An imprisoned researcher who genetically modified babies believes that genetically manipulated humans are the future. When we think about genetic engineering and our genomes, we can ask why genetic engineers are not removing things like diabetes, Alzheimer and AIDS away by using genetic engineering. In the same way, somebody can ask why we don't give gene therapy for CP-handicapped and other kinds of people who have an error in their chromosomes. 

Some people say that this kind of gene therapy is against morals or ethics, but in the same way, we can ask if the lives of those people are so nice that we should not fix their genomes.  Why cannot we think of things like hereditary diseases as one disease like some virus infection or something like that? The fact is this the world is full of people who have money to take gene therapy. Gene therapy can improve IQ. 

And that kind of therapy gives many more abilities. The human intelligence is like many other types of intelligence. It creates systems that are more or less intelligent. So intelligence creates other intelligence. And that's why people are interested in things like AI. Genetic engineering can increase people's IQ. 



IQ is only one of the things that makes people productive. That productive thinking makes us create machines and other things to dominate the world. And that's why our nervous system and brains are the promising objects for genetic engineering. Genetic engineering makes it possible that people will get immune resistance against some viruses. And then that virus can turn into the ultimate weapon. 

The ability to interconnect species makes it possible. Humans will get better senses, stronger muscles or faster reactions, and faster renewing tissues. The ability to transform the DNA allows us to remove cancer from our species. Cancer is one of the deadliest diseases in the world. Sharks have no cancer and that thing makes those animals interesting. 

Same way sharks have electric senses, and humans have similar senses. That allows us to read other people's thoughts. All senses and abilities that species have without depending on species coded in the DNA, and what would you make with the ability to read thoughts or muscles that make you as strong as a gorilla or anaconda? 

In the same way, some reptilians are immune to the strongest neural poison, botulinum. That means nerve agents like VX do not affect cobras. 

Innovation requires full knowledge of the system that a person wants to use. The other things that the innovation requires are the ability and willingness to model the system. And that is a problem in innovations. People must have the ability to make new things. And they must dare to share their ideas. 

When we manipulate our brains we make things that will change the world. Brains are the creators of the systems and machines that allow humans to dominate the world. 

The human brain should be the user of the AI. That means humans should be the part who gives orders. And the AI should be the thing that follows those orders. But sometimes we are facing people who let machines think for them. AI will not turn master in our society if we do not give that position to it.

Normally, we think that this kind of thing is hard to make. Our immune system destroys that blood immediately. But then we can think about the possibility of creating artificial or cloned bone marrow cells, and we can say that this kind of thing removes immune reactions.

Groundbreaking research where researchers can reprogram cells into stem cells can make it possible for scientists to rejuvenate an individual's bone marrow cells, making those observations even more fundamental than we think. The ability to create stem cells and turn them into bone marrow cells makes it possible to make bone marrow transfers to individuals by using their cells.

And the ability to use the receiver's cells makes this thing fundamental. Researchers can create Those new bone marrow cells by using artificial or reprogrammed stem cells.





Clones are also the same organism as the elder ones. And in that case. Researchers can clone cell groups or entire individuals. And if the only thing required is blood, that can be produced in cell cultures.

That thing causes interesting visions. In some visions. Researchers will clone the old mouse. And then researchers will inject the younger clone's blood into the old individual. Another version is that the crew takes the bone marrow from the fetus.

Then cryogenic system freezes that bone marrow in a cryogenic laboratory. When individuals turn old researcher injects the blood that those frozen bone marrow cells create into those old individuals. Another version is that those young bone marrow cells will be cloned. And then those young cells will be injected into the elder individual. Because those cells are the receiver's own, there should be no complications.

How do the mice have a connection with humans? Mice are growing extremely fast. That thing makes them suitable for research work. By using modern nanotechnology is possible to make pigs and mice produce tissues that fit humans. In those models, the tissues of pigs and mice will turn to create things like blood or skin, that fit individual humans. The system manipulates the DNA and reprograms cells so that they create proteins that fit the receiver.

