Who are "Men In Black" or "MIB"

There is a link to the “Dark 5” film on YouTube, where is a series of stories of “MIB” or “The men in black”. In the last episode is a story of the man, who met those men, and got the computer program for the gift. That program drove our man to mental disorder, and I’m sure that it can be used as a psychological weapon. That computer program would blink the screen of the computer, and makes the computer to make a horrible noise with ultraviolet, what comes from the computer’s loudspeaker.

Those effects could cause a headache and other symptoms. So that is one example, why nobody ever should steal any computer programs because those programs could make your computer to the psychological weapon, what might use to decrease that person’s testimony reliable.

That kind of programs can make the screen flash that kind of frequency, that it will cause epileptic symptoms, and those effects, what that computer program causes, might people get crazy, but when we are talking about those mysterious creatures. There is a one there, what might explain what those men are. Somebody believes that they are NSA or FBI security divisions agents, who have seen some persons near top-secret airbases too often, or they some other way finds out, that some people have been observed top secret aircraft tests.

Somebody thinks that some of those characters are remotely controlled robots, and the people are tested if they can separate those robots from normal people. That’s why those characters behave something strange way. If the communication signal between the robot and the controller will be lost, the result will be something outstanding. But if those men in black are humanoids, who have masks on their face, the reason why they do, what they do, might be very strange.
