Could aliens have completely different kind of mathematics what we have?

I lent the heading for this text for one article, what I have just read. And I'd like to say something about our mathematical system, what bases the thing, that we have ten fingers. That's why our numerical system consists nine numbers, and of course, number zero, what means "empty". That's why we are calling out the numerical system as the "decimal system", and actually this term is caused, that when our calculator comes to the end of the continuum, we mark this point with numbers one and zero, what are consisting number ten.
That means the "full". The first number and mark for empty means, that the calculator must begin to calculate or fill the second line of numbers. And when the second line of numbers is full, the first number turns two and the last is again empty. This means of course that the second line of numbers is filled. We can continue like this forever because there is no end for lines of numbers.
With computers, we are facing the thing, what is called the "binary system". In that system is two numbers one is full, and zero is open (or empty). This is very remarkable because this binary system is making microprocessor functional. And the thing, what makes very difficult to make the so-called quantum computer, is that ever microprocessor in the world can handle only one operand per case, and this is because it is connected to the binary system. And that numerical system makes impossible to make two or more operands per case.
When we are thinking about other numerical systems, we must first understand that normal decimal system and the binary system's number of numbers are the pairs. This means that we could also make numerical systems, where is not paired number of numbers. The simplest of those systems is where the line of the numbers is three numbers long. Here the end of the numerical line is after number three, and that means that the line of the numbers is filled after number three.
This is the question about communication with hypothetical aliens. If we don't know their numerical system, we cannot open their messages. And if the hypothetical aliens would think a little bit like us, but they would have three fingers they would have the numerical system what consists of three numbers, would that mean, that we could not open that message with the computers, what handle the binary system.
Another thing is if the humanoids would not use normal computers, what means that they would use quantum computers, would the message be so heavily coded, that we ever cannot open it. Maybe they would use the trick, what is known as "linear ( or modular) algebra", and that means that the coding machine would calculate many extreme long numerical calculations at the same time. And even the most modern computers cannot make that thing. In this case, the computers calculate their own parts of the numerical operand, and they would connect together.
Those operands need very hard calculations. The thing is that everything, what is hard for the normal computer is very easy for the quantum computer. If the hypothetical humanoids would use their personal computers like tablets or laptops, they might think that their message would be easy to open, and maybe they have forgotten normal or binary computers a long time ago. They might want to make that hypothetical message easy to open, but in this scenario, they don't understand, that they are making too hard messages that we could open it. So they forget, that everybody is not on their technical level.

The machine, what has the same intellectual capacity with a human could be built in some laboratory in the world. The problem of creating a machine, what has the same intellectual capacity with humans is basically a very simple thing. Only thing, what is needed is enough microprocessors. When I wrote about the test, where the processes of the human brain were simulated with the supercomputer and one-second process simulation of human brains took 40 minutes, we must know that the reason for that is simple. The supercomputer had too few processors, and think yourself, that you should do the thing, where the human brains use 2,4 billion neurons by using 1,5 million neurons. That would take a very long time, and the problem with making the supercomputer, what has the same brain capacity with humans would just need very much more microprocessors and space, what this system needs is very huge.
And of course the budget would cause problems, but if somebody could by 2,5 billion Pentium processors, that thing could make possible to make the computer, what has the same intelligent level with humans. Here we see, why the physical computer is also an important thing. Another way to solve the problem is to connect several supercomputers together by using the internet, and then there would be enough microprocessors to make the base, what has the same level of intelligence with human brains. When we are thinking about programs of that machine, we would hope, that this thing would not have feelings.
The problem with extreme intelligent machines is, that we need to shut them down if there would be some problems. And if the computer would feel something, it can start to become the thing, that knows about its existence. This means that we would create the cybernetic organism, and if our programs would be too perfect, would it start to act like other organisms and defend itself. This is the need what guarantees the survivability for species. The ability to defend itself is extremely important for the species, because if it's helpless would other species destroy the entire population. And if the computer would have the ability and the need to defend itself, it would, in theory, become dangerous.
But these things are only at the theoretical level, but the computer, what has the same intelligence level with humans could be dangerous if it will start to control some robots. In all scenarios, those robots would not have own willing. And this makes them safe to use, and only thing, what operators must do, when the computer goes mad, is to cut electricity. That would turn off the computer. But there are many things, what is different with a man and computer. The computer cannot create anything new by itself. It cannot create own ideas and produce new things. It has no ability to feel ambition, and it doesn't have a need to rise in the hierarchy.
And the computer doesn't have a need to defend itself. So if the operator feels that the computer have the malfunction, the electricity could cut immediately, and the computer would turn off. This is the major thing also in robotics. If the robot would become useless, the electricity would cut off. Those machines would be used only when the company needs the workers, and when they are useless, they can be cut off to wait for next order.
Or if the produced merchandise would be changed, the robots would need only next CAD pictures, and they can start to produce the next series of merchandise, and the computers would not need the salary, and they don't need the free time. Only thing, what they need is electricity. And they are always ready to work. This makes the employer independent from the workforce. Robots ever make strikes and nothing hurts them. They would do only the things, what the bosses would want, and they would not use their working days for anything else than just work.