Genetic manipulation makes it possible to create things like customized bone marrow. The idea is that the cells will reprogram to stem cells that form bone marrow. And if those DNA sequences are taken from the receiver. That thing makes it possible to get bone marrow that fits the receiver because those cells are the receiver's own. Polymerase chain reaction allows to make multiple copies from the stem cell's DNA. The idea is that one cell will reprogram into a stem cell. And then PCR multiplies its DNA. And then, the system replaces some other cell's DNA by using that stem cell's DNA.

The first time researchers created RNA molecules that replicate.



Self-replication of the RNA molecules is making it possible to create artificial organisms. Artificial organisms can use for many purposes. The genetically engineered bacteria can clean the human body from viruses. The idea is that artificial bacteria just eat viruses. And then they will close their ion pumps and die. And travel out of the body. The bacteria would just form the bag where the viruses are captured and then it stops its metabolism. 

Because bacteria are dying it cannot create more viruses. The artificial bacteria can also transform to stem cells by using genome transfer. Also, the bacteria can modify to make artificial retroviruses that can make genome transplant for people who have some kind of genetic disorder. 

But the artificial DNA and RNA molecules can also use for making the new type of nanomachines and artificial molecules. Genetic engineering can make it possible to increase the number of mitochondria in cells. And that thing makes them stronger. 




But artificial lifeforms can be much more complicated than we even think they could. 


There are three ways to benefit genetic engineering and biotechnology for robotics and computing. The size of the biorobot is not limited. And the ways how the robot can use biotechnology are listed here. 

1) Robots can use cloned neurons for making electricity for them. In that case, the electric cells that are making electricity for the animals like electric Eels can use to make electricity for robots. 

In some scenarios, the cells of fungus or vegetables are hybridized with those electric cells. And they can use it to make the electricity for the robots. 

2) The core of the robots can create by using diatomic cells. That thing is making it possible to make the core. That can fix its damages automatically. The bioships might not work in space but things like submarines can use those things. 

3) The robots can use the cloned neural tissue for making decisions. That means those systems have artificial brains that are working like normal brains. The brains that are made by using cloned neurons can use as biocomputers. 


Biological batteries are one of the most interesting targets for use of biotechnology.


The biological battery is the tank where is the cells are producing electricity. Those tanks can connect to series or parallel coupling. And that means the only thing that separates them from chemical batteries is that the electricity is produced in living cells. The electric eel can deliver electricity from 650 to 860 volts. And that kind of electricity can use to move large-size systems. Those cells that deliver that electricity can also be cloned or culture in cell cultures. 

When we think of things like robots that are using biological power sources the size of those robots might be very big. The thing is that the number of those cells determines the voltage that they can deliver.  The electric cells can use to deliver electricity to the mobile telephone as well as the ion engines of the spacecraft. In the last case. Electricity will first load to the battery. Which makes it possible to create high-voltage electricity. 

The thing is that the capacity of those electric cells is the only thing that limits their use. The large-size tanks with electric cells can load electricity to capacitors. And that can increase the voltage of those systems. And maybe someday in the future things like laptop computers can use biological electric cells in their batteries. The cells are needed only nutrients for making electricity.

One of the most effective ways to make the biorobot find its target. Is to use the small nanorobot that carries small cells that will produce the nutrient fiber. The nanorobot will carry the fiber to the wanted target, and then the biorobot will follow that nutrient fiber. Then the biorobot would travel to the right position. There is the possibility that there are small crystals inside that biological machine. 

When the acoustic signal will deliver it will break those crystals. There is the possibility that the crystals involve the enzyme.  That removes the DNA from the nucleus of that manipulated cell. Then another crystal will deliver the new DNA to the nucleus of the cell. And that kind of technology makes it possible to change the form of the cell. 

That means the cells can turn to create the enzymes or they can turn into neurons. And maybe that kind of technology allows fixing even brain damages. The ability to make copies of the DNA by using the PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) method makes it possible to create synthetic stem cells. In that process, the genomes will be removed from the nucleus and replaced with the new genomes. 

So maybe in the future, stem cells are taken from every fetus in the world. In that process, only one cell is enough.  And then the base-pair order of the DNA of that stem cell will store in the digital database. That data can send to the other side of the world by using the internet.

