Bacteria. It can be a tool for beating cancer.

"Engineered Synthetic Bacteria Medical Biotechnology. Scientists have discovered that a naturally occurring bacterium isolated from amphibian intestines may possess extraordinary anticancer properties. Credit: Shutterstock" (ScitechDaily, Naturally Occurring Bacteria Completely Eradicate Tumors in Mice With a Single Dose)

The new bacteria-based treatments for cancer can give hope to people. The bacteria used can be genetically engineered or otherwise trained to search and destroy cancer cells. The training can happen. By growing bacteria on the nutrient layer, which is made of cancer cells. Another version. It is to connect the genome to bacteria. Which makes it “think” cancer cells as food. The genome can be taken. From the immune cells that try to fight against cancer. In an ideal case, the bacteria. This is used for this kind of therapy. It can be taken straight from nature.

Genetically engineered bacteria can also boost the immune system. The key element in cancer therapy is to find. And destroy so-called zombie cells. Zombie cell. Means cell whose mission is over. But the apoptosis is not done. That can cause damage to telomeres. It can cause a situation. That cell will not die when it should. This means the cell continues its existence, and it tries to drive. Its program. Another time. When a cell performs its duties. Its metabolism causes damage to its DNA. Sooner or later, those damages are so large that the cell can accomplish any missions. And it loses its ability to control the cleavage.

This forms the cell into a cancer cell. The process that turns a cell into cancer begins. From a zombie cell stage. When a zombie cell divides, it can form only another zombie cell. And that causes problems. In the case of cancer. Something disturbs the immune cell’s ability to detect those zombie cells. Normally, a cell gives chemical marks.

The cancer cell’s ability to steal nutrients can turn against it. This means that the nutrient carrier cells can be turned to carry cytostatic in the nutrient molecules to cancer cells. The idea is that the action of the nutrient carrier always selects the cancer cell. It can make those nutrient carriers. To carry cancer medicine to cancer cells.

That its mission is almost over. That means the cell calls. The immune system. To pick it up. But those immune cells’ mission is just. To collect garbage. The necrosis itself comes from the cell’s DNA. The main problem. With cancer therapy. It is the immune system that treats cancer cells. As stem cells. Cleaning zombie cells from the body can extend people’s life span. The new immune therapy can be based on the idea. That cancer medicines bring chemical marks to cancer cells, which makes the immune cells treat them as enemies. The therapy. It can benefit. The cancer cell’s ability to call lots of nutrient-carrying cells.

When a nutrient carrier. should select the cell. There, it delivers nutrients. It always selects cancer cells. This also happens in cases. The macrophage calls a nutrient. So, macrophages are weak. When they try to destroy cancer cells. The bacteria that attack cancer cells. Can use those cancer cells as nutrients. This removes one problem with cancer therapy.

The cancer cell calls those nutrient carriers. And if the nutrient involves an antigen that calls macrophages, those macrophages know that they should attack.

If those chemical marks are in nutrients, the cancer cell pulls more of them inside. Than the cells around those cancer cells. So, the cancer cell’s ability to steal food turns against it. This ability means that the cancer cells pack. Lots of those antigens. Into it. Another version. It is to create nutrient carrier cells. That carries nutrients only to cancer cells. Then, inside those nutrient bites can be  cytostates, or DNA that orders those cells to die. This is one of the things that nanotechnology allows researchers to create.

Ions and metasurfaces are the new tools for robotics.

"Schematics of multiplexing metadevices based on coherent wave interferences. Credit: OEA" (ScitechDaily, Pushing Optical Limits: Metasurfaces Achieve Near Infinite Light Control in a Single Device)

The new metasurfaces and ion channels turn information technology and nanomechanics forever. The photonic or photon-reacting and interacting metasurfaces make it possible to create devices that can operate independently in complex situations.

Those photonic-controlled devices can make things like highly advanced morphing systems possible. In nanotechnology, it's essential to control systems. That is smaller than some molecules. And the metasurfaces are one thing that makes that system possible. When we think about systems like cars and robots that can change their shape, we must realize one thing.

Those morphing surfaces will be created by nanomachines that act as the morphing neural network. Those small robots can take any form that they ordered. The system can interact with outsider observers like small drones that can tell that small, soundbite size nanorobot swarm how they should move to take a certain form. That thing means that the AI-controlled system can take any shape that it sees. The drone can make the 3D scanned image, and then order those nanorobots to take it.

In some futuristic visions of the future, the data travels in the organic network. Those systems can be neurons or some hybrid cells. The long threads transport information like neurons. Those systems can transport information between those neurons by using the lion channels. Those ion channels make it possible for information to travel most of the time in chemical form. When that neurotransmitter reaches that neurotransmitter, it sends an electric impulse to the microchip that decodes the message.

