When somebody warns the people of some gangs like Hell’s Angels, we must realize, that those people of some "uninformed gangs"  are very visible persons in the community. Those persons what might be members of any gangs want to look like normal people. Earrings with skull and another gang stuff like lethal jackets and uniform- style clothes are shown that those people are members of some gang, what membership is very wanted status in the underworld. And nobody says the thing about those very strange clothes, what the gang leaders use when they want to show their position in the community, and the good example of that are lethal clothes and strange hats, what also Marlon Brando used in one of his movies "The Wild One".


The membership of those gangs gives that person the girls and parties. And that’s why the law enforcement will follow the central persons of those gangs, to predict the actions of another criminal. The leadership of the underworld gangs is the very visible thing, because those people will always give orders to another person, and that will put the stamp on that person behavior.


If somebody always tells another person what they must do, it will be very notable part of some people speak. The things what the gang leader always does is like “would you open the window".  Those questions are always orders to another person of the gang. The thing what shows to another person that somebody is the leader of the gang is very simple, those “kings” have always people around them. And they always give orders to another person.


They never do anything self, and that will show the position of the hierarchy in society. And of course, some people would hear only positive things about them self. The leader of the gang always want to be a good looking person, and that is the reason why some of those men have “contrast person" in the next to that boss.


This person might be very fat, and the reason why the boss is keeping this fat person near self is that if some fat person stands near somebody else, then another person seems thinner. And of course those fat persons have always trouble to find friends, and that’s why their social life depends on membership of the gang. The bad thing is that their membership depends on the leader of the gang, and all the things are made with the boss.


And everything that the boss says to that contrast person is sinking. The leader of the gang might throw the candies to the floor, and then this contrast person must take them up. And the leader will always show that this contrast person allows the leader to do anything, what this boss wants. This also means that this fat person always dropped to the home, when other persons of the gang will send to the parties.

I am the person who has been done the things like homepages almost all of my working career, and sometimes I have had social problems with my working fellows. Those homepages or my values are not always the things, what might make me the pet for the boss. The things that I made outside the working area are my own business. When I became the adult I stopped my career as an ass kisser because that doesn’t mean anything.


If I were the nice guy for other people, I always got threats about court and military court, and even if I removed all my texts or photographs those people started to make nice phonecalls or something like that. So I stopped to pleased those persons like my boss because that doesn't mean anything to them. I was always the guy, who was the good target for blaming and looking down. That felt very nice to see those faces and their smiles when my job was to open WC-seats.


Or that was their opinion about the tube employer. Those people think that that is the easiest job what the man can get.  And after that, I knew what kind of people the adult persons might be. I don’t know what they might do in their own workplaces, but the tube employer is the job what I got my salary at that time. Some people thought that is the very nice thing to call my boss to the working area and then say how I should do my jobs. After that, I went to university.  but those days are over 20 years ago are still clear in my eyes.


And I learned that if I keep my mouth shut,  that will only agitate those people. They ever will let anybody to keep their job or say ”sorry” if you will keep your mouth shut. What you do is same to them, because ”they already made their decision”. This text was a caricature the things what brought me to the university and in the life of academic societies and lifestyle.


We are the persons who are working on the Internet all the time. And that’s why we who make all the time work in the net, must have some kind of sense when somebody doesn’t like us. When our boss comes to the working area and starts to say something, we are all very sure that this particular person has to get some instructions about the solution, what he or she must do with us.


When you self-have 20 years experience about working life in the most mission critical area of the environment, you will learn to know if some person has given the instructions to the team leaders, that they must do something, and that is not very wise. When somebody has got the superiority of the boss, that person gives all the support for those people.


Do you know when I know when somebody has taken the phone call to the boss, or there will be high ranking quests in the workplace? The boss will be pumped the full of power and knowledge about the meaning of the superiority, and after that, this particular person comes to your office and tells you that ”you can leave”. This method is very nice to see, and it might look impressive about those people, who have very high training and very good salary.


And that way of given orders or kicks is not the thing, what even means bad. The boss is, of course, the central point of the company, but in the real world, those powerful persons are not so frightened and powerful as they might be. We are all adult persons, and that´s why this doesn’t feel anything or mean anything. Those bosses are probably the best persons what you can get to the telephone, and tell that the work what somebody does is not valuable. In this text is the mixture of the things, what I am noticed in the working life. The similarities of the living persons are the coincidence.

