Virgin Galactic and SpaceX are representing new kind of industry: Private space companies.

Many of us are read about companies like Virgin Galactic and SpaceX, what is changing the world. Those companies have realistic plans for open space for tourism and commercial flights into the Mars. They are shown that the NASA and other governmental actors are not only, who might work in the space business and explorations. But when we are looking at the productions of those companies, we must see that those shuttles, what can operate from the normal runways, and the rockets that are capable to launch without special equipment, like service platforms what are visible in the Cape Canaveral are interested in the governments.


This kind of productions will be very useful in the ASAT (Anti Satellite) and ABM (Anti Ballistic Missile) operations. Those small size suttles can be launched from the B-52 or B-1 bombers, and they can operate in the intelligence, fire-control, and attack-roles against enemy satellites and ground troops. In the fire-control missions, those shuttles will control the fire and operations, of the ABM or ASAT systems.


The shuttles will observe the satellites and the airspace of the predicted enemy, and when they will notice some hostile actions, the killer-satellites would shoot to the skies.  Also, those shuttles can be used as the space fighters, what will shoot the satellites with missiles and they can also highjack secret intelligence satellites. And the "Zuma" mission has shown that those companies have the strong role in the national security missions.


That's why some persons are thinking, that those companies will be the same kind of "shadow works" or "the skunkworks" division than the more well-known companies like Boeing and Lockheed Martin aircraft companies. If the independent company has the capacity to send the vehicles to space, those companies have also the capacity to make the strikes, what has the same kind of magnitude than nuclear weapons.


That kind of things must notice when we are thinking about the privatization of the space. The private companies are more innovative than the governmental organizations because they must not ask the permission for any dollar, and that is the reason why those companies have more effect in their innovation than some NASA have. Virgin Galactic has had technical problems with it space shuttle, and one test pilot has died during the test flights. But the technical problems can be the win, and maybe we will have the change to fly to the Earth orbiter as the tourists.
