Why government want's to embarrass some doctors?

We have a law in Finland that all unemployed people must be activated to apply for a job. They must go to courses where employment agency's workers teach them how to make job applications and CVs. And those courses are not voluntary even if you are a doctoral examination from the University. Why some governments do the thing, that they will give doctors the courses, where they will teach how to make a CV? Do those bureaucrats really think that those people can't write CVs and job applications?


Do you want to embarrass some kind of scientists?  Do you know how dangerous is this kind of action? Let’s think about the situation where the doctor who makes psychological profiles to customers want’s to do some evil things. What can he or she do to people, who have problems with drugs? He might go to that person and offer that person alcohol, and ask that person to do jobs for that doctor.




Here is used many times world “person” for avoiding the misunderstanding and connections fo persons in real life. If that kind of doctor want’s to manipulate that person, the results might be far away from good. Somebody thinks that if the doctor is graduated as a doctor of techniques he or she might be harmless. But do you think that kind of people are so harmless as people think? If those people want, they might build a subliminal loudspeaker system, what might cause uncontrollable situations in normal life.



Or what do you think about real estate agent who uses this kind of equipment to advance his or her business? I have heard that some unthinkable persons might play tapes to some high school classes, where are records of phone sex sessions. The result of that experiment is unknown. But this kind of thoughts is coming in my mind when we are talking about misuse of science. I don’t know does everybody even know, what means the word “manipulation”.



Master manipulator does that thing like nobody ever notices that he or she controls other people. They don't work like some U.S marine drill instructors. Manipulators can give a good suggestion of themselves. They can follow people appearances and body movements and then fits the words to make those people speech comfortable.



If master manipulator works, the target who is under manipulation doesn’t even notice that he or she is under manipulators control. The methodology of the manipulator is always same. He or she makes themselves necessary part of the team. After that, this person will begin to curry flavor strongest parts of the team. The argument what that person uses is that the team needs command system. It makes the strongest persons of the team feel good because they can get a good position in the new group.


And of course, there is always somebody, who will drop out of the team because that makes the membership of that group more valuable. And kicks off make those team members afraid that they will lose their position the team. That kind of actions makes enemies for team members, what makes the team tighter because that makes members of the team afraid even to walk on the streets.
