trust-able in the west, begins to make massive disinformation projects, what mission is to support that state’s leaders own policy.

When we think that some media are safe from false information. That’s not true because there are many things what makes media very effective tool when we are talking about false media, what is protected by highest leaders in the state. Nobody realized when the Internet was created with rules of media, what happened to some states.


The Internet became an ultimate tool also for propaganda. And nobody ever imagined that in the hoax-information background is the governmental actor. If the government supports propagandists that will make the defense against them very dangerous and difficult. Dictatorial governments can censor all attempts to correct false information. The truth of those states is what their leaders want that be.

If somebody fights against this kind of actor, that person could be in danger of political arrested. And if a government is co-operating with those propagandists, they will ever come to any court halls, because those men can avoid any attempt to close their homepages and personal data. That’s why governmental propaganda is more dangerous than we believe.

Today was list on the net, where was listed people who worked for CIA. The second name was a very influential newspaperman, who owned many medias. Do you know why CIA wants to make deals with those people? They want to publish platform for highly professional PSY-OP or information warfare stuff. CIA uses normal newspaper and electric media for publishing that very effective material on the Internet.

That makes that information warfare or propaganda-material more believable when it comes from the normal commercial network, and of course, the thing that makes that fake media believable is virtual citric against CIA and its partners. Those things what makes propaganda more believable are so-called "leaks" from the government. That "leaked" information will make texts and videos more interesting.


The first key element of information operation is to make the text easy to read and films must be that kind of material, what is not hard for the psyche. That's why propaganda is a very dangerous weapon in hands of professionals, who might have marketing, psychiatric and network education, and those people think what is their target group for propaganda or psychological operations. So the mission of those men and women is to weaponize the net. They make their job for motivating soldiers and civilians to stand in one front behind troops mission. Propaganda- or psychological operations are very simple.


The operators must just rise in soldiers minds a think why they must fight. And as one of the greatest soldier of history, Napoleon Bonaparte said: "who owns soldiers mind owns the army".  And that's why propaganda must be one thing, what must take a part of military and civilian training. Propaganda is always near ordinary people, and social media gives the opportunity to target propaganda for single persons of the state. But when military men at front listen enemy radio-stations. they would be a target for subliminal messages that are put in some music files, and that kind of propaganda is very effective. The most feared situation will be like those, where some military pilots are targeted by subliminal messages.


That kind of propaganda will make possible that even nuclear carrying aircraft will jump over to other nations. Another hand nuclear submarine USS Jimmy Carter has subliminal information transmit system on board, and that will make theoretically possible to give launching order to some Russian or Chinese nuclear submarines. That kind of systems is very lethal if they go in wrong hand.