Nanotechnology could create a copy of that DNA. This thing means that in the future. We all have our stem cell storage that can save our life. The personal DNA image of the people can make it possible to make the tissues and other things for the cases that person is injured. In that case, the DNA data can send to the hospital. And then nanotechnology can start to produce certain cells for the patient.

The researchers are made the very first biorobots that can self replicate. Biorobots are genetically engineered organisms that are programmed to make some missions. Synthetic DNA or RNA makes it possible to create organisms that can make many things. As an example, they can take the stem cells to the right position. 

The self-replicant biorobots can use to fix the damages in organs or blood veins. The robots would be the bacteria that are homing to the walls of the veins. And then they can turn to the part of the veins or they can connect to other nanomachines. 

The synthetic nanorobots can carry the cells that are making fibrine. And that kind of system can make the web that can fix the damages in the blood veins. The self-replicating biological robots which operations based on synthetic DNA can clean large areas from toxic waste, they can destroy cancer cells or fix the damages in the body. 

The genetically engineered bacteria or genetically engineered immune cells can destroy the cancer cells. The bacteria can home to the cancer cells and start to create enzymes that are destroying those cells. The system bases the idea that when the cancer cell steals mitochondria from the immune cells they would infect it by using the virus. That virus can destroy the cancer cells. 

The thing is that there are many purposes what nanotechnology can make. Genetically engineered organisms can make almost everything. And nanotechnology can turn into the perfect weapon. The difference between a perfect cure for cancer application and the perfect weapon is so small that it's not existed. We should understand that all old fashion protective methods are falling. The nanorobot that goes wild will just turn the entire body into liquid. And that means we should concern about this kind of application.

The fast-growing cells can slip into the body and lock the blood flow to the brain. Or genetically engineered bacteria can remove mitochondria from the tissue cells. And cause gangrene. Those systems can use to lock the blood flow to cancer cells or remove the mitochondria from the cancer cells. But the same systems can operate as the perfect weapon. 

The thing is that the same bacteria that are creating enzymes for destroying the non-wanted cells can use to destroy the blood veins. And the area of nanotechnology is one of the newest and most promising areas of the medical industry. But the same technology can use to create the most devastating weapons in history. If the nano- or bio-machine will target certain cells that thing can remove tumors. But the same systems can also turn the entire body into liquid.

The new computer program can read any DNA sequence and decipher its genetic code.



This new computer program can have multiple fundamental points of use. The computer program that can read genetic code and then store it in the computer memory is the ultimate tool for creating artificial DNA sequences and artificial organisms. 

Connecting genomes together makes it possible. To create the bacteria and other cells that are dying at a certain moment. That kind of bacteria is useful in medical work.  The cells that make suicide at a certain moment can use to fix injuries in the body. The timer can put in the DNA plasmid of the bacteria. DNA is like a chemical computer program. 

And the new computer program might allow creating more effective ways to connect DNA bites and create artificial genomes. A deep understanding of the DNA sequences allows finding what kind of abilities the certain base pairs are giving to organisms. 

When the bacteria's mission competed the bacteria died. And the self-destruction code comes after the mission code. When the DNA is read to a certain point, it will activate the self-destruction of the bacteria.

The next generation medicals can be manipulated bacteria that can collect viruses from the human body. The idea is that the bacteria would pull the viruses to the slimebag. And the body just removes the slime. For that purpose is needed to connect the genome of the slime cell and bacteria. 

Also, the biomedicines can be bacteria that can create antibiotics and eat only the remains of the tissue of dangerous bacteria. There are billions of ways how biotechnology can make better products especially in the case of the medical industry. One of the most interesting ideas is to create very fast-splitting bacteria. For destroying viruses or toxic chemicals from the body. 

The idea is that bacteria will eat the chemical or virus and at the same moment the ion pump activates an enzyme that destroys the DNA in the nucleus of bacteria. The idea is that when the job is done. Bacteria dies. And during that process, another enzyme will tell the immune cell. To carry the bacteria that is dying away from the body. 

