How to fly or product electricity without fuel by using the capillary turbines?

I have written about this same thing earlier, but read this if you want. When we are thinking about flying without fuel, we must understand that this kind of machine is possible. The way how engineers think about this thin is quite simple. The aerial vehicle must only have the generator inside it, and then it must be placed on the layer, what is above the earth. And then the small tube must be laid down, and then the capillary air would start to rotate the turbine, and when this effect would happen long enough, the generator can make enough electricity to start the electric engine. This problem was thought the man named Viktor Schauberger in 1940's.


His ideas have been forgotten after the war, but sometimes they are still modern. The capillary turbines can also use to make hydrogen by electrolysis, and if those turbines and generators are installed in offshore oil rigs, the world could get pure energy by hydrogen by using capillary power. Also, the ships can use this power system for creating the auxiliary power for turbines, by conducting the flow of the water by the turbine wheel. And small ships can also move by using the capillary system. The problem is that the needed length of this tube is very long, and the 600 meters long capillary tube can give 600 bar pressure for turbines.


This is very fascinated way to make long enduring aircraft or drones, what must operate very long time, and that equipment would not get enough sunlight for making electricity for operative systems by solar panels. This kind of thing can also fly without need any fuel or even the motors is not needed, because, in theory, the flow of capillary tube can conduct straight to the back of this vehicle.


This is of course very strange idea, and it needs the long tube, for making enough powerful thrust. If the vehicle is lighter than air, it doesn’t need so much power, and modern airships can be very fast. In this scenario, we are talking about the source shaped airship, what could be fly very long time, by using this kind of thing to make the electricity for it electric systems. Those new generation airships can be very fast, and they can use hybrid motors. In the center of this vehicle might propel, what are rotating opposite ways like in Kamov-helicopters, and in this airship can be only tubes, where the capillary air would be conducted. This flow of the air would carry this vehicle at any direction, what the controllers want.


Also, there might be the zero-point propulsion systems, what can make more speed to that vehicle. Those motors can use the electric arcs for making more pressure in those tubes, and this kind of vehicle is actually possible to make. Also, the electric arcs can be used by rising those vehicles from the ground, and the electricity can be made with windmill turbo-generators. Those machines would be used to partitioning the seawater in hydrogen and oxygen by using electrolysis. This would give the effective way to fly by using the green power. Those systems can use as the cranes in the working sites in forests, but they can also use in the rescue operations, what will be return dropped recon planes from hostile territory. They can be remote controlled, and there will be no crew inside those next-generation drones.