Thoughts about the movie "Sphere"

"Sphere" is one of the most interesting SciFi-movies, what I have ever seen, and it is the tale of the thing, what comes from tomorrow, and makes all wishes to become true. This is the very good tale to make the nice little movie, but there is one other explanation, what could make those fictional cases, what happened in that movie. In the movie, those scientists face their worst nightmares, and near the end, they rise from the bottom of the sea to empty ship, where they wish that the mysterious "sphere" would leave the Earth.
This movie could also tell about government test, where those scientists would be connected with together by using EEG-machines, and the computer would deliver their thoughts to every member of the team by using brain core stimulation. This kind of fictional test would be made for creating the system, what is connecting human brains straight to computers. And one thing, what those computer specialists must make, is the filter, what cuts off the nightmares from that system.
So in this version, those scientists would be given anesthesia, and then their brains would be connected to the computers. If the system could not filter the fears, they would be delivered to every member of the team, and that would cause the ultimate Virtual Reality experience. If this kind of test would be done in the deep sea, it can be fully controlled. Every information, what is collected will travel thru the Navy, and nothing can be published without permission of the naval officers.
In this fictional test, those scientists can be put in the sleep in the midget submarine by using nitrous oxide, and they would ever be seen, that those people were in some kind of tests. So this kind of thoughts that movie brought in my mind. If we someday will put our brains straight connection with computers, we would make the ultimate computer, what can also create new things. The major problem with the computers is that they cannot make anything new, and they would not have any kind of imagination.
That's why computer's movements on the chessboard and other computer games are very well predictable, what is their biggest weakness. The human would win the computer in most computer games after a couple of training games because the gamer starts to remember the corners, where the opponent is coming. And this thing makes possible to win the computer, and play the game thru. In the same way, the gamer starts to remember the game areas in some action games, and this makes the person, who have tested those paintball tracks before very effective.
Technically we need only EEG-machine, decoder, and the electric shock equipment, what would make the brain core stimulation and allows two ways of communication between human and computer. And if we sometimes would make that machine, we can make the computer, what is so intelligent as we want. We can, in theory, connect even all mankind to supercomputers, but there would be many ethical and moral problems with that kind of advantage. Technology is the very interesting thing, and it would not always follow the moral or even the law.

