How to teach social skills to robots and AI?

One of the versions is to make a large-scale database structure where is different versions of words are used in social situations. Then the programmer makes the first connections between databases. After that, the system starts to talk with its creators. 

The thing is teaching social skills for AI is quite an easy thing in theory. It's just connecting databases. But social skills are more than just saying words. They are noticing the facial expressions taking the hat off when going to the church. And other kinds of things.  

But if we want to make the AI what discusses like a real person that requires a lot of databases and connections between them. If the system would make the job interviews that thing requires lots of data. And if somebody says or asks about things that are not in the database, the system might ask the programmer to answer by talking or writing it to the computer. 

The thing is that if we want that AI to talk with us about everyday situations. That thing is really hard to make. The thing is that we don't normally recognize. That people are not using written standard language in everyday speech. So that requires that the databases can understand dialects. If we want to make an AI that has a very large set of skills. That requires large-scale databases. 

The problem with regular computer programs is that they are not using fuzzy logic. In the discussion programs, the fuzzy logic is made by using multiple databases that are connected with a certain social dialogue. Those databases are involving dialect words. 

They are connected to databases there is written standard language. And then those things are connected to the database that is including social dialogue. The thing is that the programmer can write social dialogue by using dialect words. And that makes the robot more like a human. 

If the social behavior like words that the AI uses are right the programmer or teacher would accept or deny that thing. If there is no match for an answer the programmer would write the right answer for the machine. 

The idea is that when the person is discussing with AI. It would record the things that the opponent is saying, and then answer. This kind of AI might have other parameters like images of the things facial expressions in certain situations. The AI is the ultimate tool in cases like job interviews and especially in video interviews. 

The system can follow things like the length of the brakes between the words. And how the voice is chancing when the person is talking. But it can also look for things like touching the nose during the interview. What kinds of things are marks of lies. That kind of system would also pick things like does the interviewed person has some kind of skills what the interviewer wants to find. 

When the interviewer asks about things like computer skills and what to do in certain situations the job seeker would cover the missing skills in long answers. That means that the interviewer would not notice that there are missing parts in the skills that the computer operator requires. 

 Like how to connect systems to the net. Or something like that. The system might record the answer. And then compare the answer with the actions what the worker should do in those cases. If there is no match, the person would not understand what to make. 

In the cases like job interviews, the AI can search if there are lots of the same names in the lists of referees in different job applications. If the same referees are always in the CV:s of the persons whose work is not. There is something wrong with those referees.

We should be worried if somebody hides homicide. If that person can act normal way when the murder what this person has made is under the talking, would that mean that this kind of person could make more murders, and maybe this person is so-called "psychopath". Psychopathic personality is the very dangerous thing because they would not have the social conscience, and that's why they could make murders, and hide those things at home. 

If the person can act like nothing was happening, when this person sees the picture of the victim, might this thing cause by some personality disorder. Psychopathic personality could be very handsome and seem so-called "Mr nice guy" or "perfect husband or wife." That means that those persons can act very handsome way, and they are actually very good psychological eye, what means those persons can please the persons of the family. 

Psychopaths can allow their children to use alcohol or drugs at home if that serve their own benefits. And this makes them very dangerous persons because psychopath can also sacrifice something for getting more benefits, and this is how they differ from narcissist. The psychopath can also play sometimes altruist or even save somebody's life if that supports that persons covert stories.

Those persons are masters of manipulation, and they are also very clever people. And the biggest difference between psychopath and narcissist is that psychopath doesn't have feelings at all. If some narcissist kills people when they are disappointment, and don't please them enough. In that kind of actions, the killer gets the passion of the crime, and the reason for those actions is, that those persons made something wrong. 

But the psychopath would not even care about this thing. That kind of person shoots people like they were some target frames. They would shoot somebody and after that go shopping, and think about what kind of chips they would like to buy only a couple of minutes after the incident. When they are talking about murders in prisons, they would not make any difference between homicides and buying the lemonade. And that would make them look like perfect monsters. Those people are the most dangerous criminals, what society can ever face.

Thinking about social life and skills of the people

Some personality disorders are the thing, what is learned part of the personality. The reason of those so-called learned personal disorders are an abusive feedback from those persons social relationship. If everybody just tells to the person, how bad person he or she is, this feedback is influential in the rest of that person's life. Same thing happens if the person will never hear anything negative in their life, and of course, that will raise their self-esteem in the stratosphere, but that might cause very negative thing in that person's personality.


If everything, what some person does is accepted, that will cause in this person's personality one very bad thing. This person can't show any self-criticism in their behavior. And if some persons don't have any self-critics he or she will become the very stressful person. When we are talking about narcissism, it's manifestation is that person want's to satisfy his or her boss in every situation. That person will show social skills by asking his or her boss as godparents for children.


What makes that behavior very stressful, is that person always treats other people like they are air to this kind of person. Only the bosses satisfactions means something to that kind of person, and other people's mission is just somewhere else,  where this particular person is. In this part of this issue must we notice that there is one very important thing, what the people must realize when they are talking about social skills. That thing is the person must not have any kind of social skills being social.


I mean the persons who will go to children parties with alcohol or who can't even ask is smoking allowed in some homes. Also, there are many people who are very social, if they have superiority position to other people. if they are sitting on some bosses seat, they can talk all the day, how "cool" they are. But they are unable to equal competitions between other people. Those people are talking like some tape recorders if they are above other persons in social rank. They always forget that other people are their henchmen.


And that will cause some uncomfortable situations in the workplace when this kind of person asks his or her henchmen to godparents for their children, so they are opposite people than that stressful personality, what is mentioned before in this text. There is one particular part of the people, who sometimes forget their position, and that is the teacher. Those people sometimes forget that they are leaders of their classes and the students must do what they will say. Same thing happens sometimes with military leaders, who give some orders without thinking that his henchmen do what he says, and that might cause very terrible situations.