This kind of genetic engineering denies the bacteria new viruses after the infection. When the internal organs of the bacteria are destroyed it turns into a bag that can use to remove those viruses. Another possibility is to make the bacteria that creates cytostatics for cancer treatment. That means that the bacteria would inject near the cancer cells and then it starts to destroy those cells. When bacteria face healthy tissue that chemical mark will destroy it. 

For making that kind of tool is required to know genomes that can be connected. And the new computer program can be an extremely good tool for that kind of purpose. 

The ability to create the cells that can destroy in a certain moment can make it possible to create biological weapons that cannot track. Some of those weapons might be cells that are closing the veins. Or manipulated bacteria that create poisons like botulin. When bacteria complete their mission. They would destroy themselves.

ETI-camps and pure line genetic engineering.

We always find some stories about ETI (Extraterrestrial Intelligence) camps on the internet, and if we are thinking about the species, what have no immune-defense against microorganisms, those creatures would need protective suits against bacteria, because if the bacteria will get on the skin, that creature would be dead. The thin bioprotective suits allow the creature or alien to move quite freely on the ground, and that would not seize to the bushes, and break so easily.


In theory, those thin bioprotective suits would also allow disinfecting those creatures more easily than the baggy suits would allow. There would be no folding on the surface, where the bacteria would be left alive. But what are those so-called alien camps, we must realize, that those camps might be something more serious, than we ever expected. When we are thinking about those ETI-camps, we must think, that have they some connections with the mysterious "Solar Warden" project.


The aliens, or how we those creatures calling, might be actual humans, what are genetically engineered. If we think that those creatures are the result of the racial processing, what bases in the "pure lines", where the genetic material would enrich by making children with close relatives. When this has been made with a couple of generations, those lines would be connecting for making the super-individuals.


The descendants of the close relatives are starting to grow in length and in some theories, the ancient giants were the result of this kind of genetic engineering. This theory would be connected to the stories of the "ETI-camps", or "Solar Wardens". There would be pure lines "genetic material" inside those camps, and this theory, those aliens or creatures are living in the pure sterile area, that nobody could steal the genetic material.


Maybe the big-head "aliens" are the result of this kind of operations, and here is again big "maybe", that those creatures are extremely intelligent. This means that those aliens live in some space-station and their muscles would be extremely weak. But this is the writing for the spending time in the evening. These things are very nice to think when the writer would lay on the bed.

Joseph Stalin was a man, who ha made many great inventions in the field of genocide and totalitarianism. One of his greatest ideas was to create the mixture of human and monkey, what would not do own decisions, and follow every single order, what the masters would give to that creature. That hybrid was planned to use in military operations, for political reasons, and when we are thinking about genetic differences between apes and human, we must consider, that 12 base pairs in DNA separate the man and chimpanzee.


Those 12 base pairs give our species our phenotypes or the shape. If the scientists would able to make the human-shape creature, that would not able to think, would it be the horrifying thing in the hands of dictators. In the real-life scientists can control the evolution in many ways, and one of them is by using statistics for that purpose. One of the best ways to increase the intelligence level of children is to choose the parents from right group of people, and those parents would be chosen from the group of greatest scientists and the most incredible military leaders.


The natural method would make pairs of those people, and that would be "natural method". The children can also be made in the test tubes, and then use in artificial fertilization, what is given to pairs, what husbands are not able to get children. Another way to increase the strength of human being is to transform genomes straight to the nucleus of the cell. When the fetus is in blastula-stage, the scientists would inject another genetic material into the nucleus of that cell. Those genomes can be put in the right place of DNA by using nanotechnology, or rather nanorobots, what would put the DNA bite precise in the right place.


This has made me a funny thing, what is shown in the short movie "Code 8". When the military forces use more and more robots in the battlefield, the genetic engineers could make the hybrid creature, that could be the combination of human and Electric eel. That fish can make extremely high voltage electric shock by it muscle cells. And if the genome could be transferred to the human, would human give very high powerful electric shock to those robots, and also create EMP-pulses by using nerves for that thing. Those EMP-pulses would protect humans from the attacking by robots. But this is only imagination, how developing of robots can influence the way, how human genomes would be developed by bio- and nanotechnical methods.


