One good day to think about professors and their backgrounds. The life of the professors and creative persons is always very well documented, and one of the most interesting thing about scientists and professors is, what kind of numbers would that person get from the schools, where professor have been before entering to University. That could help authorities to track new Einsteins and Julius Caesars from the nation, and then turn their way of think to the right way. Of course, sometimes professors made so-called "back office" work in some secret societies, and that was also marked in their homes. When I write about professors I sometimes use the person as an example of this kind of professionals, and if you think something else, you can visit that museum, and look about those things.


 When we are looking the pictures of the museum of the Johan Ludwig Runeberg at Porvoo, we might see some strange things with those pictures, and one is that over the heads of the statues are placed some portraits, where seems like be some strange landscapes, what seems to be from some other land, and maybe they are portraited by the stories, what that man told in old ages. Or maybe the person, who made interviews used hypnosis to get those statements from Finnish national poet. There is also the combination of the portrayed thunderstorm and the head sculpture of the poet.

The way to make that sculpture is very energic, and the sculpture seems like very powerful and frenzy man, who yells to the thunderstorm. When I was looking at that combination, what might be made by accident, I remember, that there must be very strong will to become the great artist, and the thunderstorm might mean, that this person has the very great power to create new things. Creation of the new and the portrait of the thunderstorm would also mean that this kind of powerful person might have epilepsy. The epilepsy is always connected with the productive way of think, and individualism.


Epilepsy is actually like an electric storm in the head of the human brains, and this syndrome has been connected to geniuses like Julius Caesar and many other very productive persons. And do you know that Caesar was also the poet, who wrote many texts? When we are thinking about the paintings in the living room, could their strange combination or selections mean, that some kind of writer or poet must have interests about the things, what are found in that place? The persons like Runeberg were very intelligent, and also they were made productive work as the poets.

So those persons were very good examined by other people because the state wants to get more of that kind of persons, and when they chose poets, those men thought about Caesar. They wanted something greater, than just normal man. When we are thinking about the situation, that some professor would be coming from another land, there would be some connections for Runeberg. The six children would make that person more convicting, and they would tell to that person if somebody has asked some interesting questions.


When I'm writing this text, I, of course, use Runeberg's personality, because that makes writing easier than using some phrases like "professor" in every sequence of the text. The origin of professors was the very interesting thing because the professors family members were also intelligent. And if those persons would be grown in the environment, where the nationalism would be in the prime role, could those persons transformed as the military, or civil industry leader, inventor, or somebody, who would control the state and the things, what are done in the nation.

The dance of robots

The modern way to teach robots is not similar than making programs. It could be like teaching children. In this scenario, the programmer would take the robot by hand, and then make the movement of robot’s hand with it. After this, the system will record the movements, what are needed to take the example the glass from the table. But how to teach the robot to dance. This is the question of the week.


 And there is needed the dancer, whose character would be digitized by using laser-scanners. Then the movements of this character would be transmitted in the robot’s digital mind. After this, the robot’s computers would control it’s hydraulics like the way, that the robot makes dance movements. This is the very effective way to teach the things to robots, and the same way we can teach the language to the computer. There would be a dictionary book in the memory of this machine, and then we are starting to talk to the system.


First, we must write the answers to the computer, but when we are asked many questions, and wrote enough answers, the computer starts to work more and more independently. In this program might be three layers of answers. The first answer could be the text, what is written by the user, but when the computer learns more words, that would ask only if the answer is correct. This computer would record the questions and compile it with answers, and then compile those answers in many other things, what are involved with similar actions.


Then the robot is asked to bring the milk to the table, would the action be first, that the programmer would take the robot to the freezer, and then the robot would take the milk bottle. But when the programmer asks to bring the screwdriver, would the computer or robot uses same actions when it used in the case of the milk bottle. But now it must find that thing from somewhere else. So it starts to open the doors of lockers, and look for the things, what looks like the screwdriver.


For this action, the robot needs the picture of the screwdriver. After that robot compiles the picture in its memory to the real situation. The system, what is used in Digital Scene Matching Area Correlation can also compile the shape of the other things, and that would make those machines more independently than ever before. The bases of learning are the ability to make networks with words and actions.


And the first things in this process are the most difficult. When the first world and the action for it are made, the robot, what is controlled by speech comes near to us, by step by step. This network would give the opportunity to make the robot, what learns things itself. And this kind of robots might be dangerous in wrong hands. In real life, robots might have access to Internet dictionaries, and they can compile the orders to the databases. In this case, the robot would get orders to get the spoon.

Then robot would find what to do if it is given the order of getting something and then look for the spoon from the Internet. This makes robot easier to learn everything. And in real case robot could find the orders to use some equipment from the Internet, and in this case that could make robot very dangerous, because the programmers don’t know, what robot have been learned. In the case of robotics, the extremely important thing is to control what robot can do. There would be robot what have learned city warfare tactics and knowledge of using weapons without that the programmers even know about this, will the situation became very dangerous. Self-learning brings the uncontrollable element to tests, and this might even cost human lives.