When we see some boss, who is totally insane, we might think that person is something, what we don't want to be our superiority. But there is one little thing, what many people don't understand, or they don't want to think. That person acts like other person's have taught in workplaces. In those person's past workplaces have been policy, that probably the youngest person in the work team have been somebody, who will not want to take into the firms social life.


And of course, sometimes have been quarantined that those persons who have been in temporal employment relationship will not get the leader's position in that company. But nothing impedes that some other company will not able to hire that person. That means that those people will become the bosses for the enterprise scale production units.


If that person's past workplaces policy have been that the boss is the god of the workplace, we might face that policy in our own workplaces, when that person comes to the front of us. If this person has faced abuse or hazing in the past jobs, that person learns that is the right way to act in the workplace. When that person will become a leader of the team, that person will show straight to other,  what kind tartar he or she faced in the past jobs. And this is called "The Lucifer effect" in psychology.


The term means that when some person will get the position, what had the person, who repressed that worker. That effect is a reason, why bodily punishments are prohibited in the western world. When the person is punished in childhood by using the physical methodology, that person will learn that thing is right. But there is one little problem, that person will act like those people who took a part of the violence.


And if those actions are not justified that target of violence starts to think, that those actions against helpless people are right. And then when those people grow to adulthood, those things that have been happened in the children age become very real. If that person will get the position, where other people are helpless, the result might be shocking. On the Internet have been movies, where nurses are violent against elder people.


In some situations, the reason for that violent behavior has been in the grandparents. Some grandparents are violent against the children, and those cases are very difficult because nobody wants to believe bad things about nice elder people, who give gifts to their grandchildren. But sometimes those trips to the countrysides are trips to hell, where children are like in the concentration camp, and those things are not the worst, what the psychiatric personnel can't even face.


The most brutal situations are, that only one of the siblings is abused. In those cases, other members of the family might not even know that one of their children is brutally violent by parents or another sibling. Those cases are a good example how evil human been can be.

What is the situation when you should think that you an adult?

What is the situation when you should think that you an adult? That is a question, what I sometimes think. The question of when people are old is very old. There is no straight answer to those things, but when you don't anymore scream by hate when your friends leave you outside from restaurant-evening shows that you have grown as an adult person.


Adult persons know, that there is always find a man or woman who doesn't like them.  And they don't afraid their bosses if somebody calls them in the stand. They know that if the boss believes their customer's worlds that might cause separation from that company, but that will not happen every time when the customer asks the boss to support them. And sometimes those bosses lies about separations. They don't always kick people off the company, even if the customer wants them to do that.


What means to be the adult is ever mentioned in any texts, what are published in the media. Being adult in some professions like computing means that we don't hack other systems, and I remember, when I was a young man. I thought that all computer work is some kind of hacking and the world of the Internet is some kind of "Wargames"-movie.


But today I don't think that. When people are young they live very hectic life. All things what they want should happen here right now. They can't wait for anything because they ever must wait. Young people are so sensitive because all things happen for the first time, and that's why they will act like they act. Adult people learn to wait, and they know that the buss will come sooner or later, without making phone calls to the company.


Those phone calls will make a very strong impression to that person's fellows, but that doesn't bring the bus to the stand any faster if the man is calling phone calls to the company.  Patience is a feature, what older people have, and that's why army sniper men who have success are the little bit older than other soldiers. They have the patience to wait for important targets like enemy's officers to their scope.


That kind of persons was used in the Vietnam War as a "Phoenix"- program's operators to eliminate well known Vietcong leaders. That's why elder people are more dangerous than young. They have greater experience of life than young people, and that's why they will make compliments until they have an effect on that company and the target of compliments.


That eliminates change, that this particular person starts some revenge campaigns against that person. People must realize, that if they can't prove their worlds, will that person stand on his or her site. And that might make troubles to complementarian. Also when the person makes a decision to make compliments, he must realize, that the target of that action must not be informed before the reclamation is made. That is because those people might get mad about that compliment.