Ion channels are interesting. Those channels can form the ion superhighways that can make new ultra-secured data transmission possible. In those nanorobots, the system can have a small tube that transfers those ions from one place to another. The ion can transport information as well as electrons or photons.  There are multiple ways to make that data transportation.

"Record ion speeds are achieved in organic conductors where local molecules can attract or repel ions from nanochannels that act as ion superhighways. Credit: Second Bay Studios" (ScitechDaily, Ion Superhighways: The Nanotech Breakthrough Powering Tomorrow’s Tech)

One is to use two ion channels and shoot ions through them. The ion channel one is the one in the binary system. And the ion channel two is the zero in the binary system. Those ion channels can be thousands of kilometers long. And that allows the system to transport ions over long distances.

In some Sci-fi-Books that kind of system can also transport antimatter like positrons and anti-protons into the wanted point. This kind of system can installed in the robot bug. The robot bug transports those antimatter particles to the wanted point in the magnetic chamber, that puts them to flow.

That denies antimatter contact with the walls of that chamber. Then the robot injects antiparticles through that ion accelerator or ion proboscis. That kind of weapon would be extremely horrible. And one of them can destroy even warships. The antimatter energy level is so high, that a gram of that matter turns the entire Earth into a molecular cloud.

The ion-based information transport system is one of the versions of ultra-secured data transmission. The idea is that. The system can deny the outsider observer. To see ion. If the outsider harms the ion channel that thing is seen in control rooms. The receiving system must require the energy level and speed of ions to be at a certain level. Those things tell that ion is part of the message.

The ion channel is also a vacuum, and if somebody wants to steal information, that launches the pressure sensor and denies the ion flow. The ion systems might not look as effective and wonderful as photonic systems. But they can interact between living neurons or organic microchips and regular, non-organic systems. In that system, the microchip transports information to the neuron cell's ion channel using the ions.

The new advances in bioengineering are game-changing.

The new advances in bioengineering are game-changing.

There are no limits to biotechnology. Things like cloned stem cells are making it possible to create any kind of tissue. The system requires the DNA from the stem cells, and then a polymerase chain reaction (PCR) will copy that DNA. The system must just make the necessary number of DNA bites. And then it must just remove DNA from some other cell's nucleus and inject the multiplied DNA into those cells.

When we think about therapy where so-called zombie cells can be removed to prevent cancer, there is a possibility that the system simply removes old DNA from those old cells and replaces it with non-damaged or young DNA. That should bring the zombie cell back in line.

The biocomputer is one of the wildest visions of biotechnology.

In a bio-computer, the system has three layers. The neurons that are connected with microchips Those microchips are used to deliver information to neurons, and then those neurons deliver the solution for the microchip, which outputs information onto screens. Then some cells are creating electricity for the microchip. Those cells can be taken from an electric eel. And of course, those systems require something that delivers nutrients to those cells. A biocomputer requires the ability to sweep memories from those neurons.

And in our wildest visions, things like artificial neurons can be created by using hybrid plants. Intelligent plants can communicate with microchips, and those kinds of systems are the next step in highly advanced computing. Stem cells make it possible to create any cells that are required.

Researchers created artificial muscle cells from stem cells

Researchers created artificial muscle cells from stem cells. And that thing is the next step for so-called ethical meat and medical research. The ability to create artificial muscle tissue also makes it possible to create new types of cyborgs. The microchip-controlled muscles can be used in robots, and they can replace hydraulic and electric systems.

The small robot bugs can use artificial muscles to flap their wings. But the artificial muscles can also be used to create test beds for medical procedures, and of course, the artificial muscles can be used in muscle transplants. Those things can be used for badly damaged tissue replacement.

There are no limits to the use of biotechnology. Researchers are making plants with mammals' immune systems. Nothing denies the creation of plants that form things like bone marrow or other organs. If those plants are true, that will make it possible to create things like transfusion blood cheaply and effectively.

In biotechnical batteries, systems use living cells to make electricity. A biobattery that uses hybrid bacteria with electric eel cells can create electricity for at least lightweight devices like cell phones and laptop computers. And maybe the next-generation laptops will require only nutrients like sugar to create electricity.

The new multi-use microchips can vanish when they finish their job. And they can revolutionize medicine and other things.

The new multi-use microchips can vanish when they finish their job. And they can revolutionize medicine and other things.

The film above this text introduces the new type of implanted microchip that can melt and vanish after it's done its job. The implanted microchip is only the core that contains multiple functions. And the new type of microchips vanishes after they are done their job.

The carrier organism is a good tool to position the microchips to the right position. The microchips are injected into things like worms or other parasites that go to certain organs. And then, the programmed cell death or scientifically saying apoptosis will terminate those carrier parasites.

