The rise of strong leaders

Somebody might find convergent with the rise of Vladimir Putin and Isaac Asimov’s book The foundation and the Empire, where the strange person The Mule rises in the power of the Empire. That character was followed by the Caesar of the empire, and his power was very strong, but that character was unique, and he couldn’t stable the new empire. Of course, those actions, what that character made, were disastrous, but this aliens influence to the empire was the short period.

The rising of Putin might be forecaster by the Western Intelligence because those “Mules” are sometimes followed imperial disasters because some people want to return the Imperil. The term mule means in this script a person, who exact the place of collapsed imperil leader. In those times, will people want the strong leader, and that’s why leaders of that empire will be replaced by some very populist character. The reason why leaders like Putin are very successful in their leadership is that they promise order and safety for the people.

But as we can see, the rise of strong leaders after the collapse of empires, what also The Soviet Union was is predicted. People believe that strong leaders will restore the law and order to the state, and of course, the corruption is the very strong element, when those authoritarian leaders raise. A key element of the rise of authoritarian government is that people lose their trust in police and government. That will make the suitable situation for raise the new power for the leader. And why that style, what Putin uses in his leadership in the government of Russia is so popular? The Russia has ever been the democracy, the Tsarist dictatorship was followed by the communist dictatorship. That’s why the people of Russia like that man’s style, what is, of course, more liberal than the style of the Soviet Union. Putin had his chance to begin the war between east and the west, but as we are seen, that change is now gone. The policy between superpowers is very difficult.

The Russia, United States and China have all overgrown military forces, what needs threat outside those nations border. If there is no resistant force for undemocratic countries military forces, those forces will able to take control in the state. I have sometimes thought, that the USA might give the nuclear weapon into the hands of the Soviet Union because the USA would be too strong in the global policy, and in 1949 there were many problems in that nation.

The main problem was the anti-communist league, what wanted to begin the third world war against the Soviet Union. The war would be done with nuclear weapons, and to stop that advantage the government of the United States would give that devastating, but same times expensive weapon to the Soviet Union. In that time the Truman and Eisenhower government had very big problems with their relationship with Nazi-Germany and especially the Nazi-scientists and the intelligence staff.

Some of those people took part in the Holocaust, and the USA wanted, of course, something more than only rockets and the airplanes. The military forces of the USA wanted also protective suits and biological weapons and nerve gasses, and the men who were working with those chemicals took a part of the Holocaust. And they also need the methodology, what made German people follow their leaders and follow the orders what made the most brutal, what human race have ever seen. Many prisoners were dead in the experiments, where German authorities tested atropine and other protective chemicals. Those crimes were very inhuman, but they happened in far away place called Europe. And there is a story of the nuclear test “Castle Bravo” that those scientists who took a part of mass murders in Europe were vaporized by the heat of thermonuclear weapon.

But in the USA they must hide those things. In the Soviet Union the human tests are made for political prisons to test medicines and another kind of stuff, and when the people, who made the test were Nazi criminals, they might be executed immediately after the test. Those tests like horrifying “sleep experiment”, where sleep center of victims brains injured made to create new kind of soldier. A human robot who does everything, what his leaders wanted. And in some tests were lobotomies made to the children, for destroy the ability for feelings. The needs of The Soviet Army was the same kind like the USA's military. They needed men who fight for their leaders without making any question about the justification of those orders.

Those men were sent to Special Forces of the Soviet Union, and I think that those persons were excellent military operators, because they were free of moral and emotional feelings. In some stories, the United States Army Delta Force has been tested that kind of operators, what might be selected from some hardcore prisons. In those rumors, the candidates of the project, what is called as “MONARCH” or “ARTICHOKE”, where people, who made serious crimes in young age. After they were imprisoned the surgeon made lobotomy to those persons, and then those men were sent to war. That methodology is, of course, the most notorious way to make “perfect soldiers”. But when we are looking, what kind of things those military forces have done, we must think that some persons like Josef Mengele and Sidney Gottlieb might think, that they have right to do those things to other people for making perfect “Delta operators”.

MIT's tractor beam can make the new types of SASER systems possible

"This chip-based "tractor-beam," which uses an intensely focused beam of light to capture and manipulate biological particles without damaging the cells, could help biologists study the mechanisms of diseases."(Interesting Engineering, MIT’s Star Wars-inspired ‘tractor beam’ uses light to capture, manipulate cells) MIT's tractor beam can make the new types of SASER systems possible. The tractor beam just hovers the nanoparticle in air or medium, and then the laser or some other electromagnetic system transports oscillation into those particles. The ability to make cells and other particles hover in the system makes it possible to create particles whose energy level or resonance frequencies are accurately calculated things.  That thing makes it possible to create things that transmit wave movement accurately and cleanly. This is one version of the use of a tractor beam. Modern tractor beams are like acoustic tweezers where sound waves lock the object in its cr

That could make gamma-ray lasers possible. The process has been observed by the NASA (Lockheed) ER-2 research plane, which is a modified U-2 spy plane. The gamma-ray formation in thunderstorms. Where lightning and electric fields release electrons that impact the air molecules and water droplets is an interesting thing. That thing opens the route to solving many mysteries.  "The general physics behind how thunderstorms create high-energy flashes of gamma radiation is not a mystery. As thunderstorms develop, swirling drafts drive water droplets, hail, and ice into a mixture that creates an electric charge much like rubbing a balloon on your shirt. Pos

Chinese innovations and space lasers are interesting combinations.

Above: "Tiangong is China's operational space station located in low Earth orbit. (Image credit: Alejomiranda via Getty Images)" (Scpace.com, China's space station, Tiangong: A complete guide) Chinese are close to making nuclear-powered spacecraft.  Almost every day, we can read about Chinese technical advances. So are, the Chinese more innovative than Western people? Or is there some kind of difference in culture and morale between Western and Chinese societies? The Chinese superiority in hypersonic technology is one of the things that tells something about the Chinese way of making things.  In China, the mission means. And the only thing that means is mission. That means that things like budgets and safety orders are far different from Western standards. If some project serves the Chinese communist party and PLA (People's Liberation Army) that guarantees unlimited resources for those projects. Chinese authorities must not care about the public opinion.  If we th
