We all hear of the water extortion, where the water is overthrown to the
faces of the victim because this person wanted to be spoken. In the real life is more effective methods to get information than overthrowing the water to the face. The most effective method would use sodium amytal and lie detectors combination, what would make the person tell everything that the interrogator wants to know.
That method is effective and painless, and if the targeted person would be given so-called Demerol or some similar medication, what denies to put those things in memory, would the victim not even remember that thing. And in the war against terrorism, the most important thing is, that those persons, who are interrogated would not tell anything about the interrogation, because that could alarm their network, and the terrorists could slip away before task force can act.
Also, those fanatic Islamists might try to pull the water to their lugs for making suicide, and that's the reason, why the water extortion is the very bad way to get information. But do you know that in the history one version of the water extortion was the most feared extortion and executing method in Medieval time? In this extreme brutal version in the victim' mouth was put the funnel, and then the water was overthrown to that funnel. That method was extremely painful, and it was used with interrogation and executing the prisoners.
The method was frightened because it would not leave marks outside the victim's body. Killing with that method was happen by splitting the stomach by overthrowing water, and this type of execution was sometimes made in the courtroom, just after the judge was read the conviction. This methodology was used in the cases, where the King has given orders to kill somebody, and those persons were not wanted to send to prison, because they would deliver some embarrassing information of the business of royal family.