And those carriers-organisms can transfer to people bodies by using injection. Those carrier organisms can also carry things like osteocytes to broken bones.

Nanotechnology makes those things a very multi-use system. Those microchips can equip with ultra-small ultrasound or even an X-ray system, and they can transmit data on how things like broken bones are healed. Those microchips can implant around the broken bone, and then they can connect to the GSM telephone.

When the BlueTooth of the mobile telephone gives the wake-up signal for processors, they would activate their X- or ultrasound system. Those microchips will send the ultrasound or X-ray burst through the point to the opposite microchips.

And the image to the doctor's office would be transmitted by using the Internet. Maybe tomorrow, the X-ray system of tomorrow is the group of robots that are coming to the skin, and then make the all-body X-ray scanning at the place where the medical staff found the patient.  Those microchips can also sniff the blood gases locate people. And make many other things.

But those microchips can act in dangerous scenarios. And misuse of that kind of system is extremely dangerous. When we are thinking possibility that the entire skull of the person is covered by microchips those systems can send the electric shock to the brain core.

That kind of system is planned to use to help Alzheimer patients in their last years. The microchips are installed on the nerve tracks and then transmit the data to microchips. Those are on the skull of people. In that case, the memory blocks of those microchips would replace the memory of the person. So the same system can also use to help fix brain injuries.

But the thing is that this kind of system can also make it possible that the same system can control the person or turn the person into a robot. Also, those systems can use to make false memories. There has made researches. There those microchips are transferred to the right position by using genetically engineered bacteria or amoeba.

The microchip is connected to the amoeba, and then it travels to the brain. The amoeba is injected with the genome that activates the apoptosis of that organism. So that thing will make it possible to make those microchips travel in the precise right place.

Things like liver going parasites can carry the microchips in the liver. And those microchips are easy to inject into the body if they are carried to the right point by using carrier organisms. Like I wrote at the beginning of this text.

The artificial womb can revolutionize the cure for burnings and many other things.

Picture I

http://gamesandtehories.blogspot.com/p/the-artificial-womb-can-revolutionize.html

Kimmo Huosionmaa

Growing the lamb fetus in the artificial womb would revolutionize the genetics and rescue of the endangered species in the world. Artificial wombs are tried before, but the plastic bag would make those things lighter and easier to operate, than previous the glass or plastic dish, what is tested before. This kind of technology can allow creating the new skin, organs or even entire new body for people. And it can be used for cloning animals and humans.

The purpose of the plastic bag is to keep the fetus away from the bacteria and air, and that would make possible to grow fetuses in safer conditions than the plastic dish, and if this thing would work, it can be used to creating even the new bodies for humans. This plastic bag is very easy to move, and it can be used to grow the tissues for people, who are lost the large area of their skin.

The plastic bags can be used to create cell cultures, and that could transport to the area even in the handbag if there would be the necessary life support system. But when we are going to think about this fetus, we could use this kind of technology, where is used the blood bags can revolutionize the agricultural meat production. Of course, this bag can be used to creating the muscle cells in the culture, and that would allow growing the beef like some vegetables.

But the genome manipulation would allow creating the animals, what nervous system would operate that way, that those animals would have the temperament what the genome specialists want it to have. When we are returning the opportunities, what this technology can give to the humans, one of the most important targets for plastic bag fetus could be that the dangered animals fetuses and puppies could be grown outside the natural mothers, what would make possible to create the massive number of puppies in short period.

In this cases, the puppies are made with the cloning method, and that could save some extremely dangered species.  And maybe in the tomorrow, we can create also humans in that kind of artificial wombs. This is the very interesting thing because if the fetus of the lamb can be made by this kind of technology, would it used to humans. When we are thinking the technology, where the blastula cell's nucleus would be replaced with other DNA, and that would allow cloning people like Albert Einstein. That kind of technology in the wrong hands is very dangerous.

Because if this technology is thought in the view of the angle of the military, there could be made the clones of the best military operators in the entire military forces. In this scenario, the operator would be doubled, and if another would die, the clone would take the place of that person. This is, of course, the vision of some sci-fi movie, but there is the possibility that some scientist would make human clones, even that would be against the law. In this scenario, the lone persons, who have difficulties to get children could simply clone themselves.  The artificial wombs can be equipped with brain core stimulation, what makes training before born possibly by using electric shock by modified EEG-machine to brain core.

The technology would not very difficult to handle, and that would make difficulties for lawmakers, how to handle the question about the rights of clones. In the real life, the clones can be made for giving extra-organs to some person, and if those organs are from the cloned body they would fit perfectly into the new body. And that would make necessary to determine the rights, what the clone might have. This is one of the biggest moral questions what the mankind have faced.