After this text is one short film, what crystallizes the reason, why robots are so terrifying military machines. What makes robots so fascinating soldiers, is that they follow always the orders. Robots would not think the same way as we do, and their thinking bases the linear programming. The term "linear programming" means that the robot would follow the program if there would not be interrupts. In some scenarios, the superpowers would start together and then they would send the robot spacecraft to the far away beyond the Kuiper belt. Those robot spacecraft missions would make the attack against the enemy by using some "doomsday" weapon, in the case, where the own side would be destroyed.
This scenario is straight from the hypothesis, that there would be patrolling the robot submarines at the sea, what are ready to shoot their missiles if they get orders to use their nuclear missiles or the signal to command base would be cut. This scenario is very terrifying because nobody hasn't thought the scene, where the communication between the base and robot vehicle would be cut by reason of technical problems in the probe. In this scenario, the central computer of the probe would start the attack against the predicted enemy.
Even the conflict has been ended, those robot drones continue their mission, and that makes them so terrifying weapon. Those drones would send to Kuiper belt, and then they would be in there for waiting orders, and there would not be corrosion in that distance from the Sun. Then the "everything Ok" signal would be cut, and the probe will start to operate. When we are thinking about the techniques, what those fictional probes I hope, would be used, could be very terrifying and advanced.
They might be equipped with Von Neumann-factories, what can build the repair parts for the probe, and the same factories would be used to make ammunition for the rail guns of that machine. But in the worst scenario those probes could make copies of themselves, and even we have sent one of those intelligent probes to Universum, we might face the situation, where there would be thousands of those military probes. I hope that this writing is only fiction, and this program is only in my head.
But who knows, what military leaders in the Moscow and Washington think? This kind of drones would be the replacer for nuclear missiles, but if they would equip with rail guns, what would accelerate the speed of ammunition near the speed of light, could those systems destroy even the planet. The kinetic energy in those high power railguns would be so devastating, that the Earth will face same fate with planet Mars. And that's why this kind of technology will be devastating in the wrong hands.

Writing about selective delivering of information

Have you ever hear term "grey project"? This term means that in some aircraft or some other project the information, what is given is selective, and in those cases the project itself is public. But many important things in it would be hidden from the public. Almost all drone projects are that kind of military projects. The robot itself is seen in the pictures, but the materials, computer programs and electronic components of this drone have kept classified.
Also, important parts of the drones or aircraft motors are kept in secret. And if somebody makes copies of that aircraft, this actor doesn't actually make anything about it. If those systems are made by using the wrong components, the aircraft or other equipment would be destroyed immediately, when it goes to the battlefield. Many of space probes are actually so-called "grey projects". The probes like Mars-cars or planet orbiting probes are very public, and we can see the pictures, what those systems might send to Earth.
But the computer programs and electronic equipment of that system are not public. In those projects are tested the autonomous robots, what can be operated in distant space, but at the same time, those same computer programs would be used to control battlefield robots. When the robot takes the sample of some Martian rock, by using laser-spectrometer, we forget that the same system can shoot the tank or another vehicle by using automatized weapon system. This kind of things is sometimes forgotten when some persons write about robots. When we are talking about robots, we must remember, that this thing is similar than Holt-caterpillar in 1915.
This system was created for earthmoving but in the World War one some British engineers installed machine guns in that vehicle, and this transformed those tractors as the device, what is known as the main battle tank. Those Mark I (Female) machine gun tanks took part in the battle of Somme in 15. September. 1916, and that show, how the same product can be used as the civil workhorse and in the war. That tank needed, of course, little bit advantages, before it came to the "king of the battlefield". But the first steps are always difficult.
And sometimes even them would let be undone before something bad would happen. The tanks were invented to save lives of British troops. But in the Second World War the same equipment the same equipment caused terrible losses for allies, in the hands of the enemy. And this is the sad thing. This is the reality in technology. Same products can do in war and peace. But we sometimes forget that every technical part of the world are aggregate and if the producer doesn't get all parts in it, would that equipment be the very big disappointment for everybody.