Rudolf Steiner was the great thinker, in many ways, and when we are talking about the relationship with the Steiner's pedagogy and another world, we might see that there are some harmful parts of his theories. One is his relationship with medication, and I think that this man was wrong if he meant that some real sickness is medicates with some therapy. In this case, this thinker is wrong, if he meant that ordinary medicals can be replaced with some natural thing. His idea that cancer is some kind of parasite, was probably given the ideas of the surgeries, that the tumor can be killed by closing it blood vessels by some wire is awesome, but Steiner was not the doctor of medicine. And don't take this text or some text from Wikipedia as the scientific truth. His methodology will be emphasized as the studies, not in some medical care. Those persons like Rudolf Steiner are very complicated, and we probably ever understand their ideas, but as we might see the methodology, what this man used was not very scientific.


He looked at the things from horoscopes and something like that. When we are talking about the religion and theosophical way of thinking, we always think that this thin is some kind of religion, and this is how somebody handles it in the writings. Steiner himself was mentioned, that Theosophy is not religion. And in sometimes I thought that this Theosophy is meant for the equipment, what this man used when he handled the things like religion. This man was the doctor of philosophy, and those persons are quite difficult.


Their way to speak and think is very abstract, and when we are talking about the religion, we are facing the thing, that religion is also one of the forms of the philosophy. And when we are talking what kind of attitude some people have with the religion, we are facing the phenomenon, that religion is one way to force the people in the same mode, and the religion is also the good way to say "Shut up" for another people.


The idea of the Steiner-pedagogy is that when the person will get the esoteric information enough, will this information get the implosion like happened in the fusion test, wherein the same point will pump very much energy, and then the energy will work like that piece will start to generate the independent energy. And the same thing is in the key role of Steiner-pedagogy. In this pedagogy, the person will predispose the knowledge, until this person starts to produce own ideas and information. When lots of information will put in the person's head, will it work like in some fusion test: start to make and publish own ideas.


The road to the individualism goes thru the groups, and until the person has been in some collective, can this person realize what means the freedom to be alone. And only the person, who has been in the authoritarian and totalitarian country can respect the freedom to be different than the other people around this person are. The question of to be different is the question of the right to be individual. And only the individualists dared to make new ideas and other things.


They want to be different, and also they always want to be over the top. There are limits for the individualist, and real individualist dares to use their own imaginations for making products and bringing their thinking public. They are the professionals in one thing, what is called as the thinking. Thinking is not the very easy way to earn the brad to the table, and some people don't dare to bring up their own ideas. In this chapter, I must say, that everybody can copy another people writings, but only real thinker dares to write own thoughts and ideas as other people can read them.


The idea of day books is sometimes that they are used as the blackmailing material. But now my dear readers I must ask, why those people keep their day books secret? Why don't they publish their writings to another person, and keep that day book public, because then everybody can see how maniac that person is. When some person will keep their day books open, there will be no change to censor it, and then other people will get all texts what this writer have done.


They can't select only one sentence from some day book, and this is the way to show to other people what is full image of that writer. And in here we must say that the persons who will attack against other people are normally used the one or two sentences of the texts that are in the 100 pages day book. Then they will show that the person, who owns the day book, would be some kind of different than they are, by using two sentences as the argument.


When we are talking about Rudolf Steiner and his way to look the world, we must say, that the person is never an expert in everything in the world. There is no so-called common genius and in 19th. century, there was very little hope if the person gets cancer. In the studies method, Steiner might be the genius, but in the medical things, this PhD. was only the ordinary person, even if he hunted ghosts in them and talked the astral creatures. When Steiner talked about those creatures, I think that this person meant the memories or something like that.

Where are all tough bosses coming from?

When we see some boss, who is totally insane, we might think that person is something, what we don't want to be our superiority. But there is one little thing, what many people don't understand, or they don't want to think. That person acts like other person's have taught in workplaces. In those person's past workplaces have been policy, that probably the youngest person in the work team have been somebody, who will not want to take into the firms social life.


And of course, sometimes have been quarantined that those persons who have been in temporal employment relationship will not get the leader's position in that company. But nothing impedes that some other company will not able to hire that person. That means that those people will become the bosses for the enterprise scale production units.


If that person's past workplaces policy have been that the boss is the god of the workplace, we might face that policy in our own workplaces, when that person comes to the front of us. If this person has faced abuse or hazing in the past jobs, that person learns that is the right way to act in the workplace. When that person will become a leader of the team, that person will show straight to other,  what kind tartar he or she faced in the past jobs. And this is called "The Lucifer effect" in psychology.


The term means that when some person will get the position, what had the person, who repressed that worker. That effect is a reason, why bodily punishments are prohibited in the western world. When the person is punished in childhood by using the physical methodology, that person will learn that thing is right. But there is one little problem, that person will act like those people who took a part of the violence.


And if those actions are not justified that target of violence starts to think, that those actions against helpless people are right. And then when those people grow to adulthood, those things that have been happened in the children age become very real. If that person will get the position, where other people are helpless, the result might be shocking. On the Internet have been movies, where nurses are violent against elder people.


In some situations, the reason for that violent behavior has been in the grandparents. Some grandparents are violent against the children, and those cases are very difficult because nobody wants to believe bad things about nice elder people, who give gifts to their grandchildren. But sometimes those trips to the countrysides are trips to hell, where children are like in the concentration camp, and those things are not the worst, what the psychiatric personnel can't even face.


The most brutal situations are, that only one of the siblings is abused. In those cases, other members of the family might not even know that one of their children is brutally violent by parents or another sibling. Those cases are a good example how evil human been can be.
