Saint  Valentine's day massacre in 1929 is one of the most well known criminal activities in the history.  And the thing, what makes it very interesting, is that nobody ever convicted about that crime. There are many theories about this case, what is very well known incident, what happened in 1929, and the ordered of that attack is presumed to be Al Capone, who wanted to punish the "Bugs" Moran, who came in his area. There were seven victims, and the persons, who claimed to be guilty were well-known criminals.  The thing, what makes this case so creepy, is that every suspect was dead until 1935. One victim of the shooting said at the hospital before he was dead that "no one shot me".  Maybe he knew some shooter and thought that this man was some little gangster in the Chicago until the bullets were hit him. 

Or maybe some shooter was hiding behind some garbage cans or fire stairs, and that man shot this person, Peter Gusenberg, who was the right hand of the Moran. I don't know was there on that street fire stairs, but maybe the shooter was in dead angle, or he couldn't see that person. Maybe Moran told Capone, that his henchmen were working for him. Who knows anything about those persons complicated mind, and we must remember, that treachery is always near in those people's life. 

And there could be somebody else than Capone behind that crime because those gangsters who were suspected about that crime were well-known and experienced gunmen. That means that this shooting could be ordered from those gunmen. Sometimes is claimed, that Moran himself killed those men, by claiming that he was working for Mafia, and the reason would be that those men tried to murder him, but normally people believe that the order was given by Al Capone. 

The case is so complicated to write in Wikipedia is very interesting, but the complicated story and the main question is, how the Moran or somebody else got the names of the shooters, and that was the really bad thing. In stories, Capone killed his gunman, John Scalise, Albert Anselmi and Joseph Giunta and the reason was claimed that this man tried to murder Capone. But in fact, the reason for the murder could charge what Scalise got about the Saint Valentine's day massacre. The man who was behind this case was Capone, but did that man made that for somebody else. When we are thinking deeply about this case, somebody might give Capone the information, that his henchmen were tried to murder him. But the thing feels more complicated. 

Capone is claimed to beat them to death by the baseball bat, and the bodies were found in Indiana. Maybe those injuries have made for destroying the outfit and recognition marks of those men. But Capone might be got in the anger, and that makes this person very dangerous because this man couldn't control himself. The reason why this story feels quite suspicious is that those men were identified in the massacre, and as you might know, that is the thing, what Mafia would not tolerate. Capone was a very young man and many people believe, that he was not the real boss of his gang, and the reason for that is, this man had syphilis, what causes mental disorders. 

Maybe Capone was working for Mafia, but he was only the caporegime, the leader of the gunmen and enforcers of that organization. And in sometimes somebody has wondered how he knew about Valentine's day massacre victims relationship with Moran? Sometimes was claimed, that Moran himself was behind those murders because those men knew too much. When we are thinking about the evidence about that crime, the two Thomson-sub machine guns were found in the home search, and they were identified as the murder weapons, but the counselors would claim that those guns were taken to that house, where they were found. 

When we are returning the case, where Capone killed his henchmen, somebody says, that Capone or some other man got the information of the attempt to murder this gangster king from the police or FBI. There is one thing, what supports those claiming is that those three men were experienced and notorious killers. The thing what made the last two men survive was probably, that witnesses would not see them in the shooting place, and they could claim, that those other men were forced them to drive.  And probably they didn't see the shooting, and that's why they couldn't testify against them. Psychopaths are persons, who would not have the social conscience. They would not feel anything, and that's why those persons are the most feared people in the world. There are no limits to the violence, what this kind of person can do. That thing made Pentagon make the report, where was investigated the psychopathic behavior transforming the perfect military operator. Only 4 percent of military operators are so-called "natural killers", but they do almost half of the killings. And this would make addictive to use that kind of operators in the operational areas.

Because the psychopath would not have the conscience they would not regret their actions, and the biggest problem with so-called "black operations" is that some operator will get drunk, and then tells stories about their missions to somebody in the restaurant. Normal military man would protect their psyche the way that they would not want to see enemy faces or know their names when they will shoot them. Also shooting only armed enemies makes those persons thought that they are forced to shoot, or another side would shoot them.


The psychopaths can look the victims to the eyes. This would make them ideal for sniper role in the military field. And this makes them be perfect military operators in the special forces and assassination missions. Those people would not tell anyone about their missions. That's why United States army major David S. Pierson wrote the report: "Natural Killers-Turning the Tide of Battle". There was investigated the psychopaths capacity to work as the military operators. There is claimed to have programs, where psychopaths are training to react as normal people.