How can the mobile telephone be used as 3D-modelling? The answer to that question is simple. This thing uses the same device, what would focus lens of its camera. It also connects the data from the camera of that telephone. So this makes those mobile telephones very sophisticated tools for modeling. The problem of those scanners is that the mobile telephone must be absolutely stable, or the modeling would be failed.
But this can be solved by using selfie-stick, what is installed on the table or stable platform, and if the hands of the stable enough, the scanning can make by keeping the device in hand. But the fixing of this problem could be found from GPS. If this system would be sharp enough, the telephone could fix the errors, what shaking hands causes. In this solution, the GPS would map the place where the telephone is in the sharpness of only small part of the millimeter, and the computer would calculate the errors of the metering.
The system would take the original point, when scanning is beginning, and then it would fix the error what the shaking of hands might cause. This would be done by adding or subtracting the location in the real world of the phone, from the values of the pure ring. This would make the scanning more easier. This little program can revolutionize the CAM (Computer Aided Manufacturing) -technology. Now any firm can buy this kind of equipment and use it as making 3D-models for CAD programs and 3D printers.
In this system, the computer in the mobile telephone transmits the distance between the target and telephone by using sonar. Sonar is almost as effective scanning tool as a laser, but the sound travels in the air much slower than air.
The optics of the mobile telephone would focus using Sonar and the situation where the user notices it is when this person wants to take a picture what portraits horizon. In this case, the system of the camera cannot get an echo from the surface, and the optics of camera cannot focus the image.
I have read some articles that same radars what are used in traffic light as traffic calculation sensors could be mounted to RPV-helicopters. Those helicopters can be used to make 3D-models of entire building areas. They use oblique scanning, what is connected to GPS and computing platforms to make 3D models of buildings. The computers would make 3D pictures by those pictures, what this device sends to computers.

Again the thinking about opportunities and risks of artificial intelligence

People will sometimes ask, what is artificial intelligence? The answer for that question is, that it’s about the computer program, what collects data from various sensors, compiles it with the database, and if there is action in some database, the system will accomplish it. The simplest way to make an example of that computer advantage is the program, what observes the space of computer hard disk. If the usage of this memory increases too high, the program would erase old data from that hard disk. Another way to give an example of that thing is the automatized control system of some airplanes. Then the airplane will rise it nose too fast, will the system make correlative movement independently without the human need to make anything. The artificial intelligence is very effective when a large mass of information need to handle. That system might be used as the selector, what will find risk companies from the many asks for start money.
The system might compile the profit and loss statements fixed costs and incoming money, and if the incoming currency doesn’t fill even those costs, the company is not able to make business. This is why those systems are very effective, they are sharp and they will not get tired. They will not influent from outside, and if there would be some problems with the calculations, could those systems send this kind of applications straight to leaders of the company, because they would cause only losses for that company’s financial department if it will begin to support unwealthy business.
The problem with the financial corporations is that they will get many applications for financial support every day. In this kind of situation, some worker could offer money for business, what is not even meant to success. In the world of artificial intelligence is not feelings. The computers make their decision without mercy, and they will not care about any things, what is not connected with the business.
If the guard of the place is a robot, it won’t make exceptions with the persons, who are allowed to let in. They can equip with sensors, what can notice if the person has something wrong, and if there would be a case of the heart attack the system will call medical attention to that person. The same thing makes those programs so effective in military use.
They don’t care if the attack plane is full of holes, and the artificial intelligence would make everything to accomplish the mission. Those computers don’t afraid anything, and this makes them so deadly. Artificial intelligence might have parameters in its memory, what kind of target is so important, that also the aircraft could sacrifice in the attack, and those drones could use as a ”Kamikaze” planes. The use of artificial intelligence with weapon systems is a growing threat.
When those military systems are equipped with image recognition systems, they can shoot even one specific person, and that might feel very frightened. Modern military drones are connected with the network, where the operators can set same operational parameters in many drones, and that network system allows to connect big supercomputers with those drones, and this allows to give more calculating capacity for the system.
If some persons face having been saved to the combat drones, they would be the hunt this person without mercy, and do they have the authorization to use deadly force in the city area depends how many secondary casualties is allowed to make. And this is the terrifying situation. Because if somebody wants to use that system wrong way, the threat for any person in this planet is very real. Those robots will not have mercy when they will open fire. They don't rebel or deny their missions, and this makes them so effective. Those robots might look like some tank or they might have the human shape, and in wrong hands they are deadly. If somebody wants to misuse the robot, might this person just get the nurse-robot, and then reprogram it for use the weapons. Those robots "muscles" can also replace with more powerful hydraulics and in the body will installed the kevlar armor.
Those vehicles can equip with self-destruction thing, and this will help the operators cover their identity. The use of electron-metal might destroy all data from components, and cover the origin of that system. Also, those robots can be terminated after the mission, and if some criminals use them the example in bank robberies, they can destroy that thing straight after the mission. And those robots can also use as the "mercenaries", what can make very much worse things. This is the thing, what creators of the artificial intelligence must realize when they make their systems.