Also, Electric eels have the electric sense what can help to track human shape killer robots.This is, of course, only philosophical thinking in the bright morning. But when we are thinking about genetic engineering, maybe in future that thing, where species would be combined, would be legal. Who knows how the laws would change. And we know that every scientist in the world would not care about laws at all. Or have we forget Dr. Joseph Mengele and his comrades in the Second World War? There is found many persons, who are thinking like this man, that if nobody ever knows about this kind of experiments, would there no punishments.

What is the difference between bio- and genetic manipulation?

There are some differences of bio- and genetic manipulation. Biomanipulation actually means to make artificial cell-lines, and actually, there would be no touch for genomes. One version of biomanipulation is to make artificial retina and surgically implant that retina in the eye, and the retina can be made by cell base, what is filled only with cone cells. Also, two type of vegetables can be connected mechanically, and those combinations make the saplings, what are from an upper vegetable.


Biomanipulation is effective, but it takes time. The modification of the organisms will not transfer to next generations. And mass production of those organisms is very difficult. Genetic manipulation is the more effective way to compile species and give them new features. The needed thing is an artificial virus, what has wanted genome, and that little DNA-bite would be transferred to the nucleus of the cell. The problem is that those manipulated organisms are that those features would transfer to next generations of that organism.


One of the possibility of genetic manipulation for improving some species like a human is to connect genomes to the cells, what makes possible to create chlorophyll in the cells of mammals, and in some visions, those manipulated humans may have roots or threads in the skin, what can take food and water from the air. Those threads might also have harpoon cells, what protects this creature. When we are thinking about the combination of the human and other species, we might face the situation, where we are creating an alien, the species with superpowers. That creature might have a similar nervous system like bugs. It can use only electricity, what means that neurons could connect together and close the synopses.


That would make the brains more effective. Also, those manipulated organisms blood might be poisonous. And the chlorophylls in the skin makes possible to produce sugars in the creatures own body. This might be the route of controlled evolution, and maybe tomorrow we can order the features, what we will have in our next life. In this futuristic scenario the human would record their life by using WLAN-implants, and of course, the body will be cloned. This might make the person live forever. The cloning of the creature will happen by changing the DNA inside the nucleus of just when fertilized ovum. And that would allow making modifications even to human body and mind.

I have read one essay about the retrovirus, and it will bring in my mind the terrifying ideas, what this kind of biomanipulation can cause to human beings. In this story, this retrovirus would be used to transfer the phenotype of the human. The story was the mercenary soldier or something like that, and it might bases the Stephen King’s novel ”The Stand”, and the bad guy of that book Randall Flagg. The writer of that story might think, that maybe that imaginational anti-hero had the retroviruses, what allowed this person to change the phenotype or the shape of this person by using the virus. In this scenario, the retrovirus can be used to turn the shape of the human as an animal like penguins or monkeys. In the real life, nothing makes that impossible.


The genetically engineered virus can change our shape to another organism like in some vampire movies happen, but I won’t recommend that thing for anybody. The difference between human and monkey is very small, and the only couple of genes will separate our species from monkeys. So if some mad scientist wants, this person could make the retrovirus, what can change the shape of species to another. This is, of course, fascinating thing, but it will give very bad things in my mind. Those viruses can be used for giving the person muscles like gorillas or python snakes. And this might be the next generation doping, where the sportsmen would be genetically manipulated for better results.


Would you believe, what happens if some mercenary soldier gets this technology in the hand, and then wants to change the shape to another. This kind of virus can also change the phenotype between the persons to another person. So the outer core of the person changes, but inside will be same. This might cause the situation, what is very serious for the national security, and it would be worse than some ”Face-off”-movie ever can show. In the dark operations that would mean, that in the operation goes another person, who comes out there. And this will give the change, to cover all illegal military actions in the world.


In some scenarios, this virus would be set in the targeted person by using nanotechnology. The artificial macrophage can be injected those viruses in the immune-cells, what will deliver it around the person’s body. The virus can modify the genomes inside this targeted person’s cells, and it would make possible the real-life transformation. This is why those viruses are so terrible. If the body of the person can be changed, that would make possible to create the perfect spy, who can slip in any target, what the creators of this virus wanted.