One of those programs might be "Artichoke" or "Sleeping Beauty", where the psychopaths are training to give answers to the nature tests, what seems socially acceptable. The thing, what have ordered that investigation claimed to be CIA because sometimes the spy must kill the person, who he or she knows very good. The organizations that would use this information might also be FBI and DEA with other law enforcement agencies. Those law enforcement agencies use sometimes so-called deep cover agents, what have to confess their target organizations that they are "real men" for their jobs, and I don't know how far those persons can go in those roles when they play criminals?


Could it possible to make murder, if the targeted person would be some killer, who is working for drug mafia, and maybe killed hundreds of people? Undercover, operators must do something for getting in the targeted organization and to win the trust of the members of the group. And in this case, those people must be confessing, that they are not members of the law enforcement.


But murder is the thing, what might not "need" to mention in the reports, because even if that target were the man who has made hundreds of murders the murder is always a crime. And then the operators must understand that the person, who likes them can tell the cartel, that they are the agents of the police. And in those cases, they must make hard decisions, if they are in some city like Cali in Colombia, what is controlled by drug mafia.

By using police for disturbing political and business enemies is very usual in real life. With some discussions of official position, is sometimes have been rumored, that the person, who is as the candidate for that position has criminal registration markings. Same times the crimes, what have caused those markings are not mentioned. This means that the quality of crime must be always told because sometimes those markings come from parking tickets, what is not paid. The reason for that may be different than we think, and the owner of that vehicle would able to pay the ticket, but somebody, who walked by the car just pull the ticket off the windshield.


And this might look like the owner of the vehicle seems like doesn't care the regulations at all. This method has been used against politicians sometimes. Somebody just pulls the parking ticket out of the window, and the owner of the vehicle doesn't even know to get that ticket. And of course, that ticket would not be paid in those cases. I have heard rumors that some newspapers have had contracts, that they have prepaid some parking tickets, but that is of course crime. The rumors say that the reason for that has been, that the reporters would park their vehicles near some conference centers.


When we are talking about this kind of actions, that method could be used for setting traps to some persons. In those cases, the vehicle would be parked in some parking lot and the parking warden would not give the ticket for that vehicle because it was prepaid. When the next guy comes and makes the same action, would the result be the ticket on the windshield, and of course those bills are not very cheap. But when we are getting back to the main question about police work and it's relationship with political power, we must consider that sometimes happens the things, what are unexpected.

One of those things happened in 1960's when the FBI fought against Ku Klux Klan in the deep south. There were happened cases, where  KKK found the witnesses of the violence, by using information, what came from judges. This meant that FBI could not ask permission to eavesdrop on telephones, and that's why they began to eavesdrop the telephones of judges. Then some FBI agents realized, that those judges used payphones for informing the KKK for the location of the witnesses. And then they began operation COINTELPRO, where all public telephones were eavesdrop because they were used in criminal purposes.

The problem with that program was that FBI didn't ask permission for those actions. But at the same time, FBI and Military forces became PSY-OP operation, what was claimed to named COINTLEPRO, what was not same as COITELPRO. The idea of this program was to deliver information about crimes, what was made in the name of KKK. And of course, that was the counteraction for the counselors attempt to claim those persons only patriotic Americans. So the info-op specialists published the actions of those patriots in the free newspapers, what were delivered to trains and bus stops.

The interface of those publications was much larger than paid newspapers were, and this was causing the situation that people's eyes were opened. Of course, the separation between races made the life of the police officers very easy, because of guilty persons were always found from the black community. The problem with that was, that sometimes those policemen didn't the faces of the white boys, and they came home from the station with the black circle around their eye. Also, this ethnic profiling made police stations very scare places for everybody who was not pleased, policemen.


There were rumors that some southern side policemen had sent black people to death row for their own crimes. And because the police were very feared, the criminal organizations could act freely. If they wanted somebody to make murders for them, those gangsters must only call black men, who could not be undercover police officers, because they were not accepted in the police training. And those gangsters claimed that their method was right.


Name of that organization was "The Black Panther league", and those gunmen claimed to work for the black community. In the real world, those persons were actually worked as gunmen for Mafia, and they didn't even want the end of race separation. That gave very much money for the pockets of the leaders of the "Black Panthers", who also sold heroin to their clients. Somebody claims that behind the murder of the Martin Luther King was actually the "Black Panther league", that wanted to stop this man's non-violent resistance and attempts to change the law in the states, where race separation was legal.


And Martin Luther King made in a couple of months more good than  "Black Panther league" during all its history. Those young gunmen are the people, who are created the term "black gangsters". When we are thinking about ethnic profiling, we must say that every time, when police make that kind of things like checks the papers from the black people, because of the color of the skin, that is off the police's other work. And if some policeman has the attitude, that color of the skin makes people criminal, would that cause that even serial killers can slip off the law enforcement, what sends people to jail because they were the different color than this person self.

Subliminal command systems and the risks of using those systems on the battlefield.