It’s not the same, who has the most powerful supercomputer on the earth

What is a threat to the quantum computers? Those machines are so fast to handle calculations that, they can break almost every code in the world, and that makes ultra-fast computers very dangerous in wrong hands. The problem with secrecy and confidentially in the net is that every secrecy system is made with computers, what is possible in that time. And that’s why all security solutions need to be updated simultaneously.
If those algorithm is getting old, the information what it hires will become available for hackers. And modern computers might be very fast. If their processors will be used in liquid nitrogen, they will become superconducting. That means there will be no resistance in the system, and that’s why those computers are really fast. Same way ultra-small components make possible to make very powerful small size computers.
A nanotechnology is a powerful tool for computer technology. It allows the engineers to build an atomic size component. The nano technical transistor might consist of three atoms, what formulates stand, collector, and emitter in atom size. And of course, the artificial intelligence is a strong component in computing. If we can create an artificial intelligence, what can generate own ideas, and what can use imagination and have feelings, that makes computers dangerous because feelings make them feel hate.
But the most dangerous things of artificial intelligence is that they will be conscious of themselves. That might happen a situation, where machines will rebel. The power of the robots is that they have no feelings and that's why they are ideal to work in military use. But if robots have feelings they might become very dangerous. Have you ever imagine, what if some engineer uploads program, what simulates feelings in some Predator UCAV's (Unmanned Combat Aerial Vehicle) main computer? Can you imagine, if that computer-controlled killing machine will feel anger against some target? This situation might be so terrible, that I don't think it with pleasure.
Normal computers don't have imagination, but if we connect neuron cells to the microprocessor, the computer might become surprisingly working tool. In those test will the neurons connect to microprocessors, and the reason for that kind of test is to test computers, what can really think. Those neurocomputers can do same things than living organisms. The problem of those machines in to feed those cells, what communicates with the inorganic microchip with electric signals. That will make computers a skill to produce new things. And those things are of course interested in the people, who make UCAVs.
Those intelligent UCAV's might equip with the computer, what microchip is boosted with dragonfly's or other bugs neuro cells, what might give their extreme air combat capacity, what normal UCAVs doesn't have. The normal computer makes only moves, what are preprogrammed in that system, and when enemy learns those UCAV's movements, they would become easy to drop. But those biologically boosted microchips can able to give those robots a capacity to make surprising actions. And if that technology goes to wrong hands, could that cause terrible things.