Have we right to make clones, because of organs, or would those things have human rights? And in some scenarios, the assassinators would make murder and replace the target with the cloned person, who is brainwashed by some notorious organization. This has been pure theory or imagination, but this new technology would make those questions actual. And even the cloning of the human would be prohibited, there are always people, who have money to make that kind of things. And in places like Pattaya would be doctors, who have back-office work, and who would make that kind of clones. In those places, the boys would get silicone implants in the hour, and here I must ask, what those doctors do in the back-office.

What is the difference between bio- and genetic manipulation?

(Picture 1)

Kimmo Huosionmaa

There are some differences of bio- and genetic manipulation. Biomanipulation actually means to make artificial cell-lines, and actually, there would be no touch for genomes. One version of biomanipulation is to make artificial retina and surgically implant that retina in the eye, and the retina can be made by cell base, what is filled only with cone cells. Also, two type of vegetables can be connected mechanically, and those combinations make the saplings, what are from an upper vegetable.

Biomanipulation is effective, but it takes time. The modification of the organisms will not transfer to next generations. And mass production of those organisms is very difficult. Genetic manipulation is the more effective way to compile species and give them new features. The needed thing is an artificial virus, what has wanted genome, and that little DNA-bite would be transferred to the nucleus of the cell. The problem is that those manipulated organisms are that those features would transfer to next generations of that organism.

One of the possibility of genetic manipulation for improving some species like a human is to connect genomes to the cells, what makes possible to create chlorophyll in the cells of mammals, and in some visions, those manipulated humans may have roots or threads in the skin, what can take food and water from the air. Those threads might also have harpoon cells, what protects this creature. When we are thinking about the combination of the human and other species, we might face the situation, where we are creating an alien, the species with superpowers. That creature might have a similar nervous system like bugs. It can use only electricity, what means that neurons could connect together and close the synopses.

That would make the brains more effective. Also, those manipulated organisms blood might be poisonous. And the chlorophylls in the skin makes possible to produce sugars in the creatures own body. This might be the route of controlled evolution, and maybe tomorrow we can order the features, what we will have in our next life. In this futuristic scenario the human would record their life by using WLAN-implants, and of course, the body will be cloned. This might make the person live forever. The cloning of the creature will happen by changing the DNA inside the nucleus of just when fertilized ovum. And that would allow making modifications even to human body and mind.

Why mythical creatures named as vampires afraid of mirrors?

Kimmo Huosionmaa

https://sites.google.com/view/vampiresandmirrors/etusivu

In this philosophical writing, I’m going to think that mythical vampires are real.  Of course, there are mentally ill persons who drink blood. But there is a mythical vampire, what owns superpowers like telepathy and they can transform their phenotype between the species. And that makes those characters quite interesting. If we are beginning of the question, why vampires hate mirrors, that could cause that their eyes are polarized that way, they cant effort they eye structures from the mirror. Those species might able to transfer some kind of Virus in their victims what transforms them as vampires.

That’s why those vampires of the stories and myths hate mirrors. If we are talking about the vampire's skill to transform to another species, that thing must have the third track in their  DNA, what that alien can change anytime when it wants, and that's why vampires can change their form any time they want. But the most important thing about this mythical species is the ability to take another person under a command. That telepathy makes humans like they will not have they own will anymore.

And many philosophers have to think about that sense, and I personally think that sense or ability to take another person under a control might not be electric. Of course, that vampire could feel electric functions in another person’s nervous system, but that skill would not have anything to do with that offensive skill. I sometimes think that if those writers, who have been written about vampire myth might look how the snake hunts birds, they might think that snakes would take birds under control by some brainwaves.

So they transferred those observations to vampires. Now we know why that effect happen. The snake sometimes spits it poison to its spoil. That toxin causes sore on that animal skin, and then neurotoxin will get in that targets veins. Another method, what has the same effect is a very loud voice.

That voice causes the situation, where that bird or another animal nervous system. That’s why I sometimes think, that maybe the vampires might have that kind of organ. If we continue this script little bit more, we might think that some humanoids might have this kind of skill like telepathy or feel the magnetic fields.

If some species have that kind of skills like telepathy, they must have the cells or nervous system, what can notice other animals nervous electricity like echidnas and sharks have, and of course some aliens might have the skill to feel another person's nervous electricity. And could those uneven scull humanoids have that skill?

But there is no proof about humanoids and we continue to search extraterrestrials. Another way to think is that so-called “humanoids” are a reason for some governments genetic experiments, what might cause the changes of the targets phenotype. But could those governments work without any sense of ethics, and can they hide humanoids existence is another question? As we know,  those things are interesting with some other people, and probably those tests are made under high control of some other authorities like the Soviet government, what was not very human against the people, who were thinking something, what that government didn’t want people to know.
