Random numbers and the most boring book in the history "A Million Random Digits with 100,000 Normal Deviates"

The random numbers are normally meanless, but the things like lotteries those numbers are extremely important because the use of randomized numbers eliminates the possibility to give winner lottery ticket to some friend of the seller. The problem with those numbers is that there are no real random numbers even in computers. There will be limits what is given those numbers, and that makes the problem with those numbers.

There is written million random numbers, what is calculated by the early computer. The million random numbers are so boring to involve for some book, that some people ask "who will buy that book? Actually, there are many people, who were interested in this particular book. Those numbers were used to make the numbers for lottery tickets, and also some military intelligence operators used that book to create codes for the military operations, and those codes are actually very easy to understand.


The military commander gets the series of numbers from the radio, and those numbers involve page, column and the number of the line. After that, the commander looks from the safe box is there a letter, what has this number, and then this person will open this letter and starts the required action.