Are we humans a part of artificial Intelligence

Robotics and artificial intelligence are the elements of the next-generation military and civil mechanics. But have you ever thought this kind of thing in philosophic focus? When we are talking about philosophy, we sometimes forget that philosopher must not prove anything, only rhetorics of the presentation is important, and other things, what will happen are, what philosophers imagination can produce.
There are philosophers who believe that we are computer programs inside the great supercomputer. But in here I must say that the word "believe" doesn't mean same for philosophers normal people. "Believe" is a rhetorical term for philosophers and it means that he or she defends the side, what he or she ordered to take. Not that philosopher actually believes those things, what that person defends.
I sometimes think if we are cyborgs like some Terminator, but we will never find out is this question true. Of course, I know that I'm a human, not the machine, but when I think about philosophic texts, I can say that normal people can't ever find out are they human or machines? The reason why I say that is even if we will go to a doctor and say that we are robots, that highly trained specialist might say to us, that we probably will need some kind of therapy, and that person will send us to the mental hospital.
Some movies is an idea, that some pilot or astronaut will make a crash and his tissues will replace as parts of a machine. And that is an idea of the movie "Six million dollar man", but when I saw the trailer of that movie, I thought that CIA could arrange that kind of accident, where a test plane will fall from the sky, to make its pilot as a cyborg.
If we think that philosophical question very hard, we can say that we actually know only things, what doctor will tell us? But today I want to make long text, and that's why I'm writing it in here, and we will go the little bit longer in our thinking. How we ever can be sure, that we can get real information from doctors.
They might lie to us, or those X-ray pictures of our body might be changed. That might be the very good idea of some kind of movies, where guns are blazing and dark dressed military officials run around the scenes but are you ever thought, that artificial intelligence might able transfer to our brains using modified electric shock machines to transfer it's code to human brains.
In theoretically is possible to modify human brains electric function with that machine, which is used in many mental institutes. This action might happen that artificial intelligence transfers its program code to electric waves, what are made like EEG-waves in human brains. This makes possible that some artificial intelligence transfers it's code to human brains.
Sometimes I have read some comic books about a situation, where "the bad guy" tries to make other people like himself. And in that action, he will connect his brains to other person's brains with electric shock equipment. In this action must the sender use that electric shock equipment to manipulate some person with his own EEG.
In that action must that person remember, that he or she must use the amplifier to make those EEG-signals stronger, and that way that person might test is possible to control other people with this kind of equipment. The system also needs to equip with the rectifier, because that makes impossible for target person to strike back to those targets.

Cyber weapons are an effective tool if somebody wants to harm Internet-based networks. This kind of weapon is in the worst scenario so effective as so-called "blackout" bomb. Cyber weapons are actually computer viruses or other malware what will destroy computers operating systems and databases and if malware is so-called "logical bomb". This type of computer virus is made that it activates in one particular day when it can cause very bad damages for computer infrastructure.
Computer weapons are theoretically ineffective against military system what is prepared for an attack. But if an attacker finds system what is not immune to computer viruses he must cause very much trouble. In the worst scenario, the cyber attacker takes control in some nuclear plants computer. And in this scenario heart of reactor melts down and causes china syndrome, what could cause very large scale nuclear disaster, because in this scenario liquid plutonium will flow to land.
Those command systems are theoretically immune because they use special Unix or Linux based operating systems and there is used the only special checked code, what will not upload from the Internet. But there is a backdoor what might use with a cyber attack. If the key card will be reprogrammed with the computer virus, what will break in the system by door scanners could situation turn very bad. Computer virus can't destroy the operating system itself but it can remove databases of the system.
If backup systems don't connect automatically when problems will see, there is a risk that operational control will be loose is very real. Cyber weapons are more effective against civil ICT-infrastructure. This kind of attack may be for financial reasons, and it might use by criminals who want to make bank robbery with hacking. After hacking a system with master users password the criminal must cover his prints and after money transferring they could explode all logs of the system.
This is for deleting databases what mission is to collect information of data traffic, and that will make impossible to tracking those guys from the net. Otherwise using "logical bomb" will be used in simple blackmailing operation. After hiding malware to some company's network could criminals sent a letter to that company, that if the target will give them a million criminals will give code what helps them to remove the virus from the system of that company. Some cyber weapons just sent "ping" or "echo request" asks for the target system, what can't be used in normal Internet communication, and this kind of attack is called a denial of service attack.
The cyber attacker can also use malware for spying some systems. And that kind of malware can give any information what moves in target organization computers to the spy who collects data for production plannings and next year designs. That can cause very strong financial problems to a company what have spent time and money for a new design of a product. And after that, some hacker steals that data and sells that to other companies what can begin production immediately. That's why stealing business secrets is against law.