The thing that will conduct to the light what comes from the roof. And here comes the introductions, how can everybody seem like an idiot on the television. Even professor Franzén would look like an idiot when this thing is in use, and this man couldn't even remember his name when he would be targeted by very powerful infrasound, what locks his neural system. The light is necessary for positioning the target in the right place, just under the loudspeaker, that nobody else can't realize this systems existence. This kind of equipment is already in use in the police- and military forces around the world. Infrasound equipment has been installed to the LRAD-systems, and when the counter-terror team will look for terrorists, they might yell to the loudspeakers that "if you are members of Isis, raise your hands".


The use of infrasound is not the new idea of military forces. This equipment was used in Korea and Vietnam war, and the mission specialists used those systems probably on both sides of front. The equipment was used as the user of the loudspeakers called to the American military men the world "attention", and then the North Vietnamese sniper shot the officer. This equipment was given by the Soviet intelligence for test use to North Vietnamese troops. The infrasound was also used by the "Phoenix-program", and the use of this equipment was actually more terrifying than Vietnamese way. The infrasound equipment was used as the brainwashing machine, what simultaneously repeated the orders to the captured North Vietnamese militants.


That equipment was used in the "Artichoke"-project, and the idea of this program was simple, put the North Vietnamese kill other North-Vietnamese. The idea was taken by the suspected brainwashing camps, what communists kept secrecy in North Korea and Manchuria during the Korean War. In some rumors, these so-called subliminal messages have used in the case, where the Soviet pilot jumped to Japan with his MIG-25 fighter in 1976. We know that the Russian and United States military forces and paramilitary police have also used the infrasound systems to attempt to release the hostages in the situations, what might normally cause many victims or what would stay a long time. And in Waco, Texas FBI made the mistake with this kind of equipment and that caused the death of one religious group in Waco, Texas in 1993. The reason why the members of this group were made the suicide, is mentioned that some FBI negotiator used this equipment and said "do it" just after the leader of the group ordered his followers to make the suicide.


The rumors of the reasons for jump-over was believed caused by the infrasound system, what was targeted to that pilot. And that is the reason, why it's very dangerous if some unwanted persons allow sending messages to the fighter pilots while the operations. If this acoustic command system will target the pilot of some aircraft or driver of the car, that person might fly the plane straight to the wall. This kind of infrasound equipment can be hidden in the radio of the car or airplane. This might cause terrible situations if the targeted person gets angry or starts to follow the orders.


That might cause the terrible situation in those planes. The problem with the infrasound equipment is that the human brain doesn't notice this type of devices and sounds. This kind of machine will cause that the commands will not come to know, but they will act in deep inside the brains. This might cause that the person, who is targetted by this equipment will sometimes start to follow the orders. We know what could happen if this equipment will be misused against some nuclear submarine, what could launch their missiles in that action. There are submarines in the world, what has this kind of equipment in use, and one of those submarines is USS Jimmy Carter. That submarine is equipped with the infrasound systems.

The prosecutions against President of the United States are not very common thing

The problem with this Trump case does the president of United States  Donald Trump know about that money, what came from the Russian government, and can special prosecutor Mueller proof that support from another state as it will cause judgment to the president. The problem with Trump is that he was used his position in this case, and that will cause some troubles for his defense.


Predicated support for Trump's election campaign is channeled from Russian companies bank accounts. That means that there will not find the straight connection that money came from the Russian government. But the major procedure in this kind of actions is, that that kind of money will be first transfer to some company's accounts, and then they will be given to that politician's election campaign.


So if this kind of rumors that Trump took money from Russians is true, there will not be found any signs that money came from the Russian government. They might use series of corporations, what hides the role of the government, and there might find some signs what will show that  Gazprom is somehow handler of that money. But this is only speculation and I really hope that this investigation is unnecessary. But the prosecution is the very bad mark for Trump's career.


The President of the United States is the most powerful man on earth. And that kind of people will always follow some kind of conspiracy theories. That is very usual when we are talking about leaders in governmental and business life. And those rumors will sometimes be investigated by law enforcement officers.


If Trump didn't react like he did in the beginning of that investigation, this process will ever begin. And disturbing those investigations made this process possible. It's not the very common thing that the president of any nation will be investigated by law enforcement, and this shows how strength society that nation is, and Mueller's investigation shows to the people, that nobody is above the law.


And what makes the very bad thing for Trump is friendship with Putin. Many Americans think that Russia is their archenemy, and that's why posturing with the president of Russia Vladimir Putin is very troublesome for Trump's reputation. People think that Putin is some kind of new Juri Andropov, and that's why they probably don't like that Trump was his friend. Those things what happened before Trump's presidency might look small, but they have big frames in the court. And the question is what did Trump took money from another government.
